I recently went to this location to return a $400 suit I bought 6 days prior at Menlo Park Mall and was treated with ridiculous comments from the staff. For context, the wool suit I bought was new, straight off the shelf in Menlo and had been tried on in the store and then not worn. I proceeded to get another option and decided to return this expensive one. The sales associates both decided that the new suit smelled like "mothballs" and was not fit to be returned. The suit was still in original packaging and suit bag. I was confused why would a new suit not be taken back by the store, and why wouldn't a new suit smell like mothballs if it came like that from Menlo. I ended up returning the suit in another location and wasted another hour driving thanks to the lack of understanding at this location. Never again will I shop at the North Brunswick store.

The staff throughout my 21 years of being a customer has been outstanding. I have asked their opinions and they have always provided great advice!!! Having a credit card with the store and they ability to earn Customer Appreciation points for $25 coupons on my purchases is a great reward for being a loyal customer!!! It is also nice to have earned and maintained free shipping status. The 800 number customer service staff is also exceptional when I've need help as well. The sales people are the nicest and they have always gone above and beyond for me, they are friendly, courteous and super helpful. They know their product one lady went in the back to get me a dress that wasn't even on display yet and it was perfect for me. They will always call other stores for an item never hesitate and always helpful! The clothes are presented beautifully, the dressing rooms are neat and I've never had a problem.
