I have problems getting the right shoes and have many issues with my feet from working on them all day long and I am well into my years of becoming a senior citizen :) I never even heard of a store doing a foot scan to choose the correct shoes. I think I learned more from him than any Podiatrist that I have visited over the years. So happy I decided to stop into your store in North Brunswick and will definitely return and recommend. Had a great experience at Road Runner Sports purchasing a pair of sneakers after discovering my old…read moresneakers were simply worn out after barely 15 months of use. I've always browsed around here every now and then during lunch, but never bothered to undergo the full experience of doing a fit test and all of the fixins. This time around, I didn't want to mess around so I did the proper routine. Of course, the benefit of coming here on a weekday is that you don't have to wait very long to do the fit test and try on sneakers. With their help, I did finally decide on a sneaker to buy, although it admittedly took me a few extra days to make the purchase. However, the service was spectacular, prompt, and attentive in my eyes. The prices are what you'd expect from a running shoe store. I did splurge a little extra for custom insoles. In the limited time I've begun to wear my new shoes, I've noticed the difference. For me, the decision was easy because I was able to utilize my HSA employer-contributions from my previous job against it. By default, I was enrolled as a VIP member. I probably won't stick around with the membership, but it's good to have it for your initial purchase.

A couple days later I got a call that my order was in. I went to the location (which has tons of parking) to pick them up. Inside the store, Rhonda helped me with my sizing. Saying she helped me is an understatement. She REALLY knows her Red Wing Boots. Her customer service was unbelievable! Her knowledge was amazing! I am so glad i had Rhonda helping me because the information online was so scattered it was hard to read. Some people recommended going up a full size and others sized down, etc. She was very certain and promising of the fit. Rhonda is a real asset to Red Wing Shoes. If your in the market for some boots, PLEASE go to the New Brunswick location and ask for her. You'll leave the store extremely happy and most importantly, you will be confident you have the right size.

For pre-owned items, LMTD states on the website that that the buyer needs to message on instagram or contact them via e-mail for pictures of the shoe condition because, for some strange reason, they do not want to disclose that information on their website. Well I did BOTH only to be left on "read" on instagram and ignored via email. They also unsurprisingly do not pick up the phone. If you want to shop here, go to the actual store and examine the shoe in person because I've heard of people who were sent counterfeits before. You will NEVER hear from them if you are buying online.

I noticed the cosmetics are the same prices as elsewhere though. This is the type of store where frequent shopping is important so I'll be back!

A pair of cute black ankle cowboy boots stopped me dead in my tracks as I was walking down the aisle. I felt like Cinderella as I slipped it into my feet. PERFECT!!! I had own a pair in my 20s and wore it until it was completely worn out. I look forward to wearing this with shorts, skirts and jeans. I feel like their rewards program used to be better but it is still a good idea to sign up for one. He understood my problem, diagnosed the pain and explained the potential solution much better than my Podiatrist could have hoped to do! Since I have Diabetes, the shoes are covered by Medicare. There are a few forms that need to be handled and signed by your doctor, but within a few days, my choice of shoe style was at the store, custom orthotics had been made in the store by the owner, and I am now free of the never ending pain when I walk. This place is a gem and I will forever in their debt. You are in good hands at this store.

She explained what each sneaker I tried on has and what a slight difference between them. She was very patient which I like. I like how she allowed me to try on one of each (one on one foot and another pair on another) so I can figure what I would like best. Ultimately I went with the Hoka B because I found them to be REALLY comfortable and felt the cushion that these have would be great for my feet as I tend to be on my feet a lot with work and I like to go for walks. I also like how the lady answered any questions I had and even any questions my mom had (who came with me). I also like how she didn't try to upsell anything. Just overall I loved the customer service she provided and the value of the sneakers are great for the sneakers. You get amazing sneakers for a great price which I like as I'm more of a sneaker person (I'm not one to wear fancy shoes). The lady was also very friendly and very personable which I feel does go a long way. Just this experience alone I personally had makes me wanna come back in the future for any and all sneaker purchases. I wish I had gotten the lady's name because I really liked how she went above and beyond.
