Super disappointing experience. I spent almost $500 at this location recently and I don't know if when the associate asked if I had a rewards account If they entered the wrong number or what but I had given my information along with scanning something in my app and somehow my transaction was not recorded to my account. Since I shop there often they always give a paper coupon as well as load it to your online account. Well, figuring the Kohl's cash would be on my app I threw away the paper. Once your Kohl's cash becomes eligible to spend they will send an email that you have kohls cash to spend and give the time frame to spend it. I had $80 worth of kohls cash but because something was not entered correctly there was no email or anything. It wasn't until 2 weeks after I guess it had expired I remembered it. When I went to check my transaction history there was nothing to be found on the app in my purchase history. I feel like that is the most important thing you could do as an associate at the register for this company. What a fail and loss of money especially during the holiday season. On a side note tho, only giving your customers a week and a half to use kohls cash is pretty ridiculous. 30 days seems more practical as well and reasonable to show appreciation for your customers. I actually found the shoe size I needed at this kohls (their okc location didn't have it) but abandoned my purchase because within minutes of walking in the door seems like at least 3 employees were literally FOLLOWING ME around the store and would not leave me alone. Asked me if they could "help me" with my shoes while I was carrying them around shopping. Like, really? Another manager was following us across the store seemingly even blocking exits it looked like as if I was going to run out with my pair of shoes. I don't have the nicest clothing but wasn't expecting to be PROFILED while just trying to get a damn pair of shoes. Pathetic. I'll get my shoes online, NOT through kohls. read more

Two girls in the small store. No greeting. In fact they did not speak to us the entire time we were looking around. When we checked out with Maddy; she didn't say one word to us- but while I was paying Maddy answered the phone- my payment processed- and she just walked away from the registered for several minutes and left us standing there- with my now completely purchased items sitting on the other side of the registered- no receipt has printed- once she returned several minutes later- after she completely helped the person on the phone first. While all I'm waiting on are my already fully purchased items at this point. The other staff girl was nowhere to be found for help. When Maddy finally came back; we told her she shouldn't leave a customer mid- payment and walk off and her only response was "like no it was for the zebra!" One she was talking nonsense; I don't even know what a zebra is there? Two. She needs more training..... which is sad I've had plenty of good experiences in kohls and Sephora and with the level of customer service y'all thrive for... Maddy is not it. This place is hard for me to rate well because on one hand I really do like their clothing selection but on the other hand they're absurdly overpriced and their "sales" are not real sales. I consider Kohl's a modern day JCPennys but with higher prices. They have crew neck t-shirts marked at $17.99 but the "original" price is $40. I mean really.... Come on. The clothes are good quality but I don't want to pay $100 bucks for 4 shirts that are probably not worth that much. I primarily only shop here when there are good clearance items available or when we have kohl's cash built up. read more

This is my second time coming to this location to drop off Amazon returns. Both times Ryan happened to be working. He really makes coming there an unpleasant experience. He is always so rude and sarcastic. When I politely ask a question he hasn't failed to reply with a vague sarcastic answer, that does not answer the question. Idk what his problem is but he probably shouldn't be working in the Amazon returns area if he hates it that much. read more

had an issue with some purchases. i had to send my husband to take care of it because i am pregnant and on bed rest, not only did tbey lie to him but when i called to ask for my information i was hung up on several times by Karen (a manager) despite my gentle tone. when i called back again, after being on hold for 8 mins she answered the phone again and pretended to be someone else and said Karen was on break which seemed odd considering she introduced herself as Karen and the store closed in 55 mins. i made sure to voice that i knew she hung up on me and it made her uncomfortable. she kept cutting me off and talking over me. i used to work with her years ago and never saw this side of her, my husband also went to school with her daughter. needless to say i will be calling Ron, the store manager and letting him know of this encounter. holidays are stressful for everyone but when someone is working in customer service it is their job to treat people respectfully ESPECIALLY when they were approached with the same decency. read more

I went in today wanting to get a shirt for work. As soon as I walked in, all of the works seemed as if they could to be bothered. Clothes were all over the floor and standing were unmanageable to look through. It took them 20mins to get help check out 3 people in front of us, and they only had a few ideas a well. I haven't been here in forever it seems like! When I went in, I was surprised to see how much Nike and workout gear they had and color options. Prices seemed reasonable. They also carry fitbits! I think I will be doing more shopping here. It's easy to get to things in the store and not cluttered. Very pleasant. read more

I took a bissell cross wave vacuum back for a return bc the second time I used it, it started shorting out. They said they had two like it so I was going to do an even exchange. If it was an even exchange; I decided to pay my monthly balance off while at was at the return cashier. Then I went to go get the replacement. I couldn't find one like it anywhere. I went back up to the front and two women came back to help me. They couldn't find it either, but one went upstairs to see if it were up there. She came back down and said they didn't have one but Yukon and MWC did. (They have lost my trust by now). I said well, with what I paid and my discounts, I'll just get the more expensive one (she told me the difference would be 30 dollars more). I haul it up to the front, but when she rings it up it's 120 more, because when I got mine it was on sale. So I said okay just give me cash. Then she said, I can only give you a credit on your card or a merchandise credit. I said, but I don't want credit; I just paid my balance because the exchange was going to be even. Then she calls her manager.(That took 10 minutes just for him to get over to returns). Then I had to explain to the manager what happen. Then he had to retrieve my check, credit my account and then he couldn't figure out he needed to deduct the credit from the balance I had paid to tell me what to write the second check for......ugh....end result, no vacuum, lost discounts, and a total hassle. read more

Retail stores used to live and die by customer service, but that is not the case today, especially in this store. The staff must not be treated very well because they walk around like robots performing one task at a time and ignoring their surroundings. Going to the store with my girlfriend is a chore at best because the women's racks are so horribly disorganized that she has to literally look at every item on a rack to find her size. It's very apparent more women shop here than men, because the men's apparel is comparatively organized and neat. Sizes are never difficult for me to locate although finding an employee to answer questions (politely) is impossible. The checkout lines are long and slow, and the cashiers try to be friendly until you decline to sign up for the Kohl's card they try to hawk. One girl literally threw a temper tantrum by throwing my purchase in a bag, then slamming the bag on the counter. I watched the people immediately behind me in line begin walking to the other end of the store so they didn't have to deal with Little Miss Sourpuss. The product quality is about what one would expect (it reminds me of the old Anthony's stores), but some of the marked prices are unreasonable. It's a good thing 90% of the store is on perpetual sale or it wouldn't be worth going in to shop for a few cheap outfits. read more
