A writing of Ralph Waldo Emerson greets you from the wall as you enter. They space is cozy and clean with lots of warm and strong colors alike. The owners, Susie and Elaine looked like models a la Lauren Hutton. Their strong sense of fashion and style make their men's boutique extra special. They had socks, ties, bow ties, etc to satisfy any taste and or style. The placement and display of each item was done with care and concentration. I purchased a handcrafted leather bracelet from the Anthony Payton collection. It's soft and subtle, but a statement piece no less. It was an enjoyable grand opening. I wish this new business well.

The prices are what you'd expect for a Men's store, but the service you get is world class. They get to know you and your style and make appropriate suggestions. They carry Peter Millar, Allen Edmonds, Southern Tide, Agave Denim, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Bahama, and tons and tons of suits. They'll do special orders and almost always offer me a deal to thank me for my business. Downtown Goshen is now a destination. It's amazing to be able to shop and shop well in a small town this size. This is when I decided to leave. I returned later after I got off work around 8pm. The old man with the nasty slick back hair told me they don't do measurement and I wasn't allowed to try anything on. I left and went straight to Louie's Tux Shop where I was actually treated with respect. My wedding party of 10 groomsmen will all be taking our business and our $$$ fat wallets $$$ to Louie's. Men's Warehouse has the worst customer service I've ever seen and this place needs to be shutdown and condemned for the rest of eternity. I don't even know how they get any customers at all. They lack all skill of treating anyone with the least bit of human decency. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

I had a scheduled appointment at Men's Wearhouse for a tux rental, but the experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. When we arrived, the store was very busy, so I asked the cashier how to check in for our appointment. Instead of giving a professional or helpful response, he rudely waved his hand in the air toward a group of people gathered for measurements and said "as you can see there are lots with appointment." We went over to that area, but no one acknowledged us or asked whether we had an appointment. Meanwhile, other customers who came in after us were greeted and helped before we were. I never heard mention of an appointment, thus the impression was most, if not all were walk-ins. After waiting 10-15 minutes, and feeling completely overlooked, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Mind you, the tall, older gentleman manning the register was just standing there watching. We went to Louie's across the street, and even though they were also busy, they were friendly, welcoming, and acknowledged us right away. We chose to go back the next day and had a far better experience at Louie's. The staff had us in and out in 15-20 minutes! I've used Men's Wearhouse in the past for business attire, but after this experience, I won't be returning. Even when compared to my best experiences at Men's Wearhouse, Louie's outshines them!

I told him a while back, why not try DXL? A months back, we went as we were both looking for clothes for an upcoming cruise we were taking together. I sat down to let him shop and find stuff to wear. He was able to find shirts, belts, pants, and other clothes that perfectly fit him without needing tailoring. The price is pretty reasonable as well. You can also bece a rewards member so that after spending a certain amount, you can get rebates for future purchases. Great store! Finally found a place where my brother can get clothes that fit him easily!

You can walk in and he can tell not only what style of clothes you'll be interested in, but also your exact measurements. He'll remember what you were interested in the last time. This guy rocks. Plenty of items to buy here from perfume, jewelry, mens and women's clothing and other items. Also located inside is a Finishline if you need some sneakers. What really floored me, though was that they actually have a Toys R' US inside! Yes!!! Omg! I had some many memories flooding through me as I walked around. The Find has a nice selection of baby and children's clothes. There are buckets of Jellycat stuff toys and lots of books and toys. They have also had some really cute and functional face masks here during the height of the pandemic. I purchased a couple COIN 1804 masks from them and those turned out to be my favorite ones. The Find also stocks some Fort Wayne themed items like magnets that say "Fort Wayne: It's not that bad," and postcards with drawings of downtown.
