My husband and I used Men's Wearhouse in Grand Chute and Grafton. The communication amongst both was horrible, one store would tell us one thing and the other something different. Everyone was fitted/ordered prior to the deadline. The pick up time was 3 days prior to our wedding. Out of our 6 reservations, 5 suits didn't fit and were stained in multiple spots. The bride's father's suit jacket was too large and had multiple large stains. The groom's father's suit did not fit at all and had to be completely reordered. The staff was not confident it would be here for our wedding. The staff at Grafton said they would hand deliver it on the wedding day by 11am, if it was available. Therefore he had to drive an hour to Grafton and back on the wedding day to pick up all of the reorders. 3 of the groomsman suits were either too small or too large and had to be reordered. With only 3 days to reorder, we were lucky the suits even made it on time for our wedding. And thankfully the groom's father ran to pick up the orders. After we returned the suits we brought up our concerns to the Grand Chute location with all of the issues that occurred. We were told that the day manager would speak with the location manager for a resolution and get back to us. A week passed so, we called the customer service line to see if there was an update, because the Grand Chute location wouldn't answer. They came to a resolution that all the reservations would get 50% off due to all of the issues and caused stress on our wedding day. We were told they would be issued in 2-5 days. 5 days passed and no one received their refund. Called again to see why the refund was not issued. Was told it was due to the way our wedding party paid and they said they would issue a check and mail it. 4 days passed and there is no check in the mail, called back to see what the hold up is and was told we should have them in hand already and nothing they can do on their end and it will be 21+ days for the checks because they were having issues on their end. The communication amongst their so called customer service and stores/managers is horrendous. Nothing but lies and talking to different people that have no clue what is going on. I'm assuming they are hoping we would just forget about all of the issues and the refund. Unfortunately, we would never recommend using Men's Wearhouse for your wedding or prom. Or for any of your suit needs. Stay away from them unless you want unnecessary stress and just a hassle. *Will update review as everything gets fully resolved.

There are so many things to trip on, and items are stacked so high, sometimes with heavier items onto of lighter ones. The used to have kids books by toys, which was nice, but now it is in the checkout area, and twice I brought my daughter but had to redirect her as I didn't want the shelf to collapse on her. Perhaps management can get creative about making it safer for customers. Also, I will say the location is convenient to freeway and other shopping locations in the same parking lot; there are lots of parking spots.

Never understood the difference between TJ Maxx and Marshall's, but that's a discussion for another day. Even though the store is no longer what I would refer to as "new," it was still very bright and clean. Yes, some of the displays were a bit TJ Maxxish in their clutter and organization, but that was the exception, not the rule. We found some great gifts at decent prices, and loved that there was a rare combo to end the transaction: No line and a friendly cashier; when's the last time those two things came together in a single transaction? Glad that I stopped in and will definitely make sure to head over after my next Costco run.

The workers at this store were much nicer, and the store was much more organized. You know how on the racks for men's pants, they have those rings with the waist size? At this store, the 38" pants are actually in the 38" section! So are the 40" waist pants! Imagine that, you almost never see that. I scored some really nice button-down sports shirts for summer here for less than $20 each. Totally what I was looking for at a great price! dress-pants or suit separate pants can usually be found in the $30-40 range. Just be careful that there are also "non-clearance" items on offer. You may think you are getting a great deal, but a pair of boring khaki shorts should never cost over $40 "on-clearance". I've been stressed and worried about finding work elsewhere. Compared to the quality of Brooks Brothers clothing, nothing I had came close. I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service.
