The assistant manager's lack of knowledge regarding their role and the inappropriate conversations they are having with customers and employees are concerning. Unfortunately, the situation has not improved but has instead deteriorated. Consequently, I would not recommend this store; however, I suggest exploring alternatives in nearby areas like Lansing, where my family and friends will shop. Attract employees who are dedicated to working at Bootbarn, aware of their job expectations, and focused on customer needs. How do certain employees still work here?

The pants wouldn't stay up and there were no belt loops for my suspenders. I finally found some clip-on suspenders, but the experience was far less than ideal. I had to continually hike my pants up and my green underwear would show. Finally I drove home 20 miles to change into something more practical for the reception. I complained when I returned the rental and they told me that all of their pants were like that because they needed to fit everybody. Didn't work for me. If you're going to redesign something, the result should be better and easier to use than the tried and true. I recommend that if you are going to rent a suit here, find some pants and shirt you are comfortable with and rent only the jacket.
