I visited this store looking for a formal gown for an upcoming event. I selected several dresses…read moreand went into the changing room to try them on. There was no attendent in sight, so I selected a room and went in. There were clothes hanging inside the changing room, but that was not unusual as garments are often left in changing rooms when the attendents are no where to be found. A short time later, there was a rap at the door and the attendent says "Ma'am, that room is taken". I replied, "It was empty when I entered", to which she asked me if I was dressed because she had been putting clothes in that room for someone else to try on and if nothing else, I needed to at least let her in to retrieve them. Her behaviour was expremely rude and embarrassing. I dressed myself, vacated the dressing room, and advised the clierk that I would be spending my money elsewhere. I sent an e-mail to Dillards regarding this incident and I did recieve a phone call from the store manager. He apologized profusely and advised me that he would address this with his staff. The fact that the store manager responded to quickly and promised to address the situation restores my faith in Dillards.

Great Grandma married an Army Air Corpsman after a whirlwind romance in 1942. She would have been quite impressed by the uniform. After all, she kept the last one over 50 years. In packing on Sunday night for a Tuesday morning funeral, our Marine became aware that his SIZE 14 patent leather shoes had not made the trip with his blues. Because Grandpa was so appreciative of his presence, that he assigned him pall bearer duties, ONLY the dress blues were appropriate for the event. I began first thing Monday morning calling any store in the KC area that had a sliver of a chance of fixing this problem in 24 hours or less. Keith and his staff answered their phone - no phone tree. They knew their inventory, their rental and sales abilities, and they jumped into action. When I arrived at 0930 the next morning, they had a plan A, a Plan B, and epic customer service and attention. I have blanked out the Marine's face as it was taken after the funeral. After fulfilling his duties at Mt Washington Cemetery, uphill, during a week with a rather lot of moisture, his shoes are no longer in regs... but they certainly completed the mission.

It may not be a big Las Vegas mall Seattle Mall or Portland malls. For a small mall this small mall is loaded with awesome stores. The mall is actually fun and has your arcade the food Court's cool I we ate some pizza today. My favorite place is the massage place :) called relax magic. I'm definitely will be visiting here often and do my Yelp check-ins.
