It stinks that this is all we have for a reasonably priced department store in Keene. It is clean enough, and convenient enough, but most Kohl's products are overpriced and all they do is attempt to attract business with sales and mark downs of their massively overpriced stuff. Every time you check out they make a point of telling you how much you "saved" on their overpriced crap, to try to make you feel better about still paying too much for what you got. I only go to Kohl's in Keene because there isn't much else around. I gave it the 2nd star for that reason alone. read more

I hate kohl's in general. This one specifically has all the disadvantages of every Kohl plus has it own down falls, like being a busier area with a parking lot that doesnt make sense, rude and inconsiderate staff and its in Keene. Typical of all Kohl's you will be hard pressed to find a good deal on anything, everything is marked up so that there are always sales. If you return something that rings up for $75, you may get $16 when you return it with no receipt. Cloths aren't really organized and aren't put back frequently enough. The checkout is typically one, sometimes two people and always a line. If you still live with your parents the changing room is pretty dead so it's a decent spot to get familiar with someone if you are comfortable doing that. read more

Yesterday afternoon we decided to do some shopping, so Kohl's was one of our stops. When we walked into the store there were hardly any other customers. The last time we had come it was packed to the gills, but this time it was like a ghost town. As we looked for some clothes, the store had a decent amount of items, but their big and tall sections were lacking. The plus size women's area had very limited items and the other area needing some additional items was the men's suit section. The other departments in the store seemed to be well stocked. This location also had a ton of sale items throughout the store. Overall, this is an average Kohl's with average items. This location would be better if they increased their selection in a few particular sections, but beyond that, not bad. read more

This clothing store (Kohls) along with all other Mens and women's clothing stores in Keene NH has reduced the mens sections to roughly 5-10% of the entire clothing section while the women's clothing section has increased by more than double. I'll let the reader speculate the rest! read more

The store manager and associate at the desk were absolutely awesome! My mom and I bought my sister a Fitbit versa and had to return it. The music didn't work since my sister doesn't have a computer to download the music. But they tried to look for the Amazon watch in three different states at multiple stores to help us out. I was promised a "special in store offer" if I connected to their WiFi, that was a lie, I never got any offer when I connected so I tried on my girlfriends phone and nothing... I checked my email kohl's website and tried Googleing it... It's just a scam so they can get your personal information when you agree to their terms and conditions, once you allow them permission to certain parts of your phone they sell that info.. They just use the lie "receive a special in store offer when you connect to wifi" to get you to allow them to steal your info and sell it... And I'm supposed to trust a place like this... You lied to me kohl's and now you are using me for info to sell.. Shame on you... Liers!! read more

I have witnessed the store manager Brady, mistreat employees not only in front of fellow employees, but in front of customers. To the point of shouting at an employee at the service desk through one employee and customers doing business at the desk, startling everyone present. He mistreats his staff regularly, making them feel responsible even for his own errors. Most recently I went to shop there to find that he pushed so hard on the manager beneath him, who was always pleasant and professional when I shopped in the store to the point, she had to walk out. This woman I know personally, and has worked through a lengthy battle with cancer, while having to fight the head manager for her days for treatment, in the meantime still being called with work issues when at treatment, and while on insured leave of absence. I will add not only with work issues but to discuss his personal life issues, and the stress he was under. Not only by his own self created problems work/personal but in attempt to make her feel guilty for not being at work. This went on even when she was thought to be terminal, and while sitting in the chair for chemo treatment to help her survive. He knew the days as he often complained about the pressure it put on him for her taking these days or needing them off. He also ignored the HR department when it was settled that he could not use her normal days off for these leave days and continued to only give her treatment days off during treatment week. She performed the job with great review through company policy at yearly review even when facing the health issues. His tirades, throwing things, slamming office doors, and manipulative ways caused her to leave work, and take up the matter with Kohl's HR department. Kohl's way of dealing with this was to terminate while she used the allotted time to calm and figure out how to address these matters. Terminated while in the process of filing for intermittent leave. To add the district manager called to listen to her concerns, and simply told her it sounded like she had some soul searching to do instead of handling the matter. This woman worked through covid filling hundreds of orders a day, and delivering purchases curbside even with her health issues and this is how the company treats her. They will never see one cent from me again, and I hope she hires a good lawyer and gets what she deserves. I hope strongly others will consider these practices before shopping in a Kohl's store. I could go on as there is more but this is more then enough reason not to spend money with this establishment. read more

Does the Store Manager happen to scan these reviews? I read Dan R review and it was spot on. This store is immaculate and tidy. Staff are very nice, and customer service counter efficient. Love their Jewelry case and many watches to choose from. Back some time ago there was a Fashion Bug across the street that closed. The chain went out of business from poor management. If Kohls were smart they could take over that customer base specializing in Plus sizes and Big & Tall. Not ugly clothes, but hip and fashionable. Debs was another chain that went out of business and they had beautiful dresses and gowns with great prices for special occasions and proms. It would explode their sales or at least get more foot traffic in the doors. They have a lot of departments from Toys, Houseware, Bedding, Seasonal that are small and not much selection. They would do far better getting rid of some of that stuff and expanding on specialty clothing with better choices. If you are in a hurry and need to zoom shop this is the place to go. You should be able to find what you need quickly. Parking is easy, there is a restaurant in same plaza as well as an Aldis, Walgreens, Health Clinic and some others. Across the street you have a Citgo, Hannafords, Aubuchon, JoAnne Fabrics, and a bunch of others so its a great area to shop tax free! read more
