The thing I love about Kohls is that you never know what you're going to find, and when you do find it you end up loving it! I love that the Sephora inside of it is open pretty late, because the Ulta in this complex closes early. They sell a lot of good products like Summer Fridays and Sol De Janeiro. The Kohls cash is incentivizing to come in! I ended up getting this cute car sweater with it, and the Snoopy inflatable ended up catching my eye since I am a major fan! I even got my Halloween costume for this year here, which was a Shrek outfit that came with a shirt and beanie for just $20. While some things are overpriced, there are often very good sales and plenty of clearance racks with nice pieces if you take the time to look through them! read more

I am absolutely dumbfounded by the lack of costumer service at this Kohls location now. This Kohls used to be a nice environment with helpful employees. However, now that's the farther thing from the truth. Now let me tell you an example of this unfortunate turn of events. I go to check out, with Ann (the employee) I have a pair of earrings and a few other things. Now this pair of earrings is on sale, great! Sometimes sale items go on sale more but aren't repriced with the sticker (happens a bit). So I asked "oh how much are those?" In a VERY condescending tone she looks at the sticker at me, then at the sticker again "looks like 12 dollars" At this point I am taken a back, I was not aware my asking the price would create such a condescending response. Just left this store and although they are remodeling, the bathroom was DISGUSTING. ONE stall out of what-8?? Was usable. Either not flushed, poop in them, and even poop(?)On the floor between the one I used and next one. Told 2 ladies "working"(just standing by clothes area talking)and the response was" sorry, we don't have a cleaner right now". GET IT TOGETHER MAN!!! YOU HAVE ONLY ONE ENTRANCE TO THE STORE OPEN BUT YET YOU CANT KEEP YOUR BATHROOM CLEAN!! A lady that was in there before me said she found the one bathroom usable that I ended up using, last stall only. Don't think I'll be back here and I am a HUGE KOHL SHOPPER. Had an online order pick-up and was treated very rudely by one of the staff members. I didn't know I had to have the order number (picking item up for my wife), so I got my wife on the phone to read the number to the staff member over speaker and the staffer threw down a pen and a torn receipt for me to write it down - despite the worker having the machine in her hand to type it in. She then rudely asked for my ID, by just saying "ID?", I asked if she meant my driver's license or some order ID number and she answered me like I was some sort of idiot. Two seconds later, she grabbed my items, and I was out the door. Never again for this place. I guess being a loyalty card member means nothing to this store. read more

This kohl's is better than the one much closer to me because I feel like they have more variety when it comes to EVERYTHING. Jennifer Lopez, Daisy Fuentes, Chaps, Nike and Candies and a few others are all brands my family and I really like. The sale emails I get literally have me running to Kohl's. Today I got some stuff for the kids since they'll be getting back to school, got some workout clothes for myself. The store was pretty busy especially when I was leaving which was around 2pm or so. The sales have lured in heavy traffic basically. One thing Kohl's seems to enforce to this day is really good customer service at the cashiers. I have never had a bad time with any of the staff ever! I remember this being a priority when I worked here several years ago and it still stands. They're hiring and the shopping discount was handy for me back in the day. read more

Their credit card payment machines move so it is easily accessible for people with disabilities and their staff with help carry items to the car for you. Horrible return policy. You have to have the receipt AND if the gift was bought using Kohl's cash, you get little to nothing store credit. Second time now, trying to exchange or return my child's wrong size clothing gift, and it was an absolute waste of time. Jenny is super slow and tries to be helpful but ends up taking way too much time explaining. Both times now I went in for something that should have took 5 minute to exchange and it ended up taking 30+ min. to only get a few dollars back for Carter's clothes retailed at $25-$36. Prices are high, can get it cheaper on Amazon. Unfortunately, never coming back. read more

Kohl's will be the next department store to close. This store had stuff everywhere. Thrown around. Went to women's clearance and the area marked size 2x has sizes from 4 to 26. No organization whatsoever. I'm also a little turned off by sales associates wearing worn out jeans. No professionalism. Pretty bad when you can't tell the customers from the help. The styles in the womans department have not changed in the last 5 years even though the prices have gone up. Never shopping here again! Had the worst experience w customer service when I called about my KohlCash. I was told by one agent she extended the expired cash bc it hadn't been that long, it was a lot ($120), and I was placing yet another VERY EXPENSIVE $500!!! online order! I went to place the order and the cash wouldn't go through. Had to recall and spent AN HOUR AND A HALF on the phone w customer service! Only to be lied to that there was no evidence of my previous call. Then FINALLY they admitted they could see I called and that it was about my kohlscash but the agent didn't write down what resolution she gave me. So they said they would not honor my $120 kohlscash!!! What?! Bc YOU trained your agents wrong n therefore they made a mistake, I have to suffer their consequences?? I even told them repeatedly I'm trying to make a VERY large purchase w them AGAIN. They said they can see that, but bc it wasn't documented still won't honor it. And that was the manager, I believe Christine, who so rudely spoke to me. Well, I did not place my LARGE Christmas order and will NEVER place any order with this company again! I am not a fan of shopping, but my wife, who dreads shopping for clothing, needed a dress for a wedding so I decided to tag along for moral support. My wife's attitude was terrible the whole way there and upon entering the store. She was looking at dresses and made a comment which an employee, Kyrsten, overheard. She immediately began showing my wife dresses and it perked her up immediately. She tried on about 10 different dresses. Kyrsten kept stopping by to make sure she was doing okay. In the end, we walked out with a new dress and she also bought a pair of shoes. She had some Kohl's cash and a 30% off coupon and walked out with a huge smile! This place doesn't even deserve one star. I just left this place empty handed. I had to go find a cashier to help me out to see if they had anything in my size in the back. The cashier asked me where I even found the pants I had and that she didn't have a head set to ask anyone to look and for me to find someone else to help me. I told her I had been looking for someone to help me for the past 15 minutes and she just shrugged her shoulders. This place needs to hire people who actually want to do their job instead of thinking customers needing help is an inconvenience to them. That's what you get paid to do, help customers!!! This is not the first time I've had an employee be extremely lazy, I gave this place one last chance and of course they failed miserably. My family and I won't be returning to this location again.
