I wanted to buy a Timex watch; asked the lady in the Jewelry department if she could help me & could I pay for the watch there. She acted very disgusted that I had bothered her. She started to ring it up on her register: I told her I wanted to try it on because I have one wrist larger than the other. She stretched the band (still in the box) & said it's an expansion band & continued to ring it up. Again, I told her I wanted to try it on. She snipped the security tie & handed it over to me still attached to the box which I definitely couldn't try on! Finally she snipped the other tie, it was a perfect fit so I handed it back to her. She threw it in a bag & practically threw the receipt at me ... no 'thank you for shopping at Kohl's, here's a survey, etc'. If this lady didn't want to be there she should have called in sick! I shop at this Kohl's quite often & never have I ever been treated like 'a disruption'. She needs to be given a pep talk from her manager and moved to a different department away from paying customers. read more

I Love Kohl's. I really do. Whenever I feel stressed I like to go there and look around. I always end up finding a great deal. But yesterday, I was given horrible costumer service! The cashier was too busy talking to another cashier. She barely made eye contact with me. I was pretty upset. Then when I got home, I pulled the sweater I had just bought out of the bag and noticed that the security tag had not been removed. I was furious. The cashier was definitely too busy talking to even notice the security tag! I then had to drive back there today. I decided to just return the sweater. I didn't want it anymore. read more

This Kohl's is pretty much like any other Kohl's. Decent selection of merchandise and, when its on sale (which is almost always) and you have one of their better coupons you can get some really good deals. One thing I've noticed at this location is you'll want to get here early, as the place gets seriously destroyed as the day goes by and it can make finding things a challenge. It's been a while but I went there looking for cloths for my daughter. They had a good selection of styles but limited on sizes. The store felt very cluttered. Found a few things that worked but not the experience I remember. Worth shopping here over some of the other big department stores and you don't have to go to the mall. read more

Hollymolly!! KOHLS is like the best kept secret! They always have great deals ; on top of that they always have sales! And when i say sales-- i mean 20%-40% off and sometimes more! You'll be surprised how little you pay for quality merchandise. Oh and if you get the kohls charge card you get even more coupons! Ok I sound like a commercial... anyways you can find men-women-childrens clothes, shoes, housewares, handbags, accessories, jewelry, fragrance, cosmetics, and everything here! The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The store is bright. Walkways are wide, merchanise is neat/organized, and there is a ton of parking here. Go check it out! read more

It's almost time to shop for "that season" again. I had an experience with Kohls last year that was not nice. I saw an ad on TV on a Monday evening saying you would get "$10.00" Kohls Cash for each fifty dollars spent. I was doing charity shopping for the children of some of our young service men and their families at Nellis AFB. 5 little ones from a few months old to 5 years. It would have been just a little something extra for the kids. I spent just over $250.00 dollars but when I didn't get the Kohls cash coupons I asked for them. I was told they weren't doing that any more. I mentioned the ad on tv the night before. I was told it was a mistake. I went to the manager, she said "someone forgot to pull the ad." I sent a letter to the customer relations and never got a response. So, Hi Ho Hi Ho a shopping I will go. BUT it will not be to Ko Ko Kohl's this year! PS the same ad was still on TV the next evening. How about posting a sign on the entry to let people know? read more

I just walked out of this Kohls after standing in the only checkout line for 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me! The cashier REALLY took her time. She chatted with the people checking out and slowly folded and wrapped the items while the line continued to grow behind me. She never called for help or suggested another place to check out so I finally put down the 4 shirts I was going to purchase and left. She was certainly friendly but didn't seem to give a rip about how long customers had to wait to check out. read more

So my fiancé and I went in to sign up for the wedding registry at Kohl's on Durango today. The customer service there was so bad. The guy who was trying to help us create an account was clueless and there registry kiosk was a piece of crap. What was suppose to be fun was irritating right from the get go. I should have quit then, but decided to go against my better judgment. After our account was FINALLY created, he asked if we were planning on shopping online or shop in the store today? Noo, we just came there to get extremely frustrated with your kiosk machine, what do you think? Well that's what I felt like saying but bit my tongue on that one. So he asks would we like the scanner so you can start adding things to our wish list, I said yes that would be nice and also some registry cards. My fiancé and I stood there for 15 min. The guy comes back with neither of those items. A lady already had the scanner and was still doing her shopping and the other scanner was down. Then I asked, what about the registry cards so I can put them in with my invitations. He said oh yeah, let me check on that. He comes back 10 min later with the scanner and 20% off coupons for my guests if they spend $100 or more on my wish list. A little pointless when I have made my wish list affordable for our guests by keeping gift costs $50 and under. But that's all they had, no personalized registry cards with our registry number and our names on it. As far as he knew. I think that is pretty tacky, coupons instead of personalized registry cards? I still don't get it...... Needless to say, I'll be deleting our account. read more

I came to khols over the weekend it was fairly busy with lack of employees to help i am not a serious khols shopper to be honest never shopped at a khols store but i came last minute shopping to get a outfit for a dinner first i checked juniors with no luck of find anything i went to the women's area and found two associates the first girl to help was a little to straight forward and not much help so I began to search on my own then i happen to run into another associate who was marking down clothes and i asked her to check a few prices for me and sizes very surprising she did right away and gave me answers in less than a minute kind of shocked me because half the staff here doesn't seem to be educated on there jobs but anyway she checked for my slack but they did not have my size she also found out that they where on sale just haven't been marked she asked did i need help with anything else and I explained what i needed the pants for and she walked me over where i would be able to order online and also help me with additional options I really wanted to give this place one to two stars but the girl was super sweet and seem to know her stuff,i also loved her hair color.so maybe for the right deals I'll return to khols read more

My husband and I shopped here last evening and Jenny was our cashier, she was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about any questions we had. The store manager Christina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products and the items her store sells. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her position as a manager of this location. She treats her guests and employees with the utmost respect. We then came back today to do a little bit more retail therapy. And had a huge transaction, our cashier Aaliyah was an absolute doll. We had some issues with the Kohl's credit card company who, by the way gave Aaliyah a ton of uncalled for attitude, she handled herself with complete professionalism. She did everything in her power to ensure we continued to have an amazing experience at her store. I will most definitely back to this location as much as my wallet and paycheck allows! I would recommend everyone visit this location as the employees really take care of their guests and ensure you have a pleasant experience. I was in Kohl's trying on dresses for Mother's Day. I saw the cleaning man going in and out of the dressing room. I also saw another man standing just outside of the dressing room. I asked the man standing outside of the dressing room if the dressing room was for women. He told me that it was a women's dressing room and that he was just waiting for his wife. I continued into the dressing room and started trying on dresses. I heard the wife and husband conversing with each other, then they left. About two minutes after the couple left I started hearing a man moan and saying inappropriate things. He was CLEARLY pleasuring himself in the dressing room next to me. I immediately threw my clothes back on and ran out. I asked a cashier for the manager. She immediately called for the store manager, Tammy. I told Tammy what happened to me and she told me she would take care of it. Tammy did not seem concerned whatsoever, she pretty much made me feel like she didn't believe me. When I was leaving Tammy started folding clothes instead of going to talk to the male cleaner. I left traumatized and frantic. I have never experienced such a violating situation. My husband and I called the police since Tammy was zero assistance. Unfortunately, the police couldn't do more than question the creeper since I didn't peek into the dressing room next to me and physically see him in the act. The police also told me that Tammy claims the male cleaner "moans" as he works. Thanks Tammy for sticking up for your disgusting employee and not your paying customer. Does your creepy employee also say dirty things as he works Tammy?? Tammy officially gets my vote for WORST KOHL'S MANAGER OF THE YEAR! And, I am ONLY giving this store 1 star because I have to. read more

The cashiers near the women's sport section were completely and utterly disrespectful and unprofessional tonight. Young girls wearing entirely way too much makeup, Kohls needs to enforce some kind of grooming standards. The two of them must've thought they were kickin it with their homies at school or something because they did not hesitate for a second to talk amongst themselves about how working there sucked and having to pass out the scratch offs to the incoming customers sucked even worse because they had to speak to the customers. Keep in mind all this is going on while both of the cashiers have customers standing at their respective counters. Unfortunately, the receipt doesn't give me the name of the incompetent child who checked me out. I would blast her name all over here. I asked one simple thing and that was for her to not fold up the items I bought with the hangers in them. Seemed like an easy enough request that doesn't require too much brain activity, but nope.
