I have never shopped here ever but broke my sandal on a first date at dts and was in desperate need of a sandal replacement so I didn't scare my date off with bare feet. The girls here were all so kind and tried quickly to find something in my size which can be hard because I'm a 10 that was cute still. Just because of their kindness and attentiveness I will now come back here to see if I can get anything else in the future. So my friend and I came in today and had an amazing experience. We are from out of town and decided to check out this location and the service was delightful! Andrea was the best and she helped me get out of my comfort zone and pick out a bunch of new outfits that I normally would never have even considered trying on. She was like our own personal shopper and I'm super happy with everything I got and can't wait to get home and show hubby my new wardrobe. I spent way more than I had expected to but well worth it. I love this place so much it has now become a "must do" on my list of things to do when I visit family in Vegas. They have the best stuff at ridiculously affordable prices. I know they are a chain, but most of their clothing looks like it came from a boutique. I ALWAYS get compliments for the tops I buy there. We had a great experience here. I walked in looking for a bathing suit, which they didn't have. My boyfriend who was with me ended up finding some great things instead. The guy working in the store was so nice and so friendly and he kept laughing at us everything we would check out, the roam the store for new items and go back to him to check out. I would have loved to be the first one to review Buckle and give it the stars they truly deserve, but oh well. I came in this weekend to try to find some sports caps for my hubby and ended up buying other stuff instead. My hubby and I were browsing the store and came across some tees and a few jeans that we liked. We got a couple of things and the guy at the front of the store got us a fitting room. The sales guy had some suggestions for jeans and we ended up buying a pair of mens Jersey knit jeans that we didn't even think would work, but they did. The sales guy was helpful and funny and was not pushy at all. I think I gave off the "impression" that I was the one deciding what would look good on my hubby so his suggestions were minimum... which was kinda funny. Overall this shopping trip was great and not stressful like my other visits at other Buckle stores. I would definitely recommend this particular store and also sign up for their $10 off buckle punch card. I will also add that if your not the type of customer that likes being helped and or getting suggestions from the sales people then don't shop here, because the people here work on commission. I love this store I have for years, however this location at downtown summer. Has the worst customer service ever. The man helping me had no clue where anything in his store was (no he is not new to the company) had. I idea how to use the register and the lady whom I can only guess was the manager was about as useful as a door mat! I have been to the buckle store in downtown Summerlin what a number of occasions and I must say that the employees at the store make me feel like part of the family every time I come in there and it's an enjoyable experience every time! I went in last night to find an outfit for a country concert this weekend. Skyler greeted me and asked if I needed help, I said yes and explained that I was going to a concert and wanted to find something cute to wear. She jumped into to help, listen to what I was looking for and recommended a couple of different options and got things together for me to try on. She explained the process of the pants and how I'll need to size down as they stretch out a couple hours after putting them on (music to a mom bod ears to have to size down). I had the BEST experience last Friday at this location. I needed to return a pair of Shorts I ordered online and the sales associates were so sweet and helped me find more shorts in my size! I have never received that kind of help from any store before and I really appreciated all their help! I ended up evenly exchanging one pair for the pair I ordered online, and I purchased another pair I fell in love with! I love what this store has but as soon as we came in the guy starts getting items, we told the guy politely we just wanted to browse, He said ok and not 2 minutes after he brought some more things and said we have to try things out. Again he was told we just wanted to look at things and yet again he said on. He returns with more items and is rude and not letting me talk, my boyfriend was very close to getting very upset with this guy. We decided to leave and I'm very disappointed since there are some people that don't like this type of customer service, I wanted to spend some money but instead we left very angry. read more

I started looking around and once I got into the fitting room, Justin showed me some pant options that went great with everything I picked out. I didn't get everything I wanted today but they let me layaway some of the items I didn't need right away so I could save them and buy them later when I need to!! Just stopped in for shoes to match an outfit I bought elsewhere. Harli (not sure if spelling is right) was very bubbly and helpful. I think she brought me out every single shoe they had in the back even ones I didn't ask for but thank goodness she did because the perfect shoe and runner up were both ones I didn't even pick. If they do make commission then yes that explains why they try so hard to sell you something but hey let's be honest if they didn't help you, then the comments would read "ah no service blah blah". I absolutely cannot even describe how great my experience was today at the Buckle! I've always loved the store and I have terrible fashion sense and quite literally hate shopping. I walked in and was looking for my size in a shirt I liked when I was greeted by Amaya. She made this trip literally the most fun, flawless, non frustrating experience ever. She was attentive, perceptive, very good at reading my tastes, and never brought over too many things at once to overwhelm me. But most of all, she was a blast! The energy in this store was great and all of the employees were super sweet and helpful. I will for SURE be going back here in lieu of the other branches. read more

Blair is the best. We went into Buckle KIND of looking for something for my fiancé. Blair, the store associate, has great style and he ended up being the perfect amount of guidance for my guy. Been into the store several times they are highly expensive and I have had the last straw with the over excessive need to sell ... They chase you around try to sell you everything and won't let you just shop alone. Every time you find something you like they offer you 10 other pairs in different styles at $300 a pair.... There need to follow you around and sell to you every five seconds is the most annoying approach I've ever had... I recommend you stop following people around and if they have questions they will come to you this is a very bad business decision...I have left many many times due to feeling uncomfortable in that pressured situation!!!!!! read more

The sales people are EXTREMELY pushy. My son loves the clothes and refuses to go in with me anymore. We are getting ready for vacation so I thought I would look for some things for my husband. The sales associate tried to push anything and everything on me, whatever, I'm used to it. I warned him that my husband has a 36 inch inseam and likes his shorts to come to his knee. I also told him that my husbands shoulders are so broad that he has to have a 2X shirt. He threw everything at me. I kept hesitating but without my husband in the store, I had to guess. I was very clear that I would just get a bunch and bring back whatever didn't fit. Only one short and one shirt ended up fitting. My husband came with me to do a return today because he wanted to look at jeans. The guy from yesterday wasn't there but the guy that was there was extremely rude about the returns. Went on about trying a different size. We bought the biggest they had. Of course he could find longer shorts. Did that yesterday too. He would order online, we leave in two days. Huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes. Needless to say, my husband walked out after the transaction and said he had no desire to look for jeans or anything else in that store again. Funny how different the help is from yesterday shopping to today returning. This guy wouldn't be my employee with that behavior. read more
