Went in to pick up an order from online. Store is clean. I walked around to see if there was anything that would catch my eye. The men's graphic tees section is not organized at all you find multiples of the same shirts on different shelves and different displays mixed in with other shirts piled on top. They are neatly folded so it seems by design which makes no sense. Didn't see any associates until check out. read more

Kohl's is not one of my normal stops on a shopping trip, so my visits to this location have been few and far between over the years. However, each time I have visited I have found the store to be clean, organized and the employees generally friendly. This Kohl's also serves as an Amazon return location (at least during the holidays), and that is what brought me to the store again in December 2020. I was pleasantly surprised to find that even during the pandemic, Kohl's has managed to keep this store clean, organized and easy to navigate. There are not hand sanitizer dispensers strategically placed around the store and signs encourage social distancing, but other than that it looks like "normal" times. All the employees I interacted with upheld the level of friendly customer service I have experienced here before, so that's another big plus. In terms of prices, they seemed good to fair to me. There was nothing that seemed "super discounted", but that's fine. The clothing is largely broken up into collections by company or brand name, so that makes finding things relatively easy. If Kohl's is your jam, definitely check this location out. read more

I was in need of some new tank tops and Kohl's offers curb side pick up. I went online, set up the pick up and was able to get a 20% discount and use Kohls cash! I saved about $12. My first time at a Kohl's. I had to return some Amazon items at this location. From quick glance, it was like a brighter, cleaner, less packed version of Macy's. I want to return amazon items to Kohl's just to browse the aisles after. What an ingenious idea for an e-commerce marketplace to partner up with brick-and-mortar chains to save on overhead. read more

Came here at almost 10pm thanksgiving night and it was a breeze. There were lots of people on the store and the line was long. However the cashiers and front end had an awesome system that made that line move swiftly. I was able to find all that I came for with ease and even picked up two other things that I had not planned to purchase. The store was not a mess like some places are during the doorbuster sales. The cashiers and staff were all very pleasant. I shop at this Kohl's often and it's always a pleasure. I'm glad to see that it was in order even on Black Friday as well. read more

Not a bad experience at this Kohl's. Great customer service and ample parking. They have lots of large carts and they have motorized scooters for those with mobility impairments. I wish the store was organized better and I wish it was cleaner. They sold gift cards to other stores and restaurants so we didn't have to make two stops for gifts which was nice. I highly recommend signing up for their Kohl's credit card and for getting Kohl's cash and coupons. The clothing, shoes and accessories here are pretty cheap as is but adding these additional discounts, they practically give the stuff away. read more

I know it's the Holidaze, but this Kohl's really needs to get it together. There's no reason why a line should literally be around the enitre first floor. There's no one one the 2nd floor ringing ANYTHING, and the 4 people on the 1st floor ringing are moving slow as molasses. Very poor store planning if you ask me. The selection is fine, and the store was pretty clean despite the fact a million people were inside shopping. I even enjoyed using the restroom here. My only complaint is that checkout system. I think another set of registers should be built in somehow, because waiting in a line for 20+ minutes is not fun and almost made me leave. read more

This store is very tidy and in place. The workers are very friendly and greet me with a smile and the managers are also very friendly and inviting. The prices are fantastic and the savings are good. I definitely recommend this store. read more

Rose at Kohl's Linden, NJ need a little more customer care training. She was too busy talking to another employee while she was "helping". You'll think they work all day together they can always catch up during their down time. I've been a Kohl's card holder for over 10 years; never had any issues with my purchases today I had to go back to another register to fix the extra charges Rose apply to my purchase and only had a "sorry" to give me. Kohls at Linden,NJ needs to add some security to its parking lot, Last time i visited my car got car got broken into, I hardly shopped for 1 hour or less and my car got broken into by the time i came back, the guy who did it is an expret i guess, he drilled a hole on to the door and unlocked it. This incident happened on a Mid day (08/09/2014), I do know that people break in to cars in NJ if they see a GPS hanging around, but in my case there is nothing visible in the car and they still did it KOHL'S Need to add some security measures for its customers, as far as me, i rate this kohl's for poor customer security and am never gonna visit again. read more

Store has 12 registers but only 2 people working which resulted in a long line that i waited on for 20 minutes. When I finally made it to the register they rejected my coupon because the item was "name brand".. a pair of Cheaply made LEVI jeans. "Name brand"...pshhh wtf isnt a name brand?! I usually don't shop here at Kohl's but had a great experience today. I had a gift card to Kohl's and I went shopping. The place was very nice and organized. The isles were wide and there was a lot of selection of clothing. The fitting rooms were spacious and ample. Definitely coming back. read more

I went to the Linden Kohl's around 3pm July 18, 2020. I was looking for flip flops. I have been buying flip flops from Kohl's for the past 10 years at least. Today I walked through the first and second floors and could not find any flip flops. I went to Customer Service on the second floor and spoke with Sarah (that's the name she gave me since she was not wearing a name tag). When I asked her about the Flip flops and where they would be located in the store, she didn't know. She placed a call to dept 0200? And when they didn't call back she asked me to move aside so she can attend to other customers which I did. While she was away, I heard her phone ringing. When she came back, she answered two calls. The second call was in reference to my flip flops (based on what I overheard). After she hung up she attended to the customer ((who came after me). After observing her haggling with this customer for another 5 minutes, without acknowledging me or giving me any indication regarding my request, I left Customer Service, went downstairs, tore up my 20% coupon, threw it in the garbage and left the store. I will get my flip flops from Amazon. I am incredulous on how I was treated today. I know there are millions of Americans who will gladly travel to a brick and mortar store like Kohl's if they are treated with some semblance of respect and Humanity. Many of us would even pay extra for the privilege! But if Kohl's and other company's like it don't understand this, they will continue to lose their business to soulless companies like Amazon. Guess what, I'm going to order my flip flops from Amazon. I don't know if I'll ever go back to Kohl's. For Anything!!!! I have to say I'm pissed off on how I was treated today.
