Been shopping here for years. Kids and grandkids clothes by the basket loads. Today one young man with an Afro and glasses working the check out ended any future business I will give this store. After waiting in line for over 15 minutes with 6 people ahead of me and two registers open, one taking returns, I asked this employee if they might be able to open another lane of two to help reduce the line and wait for the 6 people in front and 8 behind. His answer was a resounding "Nope!" With that I left my basket full of over $1000 of clothes for my grandkids that I had picked out with no help from anyone in the floor. All I can say is I have no sympathy for any business who treats customers like this or hires people like that young man. Along with getting rid of all this woke crap, can we also start to boycott businesses who treat us like crap? read more

Check out at 7:16pm the worse experice of my life. I feel anger discrimitated a bad parent, a clown for defending was right. I have never had an experience anything like this in my life. The cashier shame us, discriminated harras us. Customers defending the cashier for her mistake the words that came out her mouth that she does not know if my toddler its contagious. Felt the worse parent ever. My 3 year old toddler was not touching the cash register or the card machine he was 1ft away. he was scratching bc he his neck was itching not coughing his has eczema flare up that itches as hell and flare ups are the worse thing someone can have. i do not wish it for my worse enemy. I know other parent have experience with there toddler eczema flare ups we as parents do our best to make our kids as comfortable as they can be so they do not itch but we cant help it at times. This cashier clean everything took like 5/10 min just cleaning like my son was contagious had a virus. i did not notice untily friend said something to me when we exit the store. I went straight back to confront her and give the incompetent cashier information she does not know about eczema and there was no need to discriminate and take it out of proportion and clean in a way the my son was constations she close the register like her life was a risk the intired area where my son never touch. And while she cleans had 2 customers to go to the other register and she kept cleaning while looking at us. if we did something bad my friend notice the cleaning and the staring at us. When it was time for my friend to check out her toddler was coughing and by no means she clean after them or when i went to confront her three other customers check out and did not clean after each one left. The manager was no help ask to write her up to look at the cameras. explain to the manger that the cashier check out 3 customer and did not clean after them right there arguing. This is unacceptable. I seen people that still wear a mask gloves to protect themself but what happen today its something else. Please KOHLS CORP HUMAN RESOURCES get the cashier some courses and a write up with the manager in duty. Im putting this review so no other parent experience this. My toddler doesnt know he was being discriminated I'm here as a parent fighting his fight. if i knew my son was sick i would not be out in public i would stay home to make him feel better.I already called CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPORTED THE STORE. Very convenient location. Good store, easy to get what I need. This location just off of 75 is super convenient. It's a good, clean store with a good selection. It's a nice, clean store with good prices. I usually come here for dress clothes and am always looking for jeans here. Good choice for shoes as well (dress and casual). I haven't had to ask for any help, but the people who checked me out have been very nice. Make sure to use your Kohl's Cash, they expire pretty quickly. Convenient location with a decent selection, friendly staff, and clean store. This is definitely 1 of the better Kohl's I've been to. There's always that part of a store that randomly smells like pee, but NOPE not at this Kohl's! Another bonus, I wasn't pressured into getting a Kohl's card which I absolutely appreciated. Every time I've been to a store like this I get asked and it turns into a 3-minute "[super polite] no, I'm good thank you... [polite] no really, I-I'm good... [stern] I don't shop here often so no I. I just came here to pick up some Christmas gifts and even though there was a long line the cashiers were all smiling and moved people through quickly! I am with another reviewer...who doesn't love Kohl's. They pay you to shop, practically. This Kohl's has some very knowledgable associates that help you save even more. There are a couple of associates that are a bit grouchy, but overall it is a good store. The great thing about this store is that you have a wide variety of interesting departments. My intention was to buy a new pair of hiking boots for my son, but I was surprised by their outerwear, bath supplies and hiking gear. What a good store. read more

I love Kohl's. This is the place to go for any kind of bedding. There is always some sort of sale going on and I have even gotten 60% before on a killer blanket. Nice sheets with a high thread count but completely affordable. I've about decided that the price tags written on the merchandise are probably never actually charged. The same goes for shoes too. Decent selection, good quality, outstanding prices. The shoes on clearance are brutal. This is the only place I have actually found pairs that I LOVED on a super sale but inevitably there's only one pair and it's hit or miss if they'll be my size. But that is the way of clearance. I've managed to do well with the regular sales though. I like the Croft & Barrow clothes they sell here. They lend themselves well to business casual. Their leisure clothes are a little too young for me .. Daisy Fuentes is the conservative brand. read more

This store is awful. The clothes are always thrown all over the floor, the associates are rude, and the associates constantly tell you wrong information. I was using the in store kiosk to order pants for my husband and they told me you can't use coupons or kohls cash and you don't earn rewards from those purchases unless you use a Kohls charge. Turns out I found a place to put in a coupon code and a few days later I earned rewards on the purchase even though I don't have a Kohls charge! Anytime you need help they act like you are a nuisance and I'm done. I won't shop here anymore. I'll try another Kohls or just stop shopping here all together. Maybe it's just me, but I feel Khols in general has gone downhill. When I go, I don't seem to find much I like. The store is always a bit disorganized too, and sale stuff is mixed with regular priced stuff. I do like how they have scanners around so you can check the price of things as you shop. That helps! Maybe my style doesn't align with theirs anymore, but I don't think it will be in my regular set of stores I shop at. read more

I've been in many Kohl's stores throughout several states, and they all seem to be pretty much the same, for the most part. We went to this location to buy my son some fall/winter clothes and shoes, as he has outgrown almost everything we have. I was disappointed in the kid's clothing section. The selection wasn't as big as other stores we've been in, and it was a disheveled mess. Things were out of place, many sizes were not available, and it was overall very messy. We also couldn't find anyone to assist us. My husband made the same comments about the men's clothing section. All of the employees we saw seemed to be very grouchy, except for the man who checked us out (Roy, I believe). Better luck next time? read more

My mom and I came to this store to try to get our wedding registry complete since we have had two bad experiences at Kohls. We met with Theresa (her tag said Frisco, TX - Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager) she was a huge help in our wedding registries. First couple of times we marked a few things and downloaded them to the schedule to make sure the scanner worked. They did. At the time, I had two registries and one was blank the other one had items we picked online. We had to go through tech support/customer service on the phone and tell them what registry we wanted deleted. Ten minutes later it showed that our registry was deleted and we finished scanning our items. We brought it back to Theresa and she downloaded them. We double checked they were on the system by using our registry number and it said "no registries available". Apparently when searching by my name, the old one that had no items in it that was told was deleted was available, and the one we registered everything under was completely gone. After 20 minutes of tech support/customer service we had to create another "new" registry and scan again everything from start. It finally worked. We asked if this is what other people go through on registries and they said no. I would give Theresa five stars, because not once did she give up on us. She has been the only Store Manager to help us with our 2 other horrible experiences at Kohls. I would give 1 star for the horrible difficulties we had in scanning. However, averaging them out it was 3 stars. read more

Folks be sure to do your homework before you purchase anything that sounds to good to be true at Kohl's especially this time of year and at Christmas. I had about 8 toys in my cart using the percent off coupon. They advertise stuff at a higher retail price then it actually is. I kept copies and have proof of it. So after investigating even with the percent off coupon I still bought it cheaper at Targets with no coupons. To me and maybe it is just me that it is misleading in general. read more

They even will take Kohls Cash after it expires & offer you a discount if you sign up for their store card. Returns are easy too & they're in a good location right of hiway 75. read more
