Worst customer service experience ever! The store Frenzi claims to be open at 10 am. At 10 am, I come to the store, and there is this young, blonde girl working there and she tells me through the front doors "you can't come in yet". I'm confused because it is 10 am, so I walk back to my car and sit there for another good 10 minutes out of common courtesy. I come back to the front, where I try to get an explanation for why the store isn't open only to have the girl ignore me while she mops around the store. I tap on the door and still get no response. Frustrated, I go back to my car and call the store and the girl answers. By this time, it had been almost 35 minutes I have waited. The girl says apparently the owner isn't in yet, and she can't open the store because only the owner is allowed to run the register. I tell the girl I just want to look around the store and I don't have to use the register, and I have been waiting for almost 40 minutes and the employee snaps at me saying "well haven't you ever been late in your life before?!". She then yells at me saying "Well why don't you go to another store" and hangs up the phone on me. I am literally stunned and astonished at her blatant rudeness, complete disregard of customer service. I waited almost 45 minutes to have an employee yell at me? So unprofessional. When the manager finally does arrive, about 10 minutes later, I let her know of the horrendous employee's actions. Very poor, rude, customer service. Highly unprofessional as the store does not open at the time is is allocated to open. Its almost an hour before the store actually opens, and has no respect for customer's time or patience. I would avoid this store if possible. No professionalism or customer service at all. read more

Should I be embarrassed to say that I love this store? I like their variety of things. It's not just all fitted clubby kind of apparel. They have a little something for everyone of all ages. I really like the fact that they carry the brand Lush (which sells in Nordstrom, Francesca's etc) It's about $10 cheaper here than the other stores and this brand never disappointed me. I really like their dresses and flowy tops. But these items add up quickly... I have paid close to $100 for just 3 items. These pieces probably won't last you years but I like the selection better than Forever 21 and H&M. As far as service goes... if you need something then holler. Other than that, you're gonna be left to roam by yourself. read more

Frenzi is cute women's clothing boutique nestled in the Village at Fairview / Allen. It's a combination of styles from Francesca's, H&M, Forever 21, and Anthropologie...all at great prices. I've bought several things here and no piece has ever cost me more than $30. The store is spacious, kept immaculately clean, and organized by color by style. If you are looking for cute summer dresses, rompers, flowy tops, or going-out clothes, I have no doubt you'll find something that you like here. The belt and jewelry selection is lacking, but the unique clothes more than make up for that. :) read more

Ugh! I am addicted to this place! I love long, tunic like shirts and I buy all mine from here! I get so many compliments on my shirts and dresses and I grudgingly give up the location of my awesome purchases because... Come on, we all hate when people end up with the exact same wardrobe as us. I love the clothes I find here because they look so freaking cute. And while the prices are low (most things can be bought within $35), sometimes I think I'm paying too much for the very low quality stuff I end up with. I definitely think you can buy a couple REALLY cute outfits here as long as you can come to terms with wearing them only a couple times and washing them.... Well, never. read more

I've shopped at the store since I moved here 8 years ago and 9/10 times, I always find something. These are one of my favorite stores to shop at. Even though some of the ladies don't speak much English, if you ask for help they will help you, you just have to be patient with them. Clothes are really what you pay for, some can be bad quality, don't buy those then. I personally have never had an issue with any of the clothes there. They have great prices and they always have a great variety of different clothing. Will always shop there you just have to be picky with what you pick up and buy! :) read more

Hit or miss!!! Some clothes are of very poor quality. I bought a sweater here and wore it once before an entire sleeve unraveled. I took it in to show them how bad the quality was and unfortunately there was nothing they could do.... Ugh. I understand I guess but they still should have been more concerned about what brand and reported it to the manufacturer. They didn't seem to care much. I will not be shopping here again! There store policy is awful. I wasn't able to exchange my dress because I lost my receipt, but I had my bank statement showing the date & price. The women working was rude about it & she had an attitude. I didn't appreciate that. Management needs to teach their employees better & also let them be able to handle exchanges. Most inexpensive clothing stores look that way and the service is horrible. Not this one! Looks quite nice and the workers are so helpful and sweet! My new favorite for a quick inexpensive outfit. She thought it her job to inform me 5 times that the clothes were unexchangeable and unreturnable. She also proceeded to hold on to my credit card throughout the entire transaction. When I came in with my girlfriend about a year ago the previous manager was rather rude to us, but recently we decided to give it another shot since then that manager has been replaced. I have been a regular shopper here since they first opened and have always dealt with the poor service they offer. I was ok with it because I love their clothes! Tonight I had the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. An employee came up to me while I was still shopping and counted my items, I assumed she was going to take them to the dressing room for me. Instead, she told me I already had too many items so I should go ahead and go to the dressing room and not get any more items. I would have understood if they were close to closing time but it was only 7pm. Truly disappointed as this has been my go-to store for outfits for all occasions. read more

I used to shop here often. Went recently and was offended. They have signs posted on the dress I g rooms stating you must leave your purse outside the room and if you don't like it you can leave. Another at the register said we have the right to refuse business to anyone. Makes me question a lot. Can't patronize such a place. The owner doesn't even let the associates run the register. I am giving this store 2 stars because of the clothing. They are absolutely stylish, trendy, and different from what you may spot at a Forevery21 and what not. Definitely refreshing to see something break the mold. Most of the items are around 30 dollars but they add up real quick. So don't be surprised once you catch yourself at the register 3 items costing you over $100. Now Frankly, the quality of the clothing may as well be from a Forever21; disintegrating with every wash. A real shame because the clothes are so flattering. But on a bitter note, the customer service at this store is shameful. The girls who usually work the store tend to mind their business and do their jobs, but the asian lady at the cash register is just awful. I have worked retail for years and have yet to wrap my mind around how someone like her could ever successfully run a shop. I've been to this location on multiple occasions and have been unimpressed every time. She stops the music in the store completely when making a phone call and chit-chatting away (totally ruining the environment), has kicked me out of the store at 7:45. and I have observed her deny people store credit on return attempts when the receipt says they will grant store credit. On the instance where she kicked me out of the store, I asked her what time the store closed (believing it closed at 9). Her reply was: You need to buy whatever you want now because the store needs to be cleaned (I had just walked into the store 5 minutes before and the store was clean). I thought that was extremely rude and unprofessional for a store owner or manager. Isn't the point of owning a shop selling? If you're not 110% sure on what you want I wouldn't take the chance here; the customer service is awful, and don't expect management to aim to please you either.
