If you're familiar with the area then you know parking is in a garage with minimal street parking and this place can get busy. The store is located on the south end of Legacy West. I love what they've done with the place and really maximized space from what was here before. Their fashion is high quality day to day outfits or outfits for the corporate world. They also have loungewear and a variety of outfits you can dress up and down. Their team is extremely helpful and I was offered assistance multiple times. The fitting rooms are huge and there is a lot of space for people to sit down especially if you're shopping with someone who doesn't want to be there. I bought a dress for $78 which is higher than where I normally shop but the quality was so nice and I was easily sold! I definitely recommend stopping by. P.S. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door by Cameron. She was sweet, kind and very patient. I was looking for a gift for my niece. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she took me straight to the necklace, which I bought. Then she gave me space so that I could look around. As I was looking around, I found something for myself, a ring. When I asked Cameron about a ring size, she mentioned that we could customize the stone. I was sold. Also, Erica checked me out at the register she was so pleasant and kind. She made sure to give every customer her undivided attention as they were being checked out. I've worked in retail for many years and the customer service that I received at this location, far exceeds any of my retail shopping experiences. I genuinely felt like everybody working there was happy to be there. They had so many cute things in various price points. I had no idea that they also make custom rings and necklaces. There was one cashier and then a second came along and called us to their register. My single item was scanned and I inserted my card to pay. This should've been so simple. The pin pad failed and stalled with no error. The cashier tried to figure it out but couldn't so I said I would just pay cash. The cashier switched the system to cash and again it stalled and wouldn't let me pay. Cashier called the supervisor over to help and meanwhile all 5 people behind me were being helped in a timely manner and they were all getting out the door before me. Supervisor couldn't fix the system and instead of sending me to a working cashier he kept me at the register while he tried to figure it out. I think what upset me most was that good customer service skills would send the customer to a working register to be helped timely. That didn't happen and I seriously only had one item to purchase. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything after the 5th person that was behind me was almost done with their purchase and I was still hanging out with the crew trying to fix the register for my one item.
