Came by here and picked up some shorts for the summer. My older shorts are getting too old and worn. Found what I needed and was very happy

First I try to return something at Amazon return counter and I'm told the WiFi has been down for three hours, so they can't help me. Then I picked out a shirt and was in the only open checkout line with 5 others. After it didn't move, I left. Kohl's, I appreciate your value. But my time is worth something, too. read more

like would it kill you to add more cashiers trying to buy 3 items and you only have 1-3 cashiers with a giant line

Prices are a bit steep, unless I shop from the clearance racks, but I can usually find what I'm looking for here. Cute clothes, and large selection for most occasions. Clean, orderly, and friendly staff. read more

Overall no complaints at this Kohl's. Easy parking, friendly staff, clean interior . Ike any store clearance deals are hit or miss but that is a part of the fun. The clothing racks are very close together though so forget social distancing or even being able to use the buggy between displays. If they spaced out the racks a little this would be a 5 star location. read more

I had the worst customer experience of my life at this store tonight. I go there about twice a month and spend money. No more after tonight, this place is ran like garbage! The rudest manager I have ever dealt with in my life. I returned an item and wanted in store credit because I had some Kohl's cash. I figured I would buy me some dress pants. I go through line and am told my Kohl's cash had been used already. I hadn't used it, so I knew that was wrong. The manager flat out says I'm lying basically. She keeps saying well someone used it. Then shows me the screen. At this point, I get mad and say this is the worst "bleeping" service I have ever had here. Then she gets even more critical and accuses me of cussing her out, which I did not. I am then told since I returned an item, the Kohl's cash isn't good anymore. I wasn't told this when I returned the item. It's nice to know after I am called a liar by the way. If I would have just been told this information at the beginning, I would have understood and been fine with it. I finally just ask if I can get my refund in cash. I then wait around another 20 minutes or so to get my damn money. At this point I'm thinking maybe the manager called the police or something because it was taking so long. I wouldn't doubt this manager doing something like this, after calling me a liar to my face. I finally eventually got my money after wasting like half an hour trying to get it. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life! I don't appreciate being called a liar. I don't appreciate the attitude of this manager and her disposition. The only nice person there was the lady who refunded my money on the card initially.I wish I remembered her name, to give her a nice review. The check out lady when I had the pants was also polite. I'm never shopping Kohl's again after this. I have spent probably $1,000's of dollars with this company. I'm not going back again after this horrible customer service. read more

I definitely wouldn't recommend this store if you're a person of color. The workers follow you around and I've seen the way they even treated one of the black associates who work for Sephora name Kristine who was helping me and not only did the fake security guard Brad kept staring at us but kept coming in asking her questions while assisting me to the point I was even uncomfortable as a consumer. Then another white lady her name was Angela started starring and following us around. I'm also filing a complaint with Kohls corporate and the BBB regarding my horrible experience at this location!!!!!!! read more

Store looked like it had been hit by a tornado. What a dump! Store pickup is now self service in the BACK corner of the store. Pick up Email didn't have the option to enter the code so I could find my order and no one around to help. Finally a young man who was walking by helped when asked. Kohls is on my sh*t list. Terrible customer service. Will not be back or order again. There are way too many other options. read more

I understand that Khol's wants to be the best but, when some people are not willing to work for average wages then the merchant has a problem filling those jobs. It is happening to all businesses. I can always find a good deal every time that I go into Khol's. read more

I enjoy the convenience of shopping for the whole family. The staff are always nice. I'm just not a shopper into the gimmicks but Kohls isn't the only department store doing this type of marketing. I would have given 5 stars if not for that. I do wish places would just put a price on things instead of dealing with some type of cash to bring you back in again. I will say this is one of the better locations to stop in. Also, if you are looking for some food deals there are sales racks located throughout the store. The ladies is back near the restrooms and usually has a few packed racks. The mens is located on the side in the mens department near the center dressing rooms. The shoes are kinda scattered. The ladies is against the wall but for some reason the nens and children are on a small section of rack at the end of the children's army the back wall. Do yourself a favor and look through the department's racks cause you will find hidden gems of items marked down. I will have admit the ladies areas seem to have better deals. I guess that's just because there is a larger selection. I did notice some home items such as candles up near the registers by returns. Basically keep your eyes open if you are looking for those bargains, they are everywhere. One complaint, the bathrooms are always a mess! read more

I went to return Christmas gifts I had received for the second year in a row back 2 days after Christmas in 2016, and they had put everything on massive clearance immediately after the fact. I got $26 back from over $130 worth of product because they only refund the price of the lowest price items have ever been. So they do like, 90% off the next day and completely devalue your items. This is by design and it's an absolutely crappy thing to do. I would never ever give Kohls my business after seeing how they operate. read more

I am so impressed with the Customer Service of the people who worked in the shoe department. I was on a mission to find a particular pair of shoes and finally found them at this location. The women who found them and held them til I could get there were great! !!! I LOVE Kohls everywhere. I haven't found a kohls yet I haven't liked. I was a former employee working at kohl's and my whole time working there I have never got paid on time I would get payed 4 to 3 weeks after my pay period. Some of the staff don't mind there own business. I applied at kohl's as a part time associate I had applied there not close to Christmas I would get then a lot of store credits but right after new year they fired me because they said I was a seasonal associate which I most definitely was not if I knew I was a seasonal associate I would have never worked there in the first place wasting my time. And til this day I still have not been paid my 2 missing paychecks. And if I don't get pains I will be contacting my lawyer and see them. read more

I have always loved shopping at Kohl's. You can get really great deals on everything in the store from all sorts of brands and designers and Kohl's always has some sort of special or deal or discount going on. I had a great experience where the pair of shoes I wanted was not available in my size and one of the salespeople helped me order them to the store at no extra cost. She then went ahead and did it again when my mother found something she liked as well. And she made sure to offer us coupons for extra discounts as well! It can take some exploring sometimes to find what you want, not like at a Ross or TJMaxx but you still have to be in the mood to shop and search. Regardless, the prices are great and the salespeople fabulous. It's one of my favorite department stores to shop at. And I get compliments on my purchases all the time! read more

Staffs are friendly. Always ready to help. Their store ours are often adjusted during holidays to better serve customers. The whole store is real clean and organize. Bathroom is real big and 100% clean all the time! Pricy but always have great sales!!! They have all he clothes you need and all the gifts you can get! read more

Worst customer service ever. They never will honor a discount even if its a day early or day late. It has to be EXACTLY in the time on the coupon. Most retail stores would take care of it, but not Kohl's. The manager had no customer service skills. she was completely rude. Check out is ridiculously slow... 5 cashiers, all occupied, and in line, self included. It's obvious each cashier is instructed to sell the Kohls credit card to get an extra 30% off...but the approval process is too slow. Customer service at check out and in store is poor. Clerks are either disinterested or borderline rude. Like the prices when I have Kohl's cash or coupons. Also, the "speedy" pick-up for online orders requires a significant wait at Customer Service. read more

First I call and wait for 20 minutes.Then I get a really rude lady in the electronic department. I ask for here to go look to see if they have something in stock. She goes and looks for it. Then I ask for the price and coler of the item and then she says quote on quote,"Ah... That is kind of a hassle". I respond " well I will just look it up online". Well that's my experience. They still have many nice employees. But the manager is the nicest manager in the world. I think very highly of him. read more

This used to be my go to store, but recently the staff have become ruder. Today, I watched as the store manager (Alex) criticized my cashier for telling me about the sales. For a store manager, he is sure rude to the customers and employees. I even heard a customer call him on his rudeness, but then he chased after her out of the store. This used to be the main store for our families clothes. But in the last year or so it has started going downhill fast. Today was the last straw. The store was a MESS. I was looking for, among other things, a pair of dress pants in 40 x 32. Not an impossible size by ANY stretch of the imagination. I checked THREE different racks. I stopped caring what they looked like about halfway through my search. Regardless, I Never found a pair! Nobody walked by to offer to help . The prices are nothing special either. Amazing customer service! You can tell the employees are working their butts off not only to keep the customers happy but to make sure the store is tidy as well! I went in there last week just to get a Memory Foam topper for my bed, and was downright disgusted with the way that store is operated. I asked a man for help (he was bald; named Shawn or Shane) and it took him almost a minute to stop talking to one of the younger girls who was working there. I even heard him using curse words. I think he was trying to look cool in front of the poor young lady. He let out a condescending sigh once he had to come help me look for the right sized topper (they didn't have a King out in the department). I asked him if he could go check in the back for the possibility of another one. He replied, "I don't want to waste my time running all the way up there because I don't think we have any." I was shocked! Is that any way to treat a customer?! I up and walked out of the store and headed to Target where I found some quality customer service. Certainly never going to that Kohl's again! Just because you are having psychological frustrations due to hair loss and trying to compensate by talking to young girls doesn't mean you can go around being rude to your customers! I hope he wasn't a manager. read more
