Okay. This is gonna sound kinda weird, but....I don't shop here. Like...ever. Wanna know why I check-in here so much? Amazon Returns. See, Kohl's just so happens to be one of those places that features a "floating" Amazon return desk. Only this one used to be located in the center toward the back of the store. They have since moved it to the back left corner of the store for some reason. I dunno, perhaps they figured it'd be easier to find this way. At any rate, if you're making an Amazon return, simply follow the golden signs. As for the store itself, eh...look, I gotta be real here. It looks wicked depressing between the lack of customers and lame wardrobe selection. Perhaps it's simply not for me. But once again, I am left wondering how places like this still manage to exist with the likes of Amazon and other online ordering alternatives. All I'm saying is if you're going to be a brick-n-mortar business in the year 2023+, be sure to offer an incomparable selection of merch and maybe even a little ambiance whilst you're at it. Kohl's is just another department store really. I just come here for the Amazon returns. Still, it's a service accommodated by them, so it counts for something. Ok, she shops Kohls get's the coupons and has almost never had a issue cashing them in, other than sorry we can't accept coupons for a certain item, BUT; 1. Come on folks, the store is a disaster, she was shopping jeans and gave up the pile was piled with an assortment of styles and sizes. We know the store can do better we own a home in Laconia the Tilton store is night and day. 2. The coupons are great as long as there is something you want to buy or can find it to buy it. When you do succeed the products are good+ again if you can find it. 3. The return policy is spot on, never have had a issue with a return, other than she loses her Kohl's cash, but hey they want to make money to. Kohls cash is great, there's a few places that offer some sort of comeon to keep going there, she shops and say's, look what I paid and look at how much it was. 4. This entire store is an absolute dumpster fire. I came in to buy a few pairs of pants and shirts for work... business casual-type clothes that you can wear a tie with or not. Picked out 3 pairs of pants to try on and a few belts. Was trying to navigate my way around the store with a cart, which was near-impossible considering they have a lot of Christmas stock that is lined up in the center of the main aisles rendering them single lanes. After spending a reasonable amount of time looking for some mens' button-up shirts I had the epiphany that there is no management present in this facility. The monkeys are in full control of the zoo here and they are not worthy of my hard-earned money. Ditched my cart and decided to cut my losses. I only regret that I didn't take some pictures of the complete disarray of inventory all over the floors everywhere. Reminded me a LOT of a third-world country. read more

The layout of this store was slightly different than other ones I have been to, but I found what I was looking for. I didn't see any price scanners and despite the fact that not a single case of covid has been traced to surface contaminants the fitting rooms were closed, but overall my shopping experience was good. I also got some Kohls cash. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little tricky as you are dodging lines for the Starbucks and Wendys drive-thrus, panhandlers, and traffic off the adjacent highway, so drive defensively. There is ample parking. Checkout didn't take too long as someone directed me from womens to the mens department where there was no line. read more

It's just like any other Kohl's--just tax-free. The sales are really good, but I never buy anything unless it's on sale because the regular prices are a bit high. It's open early in the morning and late at night. It's not really a fun place to shop because the clothes racks are placed very close together, and it's crowded, a shopper is likely to bump into another bargain hunter. For some reason, at the registers, I also manage to find myself in line behind someone who doesn't have enough money or only wants to put a certain amount of her purchase on a gift card or some other such idiotic request. We go here for a couple of reasons: to get the BF's dress clothes, and to buy shoes. This is the best place to get Dockers khakis as long as they are on sale. Kohl's usually has the best prices on shoes, particularly on athletic shoes. I like to stock up on my New Balances when I have a 30% off coupon. I like having the Kohl's card because the store frequently sends me %-off coupons. It's also nice because employees can access past purchases. Although I am usually fanatical about keeping receipts, one time I lost one, and wouldn't you know it--we had to return most of the items on that receipt. Because I used my Kohls card, the employee at the service desk could easily access my receipt and return the full amount of money I paid. read more

This store stays open one hour later most nights than any other store out there. That alone earns the five stars for me. I love their bargains, from Candies to Vera Wang they have it all. I don't know how many pairs of clearance shoes I have bought there since I moved here, but lets just say, I may need a new closet. The only downfall is that the sales peeps really push their credit card, which is probably because their jobs depend on it. I just wish they would take no the first time for an answer. All and all, I could spend hours in this store, probably have. The black Friday deals are always the best, but make sure you get their early, the lines are crazy but move fast. read more

Not impressed with this store at all. It needs a major clean up! There is stuff littering the isles, tons of shoes all over the place and the dressing room is atrocious. Even when I got up to the register, There was a cluster of people waiting and none of the girls working there spoke up to say something. Being 16 years old and In need of a job my friend from my school worked at kohl's so I was persuaded to apply. My application was quickly noticed. during the interview I was supposed to have been given a certain form to fill out and I was never given the form. Later..My mother paid over 40 dollars for an uber ride so I can go to my orientation and at the beginning of my orientation I was told that I didn't have the correct papers to start my orientation. When I was eventually allowed to start my orientation I was put straight to work right after I filled everything an kohl's employee would have to fill out a day later I was told I was on someone's "shit list" because I didn't do whatever I was supposed to do correctly on my first day. I was being trained by someone that was my age instead of someone with experience. Later I was put on register and that wasn't too bad. Besides the fact that the adults around me that were also working on register's were oblivious of the customers lining up to be checked out because they were in a conversation. As soon as I would start talking to the other workers I would get a stern talking to by one of the managers. Exit interviews were scheduled for the 28th of Dec. i even attempted to call to see what the scoop is multiple times and I was placed on hold for well over 10 minutes almost every single time. I only shop at Kohl's because a relative keeps buying me clothing there and I exchange it. Yes, I've asked her to not buy me clothes many times but she thinks she's getting great deals. That's the worst part about Kohl's-the grossly inflated high "original" prices trick shoppers into thinking the "sale" prices are a steal. The store keeps these customers loyal by getting them to get their loyalty credit card and sends out incentives to these targeted consumers. The quality of the clothes is poor, a pair of pajamas shouldn't cost 45 bucks. There are few clothing items of pure cotton. Most are thin plastic-based cloth. The store layout, as others mentioned, is cramped and chaotic. I'm 4'11", I can't see over most of the racks and displays, which makes it a maze for me. The best organized area is the jewelry. It has clear digital price signs, rings organized by size, and a sales assistant. Many things had no price tags or shelf tags or signs. On the plus side, the employees are friendly and helpful. Exchanging items with price tags but no receipt was frustrating. You get the lowest price the thing has sold for and you have to exchange for something the exact same price. No discounts are allowed on the item you get in exchange. So obtain a receipt for a gift that you want to return and save yourself the aggravation. To avoid insulting the gift giver and starting an argument I often regift the item to a Christmas gift charity instead of dealing with the store. read more

I purchased online through kohls and they sent me a bunch of wrong sizes of clothing, when i called customer service they told me to go into the store for a quick exchange... anything but.. when i went to customer service not only were the associates talking while i was the only one standing in line for awhile but when they finally decided to help me they looked at me like i had 3 heads when i asked to do an exchange. They sent me on a wild goose chase in a vastly disorganized store, told me i had to get the exact item with the exact price tag or they cant exchange the items that they sent me incorrectly. What retail store cant exchange an online order and then just reorder the same item in the proper size??? Not only did i get no help, not only did i feel unwelcomed at a quick exchange for someone elses mistake but i also had to take a credit on my card for less then what i paid for the items they sent me inproperly. Complete waste of time. Kohl's promo-ed their Early Access to Black Friday. I went online and ordered three items for pick up in Nashua. Everything was available for same day pick up. Got an email saying order was cancelled. Had to call and reorder everything - no one said why it was cancelled. Finally got an email 4 hours later saying order was ready for pick up but one item was not available. Instead of shipping the item they cancelled it. Tried to have item shipped and was told I needed to pick another color. Did that but they refused to honors the Kohl's charge discount of 35% off that I had received. so I ended up cancelling all items. They lost a $450 sale. I'll stick with Amazon. Although I like Kohls very much, the main person usually at the "courtesy" (courtesy being the key word) desk is very rude. I have had 2 bad experiences with her and WILL NOT go to the courtesy desk at all when she is working. So far Sunday seems to be the inly day she is not there. If you know how to shop, Koh's has great prices! I tend to go when they have a 30% off coupon and they are offering Koh'ls cash. Between the discount, the Kohl's cash, and the Rewards dollars, their prices can't be beat. A shirt for my 6 and 7 year olds costs less than $3.25 all said and done. On top of that, their customer service is great and I love their selection in the kids and home department. read more

Out of the three + different Kohl's in my area, this is my preferred one, tax free definitely helps! It usually has more things in stock that I am looking for while the others are usually hit or miss. I have processed returns and exchanges here and not had an issue. I do the shop Online and Pickup in store here as I have three younger kids who don't usually have the patience for this type of shopping. So for my sanity and of others, it has been awhile since I've actually shopped "in store". So my rating above is on those few return/exchange transactions and the online pickup process transactions. Those have been quick and painless. The associates were friendly, knowledgeable and always did the greetings and pleasantries too. As in "Hello", "Goodbye", "How are you?", "Have a good day", and most importantly, "Thank you for shopping with us today" or even just a "Thank You" is great. That's stands out to me. Sad to say you cant even find that at a Dunkin Donuts anymore. I would recommend this store to anyone who asked. No complaints here and I will return, online or in person. read more

As a customer, I would like to believe that people I am doing business with has integrity and have business ethics. I am appalled by some of Kohl's business practices. They will advertise a discount, but if you are not careful at the check out and ready to prove the advertised "deal," they won't hesitate to charge you the full amount. All that gimmicks that they have to pull you into their store, all that "deals" at the check out are just traps. The Nashua store is always a mess. Even on good day it's still not what you would call picked up. That being said, it makes the shopping experience less than pleasant. I have given up looking for a certain item, many times. The last time this store was in good shape was the day it opened for business. I still find, on occasion what I'm looking for. The quality of some of the summer tops is poor, I've washed them once and I find tiny holes in the material, and I didn't use any bleach or harsh detergent!!! I wish this store was better, since it's so close to where I live. read more
