See, Kohl's just so happens to be one of those places that features a "floating" Amazon return desk. Only this one used to be located in the center toward the back of the store. They have since moved it to the back left corner of the store for some reason. I dunno, perhaps they figured it'd be easier to find this way. At any rate, if you're making an Amazon return, simply follow the golden signs. As for the store itself, eh...look, I gotta be real here. It looks wicked depressing between the lack of customers and lame wardrobe selection. Perhaps it's simply not for me. But once again, I am left wondering how places like this still manage to exist with the likes of Amazon and other online ordering alternatives. All I'm saying is if you're going to be a brick-n-mortar business in the year 2023+, be sure to offer an incomparable selection of merch and maybe even a little ambiance whilst you're at it. We got food from the chicken restaurant and it was disappointing. Also, it was a hot day and there's not too much shade besides going into the stores or the food court. Overall, I like the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets more in terms of their layout and larger store selection, but would recommend going here if you plan on making large purchases to save on the tax.
