I walked in to buy two scarfs one for me and the other for my wife. I noticed there were people standing by the cash register so I politely asked an employee where the line ended, she then kindly directed me and showed me. So once I went to the back of the line I noticed a big gap. When I say a big gap I mean it looked as if no one was in line. So I proceed to walk up because there was technically no in line. The only thing that stood in my way was the employee helping someone that looked like they were having issues(not in line), but as I proceed to walk to the front the employee that was helping a couple proceeds to yell and say they're in line and I'm helping them. I then ask the first employee who helped me at first if I go to the register since the employee who was helping the couple was technically not in line. The rude employee by the name of Karen interrupted me and said they were in line. I then proceed to look at the gap from where we where to the cash register and notice about two employees waiting for me. I then proceeded to let the employee know that was rude about the gap and before I could say what I truly wanted to say this rude employee another employee chimed and told everyone waiting in line to move up. Which is what I was trying to tell Karen. Needless to say what I was trying to do and tell Karen was what ended up happening. I don't feel like me and other customers needed to wait on someone Karen was trying to help when there were 3 cashiers waiting for us. I don't know if Karen was having a bad day today, but someone needs to let her know yelling at someone and being rude is not the way to go. I definitely will not be back!
