I have had a few instances where I've spoken to customer service for an address change/size change/ or wrong order and they were quick to reply and fix the situation. Housewares, Linens, Luggage, Tableware are all overpriced and sitting at the top of that range that should be charged for these items. You can get many comparable and exact same items elsewhere for much cheaper. Shoes? Very well priced especially for their sale racks. Handbags? Some cute some very well priced and some in the stratosphere. Dillards actually caries real Luis Vuitton handbags and luggage but.... I am not an LV consumer. Clothes... great when there are sales. You have to watch for deals, coupons and price slashing before during and after holidays. I was just recently very successful with the purchase of a makeup bag that is perfect for my trip coming up. Normally I wouldn't pay $48.00 actually $52.00 for a makeup bag but I believe I will keep this one for quite some time. The lady that helped me in the cosmetics section kept me in her "sights" while I was shopping around the entire store... she didn't want to miss getting credit for my purchase. The ladies room was not just filthy -- which it was -- but it also had cracked, dirty floors, plumbing fixtures that were so outdated I was amazed they worked and why is the toilet 6 inches off the floor?. Honestly, I have seen gas-station restrooms that would put this one to shame, and not in a god way. To add insult to smelly injury: I could not find a clerk to ring up my merchandise. I finally left in disgust. I will not be going back.

I asked about applying the coupon and she stated she completed the transaction and I had to pay and she will go back and fix it. That's fine.
