After taking my electronic scan to measure - she provided me with at least 6 options until we found the best option. They happened to be the ones on sale and she was open to saving me on this purchase. I have had a few weeks now wearing these Hoka shoes and not since my childhood have I been fit so well. They are an incredible fit and will be back in the Spring for another pair! So Pleased

I got on some type of machine that reads my foot size etc. They actually emailed me the results. He asked me a bunch of questions and was able to determine the running shoes that would best suit me. He quickly brought them out, laced them up and put them on for me. I told him I wasn't used to such good service. He said that made him sad. He really knew a lot about running and running shoes. I felt blessed that he was the one that was able to help me. They didn't have the size in the shoe that I really needed. I was so impressed with his service I ended up buying a pair to use to walk around in. I know I probably overpaid for them but the service was so great I didn't mind. I wrote his name on a piece of paper when I left but I can't find it now. He said he was about to run "The last man standing race." I felt good about the purchase and would highly recommend this location.

I called in the morning and the employee found the pair I wanted and held it up front for me. When we got there she asked if I wanted my son to try it on and I'm so glad he did because the sizing for this line of Nike's were a different fit than the ones I normally buy him so we switched it out for a different pair. She was very kind and personable. She was so sweet with my little guy and had a great smile. It was a great experience. I'll go out of my way for this location in the future. My only complaint is online they had a pair of shoes marked cheaper than their in store price. I was told they'd price match for me... but I just find it sneaky they advertise a cheaper price online and have store shoppers who didn't look at the shoes online first pay a higher price... So if you plan on getting a pair of shoes just look on their website first to assure getting the best price!

They could check to see…read moreif they have other styles so you can get a sense of the size because every shoe fits different but are too lazy to be tasked to do that. Associates are rude. BOGO policy was created by an idiot and makes no sense - 75 percent of the shoes you like won't be in it and even the regular priced plus a bogo shoe doesn't work unless they are identical. Literally buy any where else, I hope they go out of business and something useful gets put into the plaza.

At first, I saw a few items I liked, but the experience quickly went downhill. My friend and I were not greeted when we entered or when we left, even though we watched other customers receive a warm welcome. Then, I accidentally bumped into something, and instead of checking if I was okay, the staff at the registers laughed and whispered to each other. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I won't be returning. It's disappointing because I came in with high hopes that people here would be friendlier than what I'm used to back home, but the rudeness and lack of basic acknowledgment proved otherwise. Jenny and her staff should be doing much better.

I thought I had already reviewed this place…read more I like how the owners are trying hard to keep this place from floundering. They hold events ( fashion show when we were there ), they are keeping vacancy low, with some interesting stores one would not have seen in a mall back in the day. It is not one of these desolate malls with mostly rolled down grates and piles of shelving in the dark interior. There is a pulse to the place. The bookstore is a draw as it is so large ( and sometimes has kittens on Saturdays ). The shoestore is big too. The Belk is hanging in there, they have closed some entrances and fitting rooms, but it is not all stained carpets and broken shelving like one would see at Sears at the end.
