Ok that's fine because I can deal with that. I got the couch delivered on time, but six weeks comes around and still no recliner. We are on week 10 now I get an email saying it's ready for pickup in the taftville store, so I call them and tell them I was promised it will be delivered. They transferred my call back to the new London store just to tell me if I want it delivered it will be another 10 weeks, so that would be a total of 20 weeks! Umm excuse me I don't think so, I told them to just refund my card because I'm done. I will never do business with bob's furniture again!!
