I went to this location right before Christmas. We were buying items off of the wedding registry to give as Christmas presents. This is probably where the issues began. We knew exactly which items we wanted so we picked them up and then went to print out the registry. I went to use the registry kiosk closest to the kitchen items. And to my dismay it was out of printer paper. An employee, Phyllis, noticed that we were aggravated and came over. We explained that the kiosk was out of paper. Phyllis was WONDERFUL. Although she did not know how to change the paper she set out to find someone who did. The most infuriating thing is that she went to about 7 employees and NONE of them knew. I wish kohls would train more than just one employee to know basic job duties. In addition, David was also wonderful. We purchased a pot and pan set that was too heavy for my mother or I to carry and he brought it up to the registers for us. I highly suggest the store manager should train ALL employees to know how to simply scan items off the registry. This is not the only kohls were I have experienced that no one knows how to do that. I am not a kohls employee but having to listen to a manager explain it to a customer; I can now walk all the employees through it and that is unacceptable. read more

Buy one get one half off, men's briefs, Fruit of the Loom right along side Jockey. Read the fine print! Jockey, among others is not included. So why put them in the end caps side by side, Kohl's. Why can't Kohl's put someone more helpful at the service desk? Sour Shannon spouting exactly what the signage read wasn't helpful or empathetic at all. Perhaps another tact to take would be " Let me find someone who can help you find what you are looking for". Buying underwear for my husband just out of the hospital, after a full day of work wasn't top ten on my list. Dealing with less than helpful clerks at the service desk is not the Kohl's I've been shopping at since it opened. Mainly everyone is helpful and kind. We all have bad days. Really bad customer service! I was returning a gift, the cashier doesn't ask how I want the refund, proceeds to put it through back to my friend's credit card before I could utter the words, I wanted store credit. Once it was through, there was nothing that could be done to fix the situation. It was completely their fault and nothing could be done to right their wrong!?? Nothing!?? Meanwhile, the manager, Ami was rude and not helpful, and wouldn't give me the name/contact info for the regional manager. read more

I went to this location today, and had the worse experience ever! Normally, the cashiers are very nice! I had the app on my phone which I activated before getting in line. Once I reached the gentleman to help me, for some reason when I tried to enlarge the app for him to scan to get $5 cash off of my purchase, the barcode kept disappearing. He then began "SCREAMING" at me to step aside, and told me once I get the app to work, he would wait on me! He was very rude and unprofessional and in my opinion violated company policy. I explained, "I have no idea why this is happening!" I tried several times, he then began SCREAMING, "THE LINE IS VERY LONG, AND YOU ARE HOLDING IT UP! IF I DON'T WAIT ON OTHER CUSTOMERS TO MAKE SALES, I WILL LOSE MY JOB! SO, STEP ASIDE, OR I WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER TO WAIT ON THE NEXT CUSTOMER!" I calmly said, "please remain from speaking to me in this manner. The customer comes first, and there are 3 other registers open." I also said, "I do not appreciate your attitude, and I am going to report you!" Finally, the app worked, but he did not stop there, he was "RUDE" when asking for my charge card, and was in "HUFF" while I signed my receipt! To add insult to injury, I asked for the manager who was "clueless" as to what to do! She said, "I will speak to him about his behavior!" She then said, you may file a complaint if you like!" Not good enough for me, so I left the store without satisfactory resolution, and will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate headquarters! read more

Upon calling the store for product availability I was placed on hold within minutes another associate picks up asking to assist. Reiterated the product inquiry twice and was placed on hold. After a fee more minutes another person picked up saying not available as she knows whats in her store. I kindly asked if she could check computer inventory and she became slightly annoyed. After saying she checked inventory said did not have it again. I asked Jennifer if purchasing online could be done as an optionnand she replied yes they could order for me if I were to come in the store. Persons working in a customer service based position, as well as management position, should have attributes specific to job. read more

Love coming here for their clothes on the clearance racks. They have a lot of cheap clothes that a actually look expensive. they have clothes for all ages, and some of their summer clothes/bathing suits are really cute read more

This store disappoints again. What is with the dhoe dept. There is NO selection. The shelves are bare. I used to get cute little sandels and walking shoes. All i see are dusty sorry looking selection. Big fail here. read more
