The customer service is amazing and the girls that work here are just awesome. They always have a bright smiling personality and are always so kind and helpful. The products are the best, nothing beats their prices. Beware: it's a warehouse not a department store so expect to dig around for the good treasures. They're also on Facebook marketplace where they'll post many of the stuff they have available. Again, pics don't do justice you just have to come here and find all sorts of goods.

I recently brought a few items from here that I was disappointed with. there was a salon chair…read moremissing screws to the foot part(didn't make a big deal about), a rolling stool that had rust on the metal part but the seat covered it so I didn't make a big deal, However I recently called ahead of time to make sure an advertised facial steamer was working because it was titled gently used. The worker stated it was plugged in and had heated up quick. This turned out to be far from the truth. the parts were rusted and dirty and while the item turns on it doesn't heat up or work. The manager did refund my money however I spent a total of three hours traveling there and back. I can say be careful before going here as you may not get exactly what you pay for.

I used to shop at Macy's but switched as their stuff was way over priced and all started to look the same. At least here you can find different styles. In addition to clothes, I have purchased handbags here as well as jewelry of which there is much and most of it is very affordable. Next time you are here and find something you like, look at the price compared to many other places. It just cannot be beat. I used to, many years ago, not like TJ'S as much because it was so hit or miss. I am not saying it is still not occasionally a miss, but chances are if you take some time and look around, nine times out of ten, you will be able to find something. I like alot of sparkle in my wardrobe and notice they have increased in this way. I also purchased a lovely gold necklace and it was so affordable. I bought a handbag here..Macy's handbags are usually over 100 dollars and at TJ'S you can find a handbag for around 40. They have a pretty good selection as well. There are also some nice places to eat in the shopping center. Franco's pizza and Pasta is there and they have the best pizza in the area. King's breakfast and lunch is across the street. Really spend an hour or two and just enjoy. It's a really nice shopping experience at TJ'S.

I've been going to TJ Maxx, Marshall's & home goods since forever and always wondered what Sierra was like. There were never any close enough to me but I'm always in CT now and was glad I found this one. If you've never been, they carry a lot of hiking, gym, & outdoor gear but for Marshall's prices. They are very reasonable and also have the best pet section! Tons of reasonable toys and supplies for your fur baby. If you're planning a camping, hiking or outdoorsy trip, this should be your first stop- they have everything and more that you'll need!

I left with a sequined cocktail dress that I intend to wear to my grandson's wedding ( so you can guess my age group) as well as an elegant top to dress up a pair of white jeans. Both set me back under $120. Amazing. There's an Emanuel jacket that I may have to return to buy. It was under $50. While I was there, the younger set was busy finding tiny dress treasures and YSL handbags. This was a sophisticated/ mixed age group. I overheard many shoppers tell Erin that they had been eagerly anticipating the store opening as they watched the changes she has made to the property over the past few months. You can tell she loves her store. Erin was beaming as she helped shoppers put outfits together. One woman looked so gorgeous in a long sequined evening gown that her companions audibly gasped. When the woman questioned whether her daughter ( the bride ) would think it suitable for the wedding party, Erin encouraged her to bring it home to physically show her daughter! WHAAAT? I wondered if she knew her personally, but, no. Erin told me it was just the right thing to do. You cannot believe the inside! Paint pens are available to write messages on the bright pink bathroom walls. Those left there after just one day were so cute. Clothes & shoes are organized by size rather than color like in some other thrift stores. They have a wide variety of housewares and toys. There were some mirrors that had no price. An employee told me that I would have to return another day to get a price because those who set the prices had left for the day. I guess that's a good thing or I would have come home with those mirrors. I was surprised to see only self-checkout. Murphy's law says that I would encounter at least one item that wouldn't scan without employee intervention. The issue was handled swiftly and I went on my way. Overall, Savers is the best thrift shop in the area.
