It gets hot here in the summer, but you can stay Kohl for the summer by shopping at Kohl's for the summer. We don't really like this store, and honestly the nice stuff is not as cheap as they should be, unless you're a member, and even then not as cheap as the members think they are. Not compared to Harwin discount stores for example. This one especially is not our favourite because service here is very questionable, but we did have one very lovely girl help us out and it wasn't all bad. read more

You know. I've never been to Rosenberg. I don't know what to expect. After shopping at this Kohl's store, I feel very comfortable being here. I noticed about 90% of advertising posters were faces of black Americans at men's department; so does the friendly staff. I've done my summer clothes shopping for the year. However, I'm more likely to shop here after construction on Freeway 69 is completed. Getting here took me a big circle around this already congested roadway, beside the afternoon rush hour commute. I found lots of really good prices on clearance items. It was much better than Royal Oaks and Meyerland stores in Houston. I bought a $2 tank top, as a 90% off item. Design was really cool. I'm a teacher and went in for the teacher discount. I don't have my badge at the moment because my campus holds on to them during the summer. However I have a copy of my most recent check stub that states my position and date. I asked customer service in the back if it's okay, and they said yes. Get to the front to check out, and the young lady manager was extremely rude with the worst attitude and told me I couldn't use it. So I left without anything. Horrible customer service. The items are pricey. You have to wait for their coupons in the mail Before the price becomes reasonable. I think their gimmick is to over price items by double and give you a 30%off so you feel better and the price is what normal stores charge. This store is set up nice and friendly staff. read more

Kohl's - Looks very new - Department Stores Near Me - ROSENBERG, Texas

Never again will I shop at Kohl's online or store. First off, my online experience. I ordered a watch before Thanksgiving as a Christmas present. It took over 3 weeks to get to me. Orders from other retailers were delivered on time. Doing some research I found Kohl's uses a third party delivery vendor before it's taken over by a major carrier. The third party vendor has terrible reviews, but Kohl's still uses them. Ok, so now my wife has her watch and the band needs to be adjusted. The day after Christmas we went to this Kohl's right at their 10am opening. We walked up to the watch counter and the employee said she could do the adjustment. She walked to another counter with the watch and another customer asked the employee a question. The employee told us to go shopping while she "helps a customer with a sale." Just ignoring us. Doesn't matter if I spent over $250 for the watch and the other customer wanted a $20 necklace using Kohl's Cash. Fifteen minutes later, another customer came up to this employee and wanted his watch adjusted. The employee called the manager for help even before she was helping us. Supposedly, the manager told the employee the equipment to do the adjustments was broken. Strange how he could say that since watches can have didn't type of adjustments. I suspect if the employee was truthful, the manager was just too lazy to help. The employee suggested we go to a different Kohls. We couldn't believe it. If it was my watch I would have returned it right then and said screw Kohl's. One more thing about Kohl's. After Thanksgiving (and before the watch issues) I ordered a set of pajamas for my wife. The pajamas were sent all over the country (4 states). The week before Christmas I called Kohl's asking about my order. They offered to send another set thru FedEx and the items arrived Christmas week. That was great. Now the fun part. I was tracking the original first package (with the pajamas) going from state to state. It came the day before Christmas. Thinking I ended up getting both orders it turned out the later arriving package was not what I had ordered. The outside label had my address on it. I opened it up and found five undergarments for a rather large woman. The inside shipping label had her address which was in Massachusetts! Fortunately, I was able to google the woman and she said she was having all kind of issues with Kohl's customer service. I told her I'll send her items UPS. Kohl's is a nightmare all around and it wouldn't hurt me one bit if they shut down. Remember folks, most retailers will match prices so try doing that before you buy ANYTHING from Kohl's. read more

Kohl's in CA had a rule that any customer within 6ft of you was greeted/acknowledged (at least many years ago when I worked there). Apparently that rule does not exist here. My wife and I walked in. The cashier glanced up, no smile/greeting, looked back down and continued what she was doing (which didn't involve any customer). I was in housewares next. An employee was pricing things. I walked past her and smiled, 3 times, deliberately, and she never once looked up, smiled or acknowledged that I was even there. Then I walked by the customer service desk. The lady, also not with a customer, looked up. I smiled and nodded at her. She looked down, unresponsive, and went back to her work. Last stop, checkout. We went to the cashier opposite the one that didn't greet us coming in. I expected no difference in treatment at this point. I was wrong. The cashier looked up as we approached, smiling, greeted us and asked if we were ready to check out. She was friendly. Conversational. She made us feel welcomed. This is how you represent the people that pay you to be there. Kohl's management (if you are seeing this review) Ana is an asset to your store. She saved the experience of our visit. Kudos to her. So, let me breakdown my rating, to be clear: Your store/our overall experience: 1 star Ana, your cashier: 5 stars Maybe you should have her train the rest of your staff. Just a thought. read more

Kohl's is Kohl's no matter the location. The service was decent here but I just wish they'd focus on customers before or during restocking. I found the same basic departments and items here I find in Indy. This is a large store with a nice selection and most of the staff were friendly. Easy access and parking. One thing I wasn't aware of is if you use a gift card then return one of the items you receive an In-Store credit...not cash. read more

The customer service at this kohl's is little to none. They have things listed for sale that when you check out if you do not pay attention to what the item is showing on your receipt you will pay more. For example the bath bombs at the front that have a $5 gift sign above them with a sale sign for $4 each they charge me $6. Because they claim they are regulars $7.50 but as i showed the clerk no where is there a $7.50 price shown anywhere. They over charged and just said sorry. I will not be returning to this kohl's. Spoke with Carrie a manager regarding price matching. She said she needed the actual copy of the ad from the other store to price match. She also said they wouldn't price match with their own online website. Then she topped it off they aren't price matching during Black Friday week. Needless to say I walked out and they lost a sale. read more

WORST Management ever. Bunch of liers are running this store. I went there yesterday to return an item from Amazon, and they gave me a 25% discount voucher to use it in store. After I picked up 2 pairs of shoes, the lady on the cashier said that these shoes are not included in the promotion because it is Nike and Adidas. The voucher has few brand names that are not included in the promotion but Nike and Adidas are not any of them. I ended calling "Kiana" the manager to the cashier and she won't give me the discount and she said that these are premium athletes brands. I left the shoes on the cashier and I left the store promising my self not to go back there and share my bad experience with everyone to know how liers are they at Kohl's Rosenberg. read more

Always clean, wide aisles, nice selections. A little pricey but good quality clothes.

Good customer service! Exchanges and returns are in the back and to the left. Decent merchandise, especially the women's sportswear section. Great selection of home decor items and purses too. The customer service was great! I bought two polo shirts for my husband and washed them each one time then they both ended up with snags in the fabric. I took it back to Kohl's without a receipt and they still gave me a refund. I explained that I wanted to exchange it for two new polo shirts, but unfortunately they did not have any left in my husband's size. They were true to their word around wanting each customer to leave fully satisfied. Based on the experience at just this store, Kohl's now has a shopper for life. read more

I'm a regular VIP customer here and I'm shocked to not even be acknowledged or spoken to or even say hello by the male Mgr who I believe works evenings. I've been in this work environment before and if your not going even speak or say hi to the customers (who bring home your pay) you have a problem. read more

I tried to exchange a white polo shirt- completely equal exchange. They refused bc the first shirt I bought was on clearance and the second shirt was newer according to the barcodes. The sales person and manager were completely rude and unreasonable. I could understand if I wanted a different shirt- different color even but it was the same. And for that reason I will never shop at Kohls again. There is no reason to treat someone the way I was treated, especially a customer! read more

Bought 2 items during the Kohl's bucks plus it had a coupon for additional 25% off. Had to return the smallest item (about $20)---was no problem. Customer service was GREAT! They refunded the little item--& then I bought 2 pairs of slippers that were on sale. Got to use my $15 Kohl's bucks & 25% plus the refund ..resulting in me paying a whopping $3. Fact is...the whole transaction was made very easily. Very professional, very courteous...a rarity these days. I have been to other Kohl's before but the Rosenberg location is EXCEPTIONAL. I can get help without searching the whole store, employees are professional, & makes me feel like my business with them is WANTED. Huge difference than other stores! read more
