I love this store especially because of its location. I have not been to any mall stores in the last 5 years. If they decide to close, then I would have to either do Amazon or mall shopping as I have had back and hip surgery. I definitely don't like the new system and especially they need to work on a customer service. You get frustrated because they don't lacking of proper training. You don't know exactly how to answer what when it's a wrong situation or shipping and then another thing they don't get the correct information that you have in your connected to item and then and then when you get frustrated and curse, but you're not really cursing at them and shit and they thought you were cursing at him, but you're not I couldn't understand if I say FU then yes I am. I'm just saying it because I'm frustrated because we were there they couldn't answer and fix it to situation. I see why the horrible reviews!!! I came in looking for dressy work shoes and decided to use the bathroom. The cleaning lady was there and I said good morning to which she ignored me and went to the stool. While I am handling my business I heard a lady coming in and asking her if the bathroom was closed to which the cleaning lady said nothing. When the other customer left said thank you, she replied nothing. None of that matters but what happened next upset me. I was handling my business like any person using the bathroom and this lady proceeds to open my door and laughed apologized. She knew I was there when I entered the woman's bathroom and greeted her and she ignored me. Then I tried to double lock the bathroom door and guess what. That lock fakes keep the door meaning, pull in and is not even locked. I doubled check. I talked to the manager and all she said was: the lady isn't he bathroom doesn't speak any English so she is like that is not like she was laughing at you while fake apologizing she is just that way. I've been shopping at Kohl's for over 25 years. My favorite store when I lived in Minnesota so I was thrilled when Kohl's finally made it to Washington. I usually shop at the Marysville store near my home or the Lynwood store near my work. I was told by a manager years ago that you could combine multiple receipts during a Kohl's cash earning period. I have grandkids different ages and sizes so I often go between the 2 stores to find everything I need. This past week I was looking for 2 more pillowcases in the color I had already purchased and the Marysville store was out of stock and the very helpful and kind associate ( I have always received amazing customer service at the Marysville store)checked and told me the Snohomish store had them in stock. He even called the store and put them on hold for me. So I had another errand to run on the way so I decided it was worth the drive to Snohomish. I made additional purchases and when I went to check out the associate said she couldn't combine the receipt with the Marysville store because it wasn't the same day. I told her I've always done it at the Marysville and Lynwood store but she refused so I asked to speak to a manager. He was less helpful and insisted this was a corporate policy that I could find at the Kohl's website IT'S NOT WHAT IT SAYS AT ALL It actually instructs and encourages customers how to stack the savings. So I stopped at the Marysville store again on my way home and yep! The manager combined my receipts and told me to write a review. I WILL NEVER USE THE SNOHOMISH KOHL'S STORE AGAIN!!!!! I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews about this store. Maybe it's partly because I go in and make a beeline for what I'm looking for or browse the store when I have time needing little assistance. I prefer not to be asked every 5 seconds if I need any help ;) Employees are courteous and friendly. I also like that the store has Wi-fi. I didn't understand this for the longest time until I realized I wasn't able to connect to my Wallet during checkout. Accessed Kohl's wi-fi and problem solved :) I also like that I can buy online and pick up in store. I will admit I feel weird having someone pluck my items when I'm more than capable. However, I'm more likely to be shopping online at 9pm vs in store AND there have been several times this convenience has let me get in on the tail end of a wonderful sale! I don't know that I've ever paid full price here. Everything is on sale almost always and while I'm hesitant to recommend getting a store credit card, as long as you can pay it every month and not carry a balance it's great! So many extra deals unlocked with it. Kohl's Pay is my current obsession as I don't keep my Kohl's charge on me at all times...no problem! It's all linked to my account from the Kohl's app on my phone and the deals get applied with pretty much zero effort from my fingers. I love that I can find a great selection of clothes here for my kids who are growing like weeds it seems. We have a rental home that is constantly being freshened up with kitchen and housewares from Kohl's thanks to great selection and fantastic prices. I've never found a better deal on quality bedding than at Kohl's which is huge. I know many associate price with quality but I've never been disappointed here. Plus, with how much we change out our bedding and towels I appreciate getting nice sets that don't break the bank. I have paid more at larger department stores over the years only to end up with rough and scratchy towels and sheets after little use. read more

February 13th I was shopping for family and at the check out when I went to use their card reader it wouldn't read my Mastercard! You have a bad chip the manager said..but I just used it at at Fred Myers I told him. Well its bad he said. Let's use your Kohls card. What a fraudulent scam! I've never used my Kohls card and never will. I ended up using my debit cart and it was probably skimmed from the fraudulent reader. I proceeded back to Fred Myers and bought a Columbia vest for $100.00 from them instead. We that transaction went through, just like all the past ones have but Kohls is desperate for business and will go to any fraudulent lengths to get you to use their card. I came home and cut my card up from Kohls and hope all those workers save their money because it's only a matter of months before they go bankrupt and close. Bye bye. Like the location, lots of parking, nice dressing rooms. I have found the employees at this store to generally be friendly and helpful. I usually order online, but sometimes use the 'pick up in store' option, or pop in for something that needs to be tried on in person. The customer service desk is wonderful. I recently had a great experience: I got in line for 'store pickup' and within a moment an associate came up behind me with a scanner and was able to pull my order from behind the counter. My only gripe, which I know might not exactly be within the store's control, is that there doesn't seem to be a big variety of girl's clothing in-store, and that is why I end up doing a lot of back-to-school shopping through their website, where there is more variety and sizes available. read more

Typical Kohls. A wide variety of mostly cheap clothing. Like most department stores, they carry a little bit of everything. Kohls frequently has coupons and other deals, so if you're paying full price, you're paying too much. While they try to carry high end name brands, the racks are just too crowded, the staff don't care and the isles are often disorganized or in a state of disarray. Don't get me wrong, I will always stop here when I'm looking for some clothes for a deal, but I don't expect the clothes to last for too long. Reminiscent of Mervyn's. I purchased an Arkibos wrist watch just over a year ago from Kohls for $995.00. While I was at my wedding one of the inside decorative bezzles came loose and got stuck in the watch hands. I just left the Snohomish Kohls store, and to say the least I am extremely upset. Even though my watch has a 2 year all inclusive warranty, the sales representative told me that their system does not go that far back for records of purchases.... Final result.... I am out $1000.00 and have a piece of shit watch that no longer works. I have religiously purchased all of my jewerely for my wife, myself, and my 4 daughter's from Kohls in the past, but I no longer will... In fact when I'm done with this review I'm going to find as many other social media review spots as I possibly can and continue to inform consumers out there not to purchase jewelry from this department store anymore. On top of that next week when my business slows down a little bit I'm going to go out in front of their store and post up with a sign that will inform all consumers going into the store of their business practices. They can't just quit trying to sell you a credit card, multiple attempts to "con" you in to a credit card - just infuriating all I want to do is pay and leave and they hold you hostage trying to sell you their credit card. Sorry for the wall of text that is about to be spill across your screen, but my story is a tale of woe and should be told in its entirety. It all started out when I went to Kohl's on a rainy November night in 2015. I was looking to purchase a new Kitchen-aid mixer and take advantage of the Kohl's Cash offer they had going on. I went to the store and was successful in this endeavor, but this is where the happy story ends and the terror begins. I come home, with product and Kohl's Cash in hand and immediately hop on their website to figure out what I want to spend this $105 on. My wife and I look at some new bedding and decide on a nice set. So when the Kohl's Cash became available to use a week later, I ordered the bedding set and waited for it to arrive. A package showed up a few weeks later and it was getting close to Christmas so we put it under the tree and figured we'd open it Christmas morning. When Christmas morning arrives and we open it, we find the most hideous pink and black striped comforter set that we have ever seen. I look at the packing slip that was inside the package and it has someone's name from New York (keep in mind I am in Washington State) and the description of the product was Jungle Queen - Queen Size. What we ordered was a Midnight Wolf - King Size. They couldn't have got it much more wrong...wrong state, wrong person, wrong style, wrong size. So the next morning I call the online reps and explain what has happened, and they instruct me to take it to the Kohl's closest to me and they will take care of the problem. It turns out this was a lie just to get me off the phone. The Kohl's rep in the store said they have no way of pulling up online information and that they couldn't process the return because what I was returning wasn't what I ordered.....but they tell me they will process the return for the person in New York. At this point they put me on the phone with the Kohls.com reps again and the reps say they are sorry and that they will mail out a gift card for the full amount of the Kohl's Cash i used plus the out of pocket expense plus the discount amount. I wait 2 weeks...3 weeks...4 weeks...Nothing from Kohls.com in the mail. So I call them back, and tell the story to the new rep, this rep tell me to take down a number (their ticket number) to go to the store, and the rep there will help. So I go back to the store, and tell the rep there what I was told and the rep gets a look on her face that says "oh no, not this again" and explains that they have no way of pulling up the ticket, that the online store and physical stores are basically 2 different companies under the Kohl's name. She puts me back on the phone with a rep who I have to tell the whole story to again. And again they apologize, and say they will get the refund sent out immediately. 2 weeks go by....3 weeks....4 weeks...I hop on to their website and have a chat session with "steve". I go through the whole story again, and Steve assures me he will get it resolved. In the end he again instructs me to go to the store and that they will finally be able to assist me. So like a fool, I go back to the store and again am told that they cannot help and put me on the phone with another rep who I tell the story to again....I am told I will get the full refund plus free rushed shipping and 30% off my next order for all the inconvenience. 2 weeks go by...3 weeks....NO! I am not waiting 4 weeks, I call and ask to speak to a manager. After retelling the story for what feels like the millionth time, she tells me she will make sure it gets taken care of but that I need to go to the store so they can issue the credit. I start to argue that I wasn't going to go to the store AGAIN, but she said that when I get there to have the rep call them and they will walk the rep through how to do the refund. So I trudge out to the store, and the rep there begins to say the same thing about how they can't handle the online issues, but I explain what I was told so they call and talk to a rep. After some back and forth, I get put back on the line. I then give the phone back to the rep (who by the way was extremely nice) and she asks a bunch of questions to the phone rep. I am told that I can either have the product shipped or get a Kohl's card with the amount on it. I tell them that ultimately I just want the product that I paid for back in November (this is now early March). They said they will ship the product and also refund all out of pocket costs, but in order to process they needed to take a payment of $20 some odd dollars, but that they would refund my card $50+ dollars (the orig. out of pocket expense plus the $20 I was paying now). Come to present day, and my package arrives. I open it and low and behold, it is what I ordered. I decide to check my account to see if they have refunded me the $50 odd dollars...of course not...but that is a tale for another day (like when I get the money back...) read more

I love this kohls it is alway organized the workers are always helpful and they have a lot in stock especially for us normal people who have common sizes!! I never find the sizes I need at the alder wood one or marysville one as they have a lot of people that hit them up after the outlets of the mall. read more

The clothes are so so - some times there is a good deal - although I am not sure if it worth the amount of pressure that the sales people but you through when they offer you a credit card. Kohl's in Snohomish has done everything right - superbly so. In these difficult times I was amazed. I am disabled and a senior (very senior and in the most vulnerable section of society). In the best of times, shopping is difficult and I dread it. However...yesterday my care- taker and I ventured out to Kohl's in Snohomish. First of all we were greeted at the door and asked if we wanted a cart. Then, as we watched, the person USING A DISPOSABLE PAPER TOWEL and disinfectant, wiped a cart and gave it to us. (For other store managers, take note. Re-using the same dirty rag to wipe surfaces is at best counter productive and at worst, a great way to spread germs. The store is full of fantastic sales with a plethora of diverse 85% off merchandise. Check-out is facilitated by an employee gently reminding customers to maintain social distancing. No try on of clothes but a very liberal return policy. All in all a very successful outing. I only wish other establishments in Washington were as well run as Kohl's. read more

I have been faithfully shopping at Kohls for years. Today I found out there is no grace period for making your Kohls Charge payments even within 3 days of the due date. I don't think there has ever been one time I have paid exactly on the due date, always a few days before or a few days after, depending on our pay days. I have never heard of or had a company assess a late fee without even so much as a grace period. I will pay my account balance and take my hard earned money elsewhere in the future, and I suggest you all do the same! read more

I don't want to slam my local Kohls store so I will stay at 3 stars. I came into the womens dept on Tuesday October 18th at 10:50 AM. The store hadn't even been open for one hour. The womens dept was a horrible mess. Clothes just flung around, unfolded and soo disorganized. I have only seen this before in a couple of Ross stores but they have since cleaned up their stores. I understand the public can be just awful, however if you stay on top of it people are more likely to be neater. When a place looks like no one cares some customers will treat your store the way you present it. I hope this gets addressed because I can't stand shopping in a place that doesn't look like it has enough staff and or bad management The staff was kind and helpful but walked by the messes like they were use to this type of disorganization. In the past I was always able to find clothes that I liked. In the past year or so, the quality of the choices has changed, I think. I need a 1X and the choices are disappointing. I find styles I like in smaller sizes, but those are not available in my size. Why? I don't understand. Why is there a need to make unstylish clothes in larger sizes? Been to this Kohl's numerous times. Never had a good experience. Associates either ignore you or when asked a question seem unhappy to help. Tonight just made me not want to come back. Went in to find shoes for work - found a pair of Nike's that I thought were on sale. The digital tag was attached to them. Brought them to the register, they didn't ring up at the price, someone went to check - the tag was attached to the wrong shoe. They won't override them - even when the cashier said "it was done by an associate". Now it wasn't her fault but what kind of policy is that? The associate didn't price something right and the customer is the one who notices it and doesn't get that price? I'm a big box retail store manager and so is my husband and this blew our minds. Change the price, fix it, and go on. It wasn't a huge discrepancy. Instead they refused the price "because Nike won't let us price override and we have to get a manager to do things other way, it's a lot of hassle" and I walked out without the shoes, walked to Fred Meyers and bought almost identical ones for the price I thought I was going to get at Kohl's. read more
