This Target has quality products and fair price and this time is no exception; I was looking for undergarment and found what I am looking for; and it catches my attention that they have perfume too, the rest are typical Target department stores such as household articles, groceries etc. read more

I rarely go into these kinds of stores. I was looking for a baking dish to give as a gift. I didn't find one but I bought a jar of Sicilian olives and a tin of tea. I head to the register. I see a bunch of jam and broken glass on the floor. I hailed a worker and showed her the mess. I left the shopping cart over the mess so no one else would get near the mess. I see a bunch of reading glasses ( so grab them too ) right n and head to the gal at the register. She grabs the items and starts with her spiel about credit card and 10 percent discount for applying. I tell her NO THANK YOU several times so I interrupt her and say I need to add this bag. ( the ones they sell for $1 ) and this is weird because she is all snarky and rude and literally slammed the jar of olives into the bag, and it almost sounded like the olives were going to break the glass . She tossed in the tin box of tea and the glasses. She then snarled at me again about the card reader and if I want a receipt. She's so rude. She doesn't even explain what I'm to do . I finally put on my reading glasses to read the screen about email or print receipts. I poke the print button while she is rolling her eyes to the back of her head. I almost thought about returning the items right then and there. Im still confused about the attitude there was no reason to be rude. I was so nice. I don't go there very often maybe once a year but I can tell you right now. I won't be back to that store at all. When you think about it, people who shop there or paying her wages being rude to the customer that's not good. You just lost my business. read more

Today September 28th I came to Marshalls to purchase some pillows and while browsing i noticed a gentleman man following me to each aisle I had went to. I went back down to the pillows because I was unsure if I was just making it up. but once I went back down to the pillows there he was watching me. I noticed he had a Marshall security jacket on. it made me very uncomfortable to know that I was being followed when I had done nothing wrong. also when I only had my phone and wallet in my persons. when I went to check out two gentlemen asked for the associates to dial for the manager because they had also experienced the same encounte. the Manager Amir R. was very dismissive about the entire situation and basically implied that it would be nothing he could take care of at this time. also Their Rae Dunn collection was very minimal :( read more

We like the store and most of its merchandise except for the gradual reduction in mens clothing. Housewares, womens clothing, womens personal grooming products, those are usually pretty good. The continuous major flaw with Marshall's-TJMaxx-HomeGoods stores is their price labeling that is always a pain the a*^&% to deal with because it is ALWAYS on the most visible, usable sides of products and a real pain to get home and remove with alcohol or glue remover. For years this has been a real sticking point, if you will, with these stores. The CEO should have to endure this nonsense. Put the darned labels on the BOTTOM of products. read more

Pretty disappointing that the dressing rooms close 90 minutes before the store closes. Trying to find clothes that fit my teenager tonight and he was unable to try anything on. read more

Wow there's no friendly people here There not helpful even if u can find someone that actually works here....I checked out at 9:15 ( closing 9:30) and there's only ONE cashier in the entire store! 9 people in line is a good 20 min wait with a sorta slow cashier. The manager/ closing person acts so rude she doesn't seem to care if u have to wait in line a long time...wow waited 15 min to purchase now 20 min to do a return ?? Your time is not valuable here...definitely do not come if your in a hurry!! read more

My first day there when it opened I was going to give 5 stars but then I came back and it's now 2. I had to exchange an item and the woman didn't know so she asked for help, which is fine. But the girl was rude about it. Ok that's still not the issue. Another worker is very loud yelling how she found cute shoes she just unpacked. She was supposed to be putting them on the shelf for customers but instead she was grabbing sizes for the cashiers and hiding them behind the counter! They were very loudly bragging that they were getting paid the next day and were going to buy them. This upset me cause it took longer for me to leave because they were all distracted. Then even more upset me because maybe I wanted those shoes but now there are none left. Not only did I hear all this but the other customers. I was really disappointed because I didn't realize the cashiers just thought of their job as a shopping party. Was the most unprofessional I Have seen in customer service. read more

This is most clean and inviting Marahalls store I have ever been to. The selection was awesome and the store does not look like a tornado hit it. The staff is super friendly and they are on the ball. I was very impressed. read more

I normally never go to Marshall's because I've not had good luck at this store in the past but over the weekend, I changed my mind and decided to give it a go. I'm sure glad I did because I found some great deals and super cute clothes. I guess I won't write off Marshall's anymore! read more

I shop this Marshalls *at least* once a month and am happy to give them the five-star review they deserve. I'm a discount shopper across the board, but only when I come here do I get the department store experience. Joanne, who was working the fitting room on my last visit, is amazing. She was friendly and helpful above and beyond; she even helped me make some outfit decisions for an upcoming trip I'm planning for! I had to come in and out a few times and she was so attentive - I left smiling and feeling like I'd just been to Nordstrom. The person who rang me out was also incredibly polite and friendly; I'm sorry that I neglected to get her name. Ladies, your hospitality would be well-received in a high-end boutique, but I'm so grateful you were at Marshalls and absolutely made my day. Five stars all the way! read more

Bad service period. Store is dirty and they never have back up cashiers so always waiting for 10 minutes or longer to check out.

Wonderful staff!! First I should say that I haven't shopped at Marshall''s for about a decade. My bad-I've apparently been missing out. I was soooo impressed with the staff- from the staff member working at other duties who noticed us carrying our purchases to the register who stopped what she was doing to ask us if we'd like a cart to the engaging cashier who was able to chat positively during checkout while mentioning Marshall perks- and in a way that was not obnoxious and pushy. I was somewhat blown away by the personnel at Marshall's in this store. I shop in many places, chain and local, and was only at Marshall's this day accompanying my sister. I'll admit that I'm used to fairly neutral impressions of the staff in so many other retail establishments. I do realize that we, the Public, can be incredibly rude and demeaning to those who are employed in the retail/service industry and I understand when an employee who's barely making a living wage does not have the emotional energy to be any more helpful than is required.That's why there was such a noticeable difference in the staff at Marshall's. As stated, I was very impressed and I'll be taking more shopping trips to Marshall's in this store to see if this was a fluke or a pattern. I hope that it's the latter! Whoever has inspired, coached, or trained this staff to show this level of awareness and caring is to be commended. And cloned, if possible. You have created a working environment for your crew so that they actually care about their store and their customers. You've won a new regular shopper who thanks you. read more

always thought ROSS was the place, but since I have gone to Marshalls love it !!! Organization is better than ROSS, and not as crazy busy (guess not all canadians have caught onto the hype since it isnt closer to the border, some great deals to be had! read more
