Manager was abrupt and explained why I got a charge to the items purchased when I had a return, and instead of apologizing to me for the Cashier not explaining it accurately to me as to why.... She walked off asking the Cashier if she was "okay"!??? I said I'm okay now thanks for asking ME, the Customer. I don't appreciate that kind of unnecessary behavior. I was not rude, I just needed an explanation. I finally got it after having to wait in a very long line and for a Manager explanation. I went to buy something but changed my mind. I'll do business at a different Kohl's. Or maybe no Kohl's in future for that matter. Customer Service is key here. I didn't care for any of their attitudes. read more

I ordered two sleep pants and y'all are 40 minutes away. I have a medical reason I needed those pants and I can't come in the store because of that reason. Y'all have had curbside for over 7 years so I called and spoke to a very rude woman and I asked if someone could bring them to my van because I can't come in. She said either someone needs to come get them or I come inside. I messaged kohls on Twitter the person wanted to know why that woman simply couldn't bring my item to my car and also told me I should have spoken to a manager. I had a ectopic pregnancy which I had both tubes and one ovary removed I am in very bad pain during the months. I needed those pants because of the side effects to this surgery. I was browsing on Kohls website hopefully looking to find some outdoor decor. I was looking for a bird bath, bird feeder, perhaps birdhouses. And I have to say I was appalled by the prices! Some of the stuff looked okay but who's going to spend $218 on a bird bath one that's not ceramic or metal but just resin! Not disappointed so much in the merchandise but very shocked by prices!! Earlier this morning I was as at this store which I've frequently visited since I moved here from FL. Returning a package and looking to purchase some items I noticed an individual laying down on one of the display beds at the back of the store. For a second I thought he was just sitting there briefly..... not really! Full on sitting like if he was at home drinking a soda and eating Cheetos. Very disrespectful but even more upsetting, nobody from the store paid any attention to it. I decided to make a comment to one of the employees and this is how it went.... Approached blonde lady wearing a flannel top near the Christmas decorations: Me: Excuse me ma'am I don't mean to be annoying but there's someone at the back of the store in this situation. I think is very disrespectful to all the costumers Employee: (being rude) And what would you like me to do? Me: ((Then I lost it) I don't need you to DO anything! I don't care what you do. I'm just letting you know how I feel as a costumer. I didn't ask you to do anything! Turned around and kept walking. I guess she belongs to that store where the disrespect is major! I haven't been to Kohl's in a loooong time, but decided to go here when I was on the hunt for a pair of jeans. Levi's jeans have always been my faves - dating back to my teen years. Fewer and fewer stores carry Levi's, but Kohl's is a store that still does. Listed on sale, I ventured here to snag myself a new pair. While the store was pretty neat and seemed to be well organized in the departments I walked through to get to the women's jeans section, once I found the Levi's, I found a mess. Anyone who knows Levi's knows that there are scads of different 500 series styles. They were all mixed in together with no rhyme or reason to the organization of styles or sizes. Finally hit pay dirt and located ONE pair of my preferred style in my size. Hunted for other colors or a second pair fruitlessly. Gave up and bought my one pair. Check out was quick and easy. Came home and checked on Amazon. Same jeans, multiple colors, $1 to $2 cheaper. While today's journey to Kohl's got me at least one pair of what I was looking for, don't know if I'll be back due to their disheveled and limited selection. read more

Went into the store this morning to purchase shoes for my grand babies. While in the store there was a employee working on the luggage in cap, standing there talking to her employees we gotta wait for her to move( talking about me). She must of been some management because she was telling the other employees what to do. She was Adrian American I told my family member I just need some help to find the sizes we need. That employee (with no name badge on) looked at us and said "what do you need". I find that rude and informed her I was talking to my family member. I did not want help after all from her with that attitude. She said well you said you needed help and rolled her eyes. Because of this, we left and did not continue to shop because of this. I'm a nurse and work in the area and come by this Kohl's frequently. I will not return because of this. This should be addressed so no other customer have to experience what I did today. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I came to get work jeans because I saw online they had BOGO 1/2 off in store. Came inside, looked around & everywhere was posted "BUY ONE GET ONE 1/2 OFF" in every section on every stand with clothes. I found two jeans that I liked. At the register, the lady tells me I can't have them BOGO 1/2 off because it's a "different brand". She then tells me "THERES NOTHING I CAN DO" which I hated to hear as a customer. Being in customer service myself, I would NEVER tell a customer that. If anything I would provide a solution. I also didn't understand how "there's nothing they could do", when the entire store is listed as BOGO 1/2 off. I've never been into a store, where they had this sale & it had to be the same brand only. She didn't do anything but pushed me to apply for the credit card. Once I said no, she questioned in a rude manner, "why? You don't want a credit card to build your credit score", which is just unprofessional. I don't need to give a reasoning as to why I don't want a Kohls credit card... I'm never coming back here, mainly because I know they could've helped me out and chose not to, and didn't even bother getting a manager to help me out. read more

Stocked up, fairly clean and good prices.. Never had a problem here.. Even had to do a store pick up on some items we had returned/re-ordered from a store in Southern Indiana.. I am not an avid shopper but this store is amazing. They have everything, I can shop for my entire family there and not be stressed over too much product like I do at a mall. The store is always clean and organized, one of my favorite pasts is that they always have coupons and specials going on. Even better I love that they have huge discounts on Wednesday's for seniors. This is big for my mother. She is as well not a big shopper but this store fits exactly what she looks for every time and the discounts are even better. I've come here for years, I'd prefer coming here instead of a mall everyday. It fits many different styles and needs, the store is always appealing to the eye and service is always great. Cashiers even let me know of any coupons to use if I don't have any which I always love! read more

I understand that I went early evening but..............the store was a complete mess. Clothes on the floor or hanging on one side of the hanger and off the other side. The store changed things around since my last visit and when I asked where the petite section was the girl rolled her eyes, sighed and said "over there".....uh....where is over there? Over there to the left or right? Over there in the back of the store or the front? The sections are NOT clearly marked. After walking around for a while, I finally figured out where "over there" was for the petite section. roll MY eyes. If ya don't want to work retail, work somewhere else. The only saving grace was the cashier was a delight. She got me checked out really really quickly. Thank you!! Wish I had remembered her name. At this point, it may be a very very long time before I step foot back at this store. read more

I have been to this location a few times to shop. They have pretty much anything you would need. Sometimes, they have great clearance sales. I have scored a pair of shoes from there 90% off and also great deals on baby clothes. Store is clean and well laid out. Plenty of staff to ask questions if you need help. Only downside to Kohl's is they only have checkouts in the front of the store and lines can get long at times. Especially during the holidays, but I guess that is to be expected. read more

I've been shopping at this Kohls location which is ok..nothing amazing but it's in shopping center with other good stores near by. This store however is always a mess. Maybe because it's on wknds I've been but The employee's are really nice and friendly. It's kinda annoying listening to them talking over intercom about Credit Card applications they all getting! It's kinda hard walking Thur clothes and aisles they have so much merchandise. Kohls does have a great variety of clothes thou and their people in Customer service exceptional!! On November 2015 I went to this location for an exchange. I went to the customer service department and they did the exchange. My Wife and my small children were with me. She decided to purchase a few items. I meet her at the register and paid for her items. The associate that was checking us out asked to see my exchange. I gladly opened the bag and gave her the exchange receipt. She accused me of trying to steal the $10 shirt and walked me to the customer service area. Once at the customer service department I explained again that the shirt was a exchange. I noticed that my returned shirt was still behind the counter. The representative picked it up. Once she realized that the numbers matched she apologized for calling me a thief. I will never forget this experience since my two small children and my wife were with me and witnessed this situation. I will be cancelling my credit card and never shop with this company again. I have shopped at Khols for many years and have always been treated fairly up until now . read more
