Returns cost $7 if I were to ship the item back to Uniqlo but he suggested that if I wanted to be refunded back on my card. I walked away a bit stunned.. I paced back and forth in the store before finally getting in line again. I wasn't about to argue the policy but decided against shipping back my item since it would take $7. The second cashier I approached was kind enough to inform me that the policy had changed within a few days of the last time I purchased the item, so she was willing to be flexible to refund me back on my card. She told me this AFTER she looked at my receipt. She told me from this day forward, I should know that Uniqlo changed their policy with regards to gift card, apple pay and Paypal. ^ and THAT is what I call quality customer service. Tl;dr: I've been buying a lot from Uniqlo. I even wore a skirt and jacket from Uniqlo as I was returning that purchase, but I wanted a refund instead of store credit. And the second cashier's interaction with me has left me with a lasting positive impression that I have of Uniqlo! Thank you. :)

The sale section is fairly small, but you should be able to find something decent (due to less foot traffic). Still, the store is kept neat, quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful, which makes this location worth visiting. I once asked a saleswoman to help me decide on the proper fit for a top, and she literally waited outside my dressing room door, holding a conversation with me, while I tried on top after top. You can't get that kind of service in a busy store!

The food court is pretty good with a wide selection of items and this one area between the center of the mall and the food court hallway occasionally switched out. Store prices vary and the mall can't really control that, obviously, but there's a good variety of stores with their ranging prices so that you can find your preference. I only know of one bathroom area and while it's pretty big, it also feels hidden and is inconvenient if you need to go from anywhere besides the center of the mall. Also, there's great parking and a bus stop for commuters. There's also other stores located in the same area but not in the mall which is convenient for a variety of reasons.

I was trying to decide between two purses for a Christmas gift, and when I asked for the prices of each, the saleswoman said, "Do you want to buy it? It's a good deal. And we're selling out fast. It's very popular. It probably won't be here if you come back!" She kept pushing for a few more minutes. I got pretty uncomfortable, and ended up buying one of the purses a few days later at Short Hills instead.

It's my understanding that kohls is pulling a product line because the owner of this line is of a conservative belief. If this is true, it sounds like a stupid thing to do, alienating over 80 million hard working (and shopping) people, me being one of them.
