We witnessed a shipt shopper ask an employee for…read moredirections on where to find an item and she very rudely said "I'm not gonna do your shopping for you" to this man. He was super polite too, but she was so rude. We then went on to say how rude that was because he simply asked for help finding an item that she was quite literally stocking at the time. And when we pointed out that it was rude, she said "that's his second time asking me to help him find something" to which we said that that shouldn't matter. This man was NOT asking her for anything other than help finding an item in the area he had been looking for it in. Then after we had been talking to her, another employee came up and they were obviously talking about us because they got quiet and said "let's go over there". The woman who worked at Target was lying about the whole situation and this man was really polite and non confrontational. It was really disappointing to say the least and the way the other employees were acting was so unprofessional. I know nothing will be done about this situation if I talked to a manager which is also disappointing, but still thought I'd share my encounter. The employee's name is Michelle. Very rude.

The adult and kids clearance section in the back of the store is well worth a look see for a great discount. The service is always good! I like to stop in weekly to a nearby DSW to donate an old pair of shoes to apply toward my DSW reward points. They add up quickly for dollars off of my purchases. Check out their Soles4Soul program. Unfortunately, since the terrible customer service and respect for their own co-workers, I will never return. That was my first time at that location. Not very smart of them as their job in retail is ending as these kinds of stores are closing because everyone is shopping online. Figured it out, since I worked in the medical field. It is a 19-year-old cat that weighs 6 pounds. What else are they NOT getting mixed right? Dangerous. Had to drive back the next day. To be told, "Oh" 2nd pet med was supposed to be in 4 days later, sick cat. Called at the time; they told me it would be in by 2 pm. Told it was in, but they would not give it to me because it was written for a cat, not a dog. They had to call the vet. I knew that cat vs dog was not an issue. Used the ear med before. Got to the parking lot. Was sent a text: the item is on back order. When I called to find out what happened to my med. They told me on back order. ok, you had it an hour ago. what happened. told me it was on back order. Sick cat; med used before; 4 days later, 3 trips, and still did not have the med. Where did the med go if they had it an hour ago?
