A plain white button-down shirt I could not be more upset with him. But you would think that the store wouldn't have taken advantage of a teen like that. There is no excuse for that $185 for a single white button-down shirt. You're not selling Armani. Those kind of prices you won't be in business long. I was briefly greeted when I walked in, but the woman was on the phone (sounded like a personal call) and she didn't pay any attention to me during my browsing. I found shoes I was interested in, but they didn't have the color I wanted in my size. Turns out- that line, some of the colors are discontinued. I googled while in the store hoping to find them. I was tempted by several pieces of clothing, but even a second custom came and and got the same bland greeting and then the woman vanished to the back office? I had the feeling like sales weren't a big deal- so I went on downtown and shopped my hearts content. Shame- I really did like several products.

From shirts to shoes to hats to home decor and more, the Red Otter is our new favorite shop! They have all sorts of brands for men and women, like Southern Tide. We bought two pairs of the On Cloud shoes, a fabulous nautical belt by Southern Tide, and a candle by South that smells divine! Not only did we have fun, but the ladies in the shop were so friendly and warm that we probably spent 45 minutes in there having a great time socializing. I've already got my eye on another belt, another pair of shoes, a T-shirt, two Oxfords, and a coffee tray! We simply cannot wait to return. Indubitably 5 stars!

Although I am sure that during busy seasons everyone can turn a bit piggy when it comes to putting things back from where they originally got them, it's nice for a moment to feel a bit more relaxed during the shopping process. During this visit I was finally able to find a tiny bath mat which had eluded me during my other visits to TJX competitor's. You would think finding a tiny gray bath mat would not be hard, but it's been like finding Waldo. G found some basketball shorts and some "housepants" whatever that means. Now days everyone wears everything out so what's the difference? MY BFF has a dog so I bought a dog biscuit jar so Coco can have her treat jar when she comes over and then I scored a cool backpack marked down to $20. I also met a lovely employee by the name of Woa who was super helpful with getting me a price on the dog biscuit jar. I told Woa that I took the jar from the display but that there was no price on it. He took the jar to the front and was able to get the jar priced for me and held the jar for me at the register. G also ran into Wao on the sales floor and Wao also asked G if he needed any help finding anything. During check out we met Nannette, who was also very nice. We asked her to pass along info to the store manager about how helpful Wao was during our shopping experience. So this was a definitely a 5 star shopping event.

But the amount of disrespect I have encountered recently has really put me off from shopping here. While the shopping experience is usually good with short wait times in the checkout line and friendly staff. Recently I have encountered one of the most hounding and uncaring staff member. This employee was constantly giving attitude to not just me but other customers as well in the fitting room, and would constantly turn her nose up at everyone that came through. Not only that but she constantly was plugging her "witchcraft and demonic" items to not only her fellow employees but to customers as well. Usually this wouldn't bother me but the constant hounding got bothersome quickly and really pissed me off. I'm pretty sure most businesses do not allow soliciting on their grounds and hope this gets solved quickly.

I did not receive the jacket, the tracking number does not make any route or process.. I called customer service today, and Patricia informed me that she has no idea why I didn't receive it and they are going to call another company, she doesn't know when I will receive it. Yesterday I sent a message that no one answered and evidently Bealls does not care about my loyalty as a customer, nor my membership. My husband received his incomplete gift and the lack of follow-up from Bealls is very frustrating, they have very bad customers services, they didn't cared or apologized to me, I asked them to send me an email as a record, since they collected the money, Patricia dind't do it. These experiences confirm to me once again why Amazon is so successful, they have an outstanding service and they take responsibility for what they sell and how they respond to a request, since we can all have errors and losses, the difference is how we respond to that situation. . Bealls will not be an option the next time I shop. I highly recommend do not use them.
