Worst dealership around, if i could give this place negative stars I would. They are…read moredisrespectful, lie, and mislead you just so they can make a sale. I will not list all mechanical issues i have had since day one, but will list the most troublesome issues with this dealership. On May 10th of 2025, I went in to look at a Chevy Colorado. After the trade in i was offered, i decided to go with purchasing the truck. The main thing i said when filing the paperwork, was that i needed a warranty that i could use at other dealerships due to the fact i would be living out of state for a few months for work. Was told the warranty was one i could go anywhere. After covering it, i was handed a paper and told it was a "summary" of what we covered and i needed to sign it. I will get into this later. After multiple issues with the truck since day one, i ended up having a coolant leak with the truck over heating. I took it in to get checked out. I was told by the Service Manager, that it was "normal" for a temp gauge to fluctuate and that i had no leaks. I said it was not fluctuating, it tapped out at 260 clear in the red. He still said that it was normal, and i had no leaks. A few days later, i was broke down on the side of the road with coolant spraying out the back of the engine. I called the next morning to speak with the service manager about towing my vehicle to them at their cost, and his response to me was, "Well i disagree, you did not know it was leaking either." Apparently brining it to them when it was low and overheating, was not an indication that i was aware it had a leak. the next six to seven months i rarely drove the truck due to the job i was doing. This past June, i took the truck in for another leak, this time a transmission coolant line. They "Fixed" the line and sent me home. The next day, the line blew out spilling all transmission fluid out over the engine, and i was broke down on the side of the road, and offered no help to get a tow or a loaner due to it being Saturday and service department not in. I got towed myself to them, and a few days later, they "Fixed" the line again. That night on the way home, same line blew out, same situation. It was towed to them yet again, this time on their dime, and fixed. The next few weeks the truck was not running right, sluggish, no power at all. I filed a complait with the Attorney Genreal this time due to them not able to fix it and not wanting to return. I ended up broke down again. I tried to call the General Manager who had told me the last time i was in after the line blew the second time that i could call her at any time of the day, and she would not return my calls. After taking it to another dealership, come to find out the truck had been stuck in 4 wheel drive, and after some research i found that can indirectly cause transmission lines to blow. I had to pay for the repairs myself because the warranty denied the claim due to the warranty stating that it had to go back to Loudon if i lived within 40 miles. Ther "summary" paper i was handed, yea, that was not it. It was the contract that stated at the bottom i had to bring it back to them, and was never told that. Now, the only thing they are willing to do is refund me a prorated portion of my warranty. Much more to what I have ended up dealing with, but this is the main issues. Do not go to them. They are a horrible dealership, with a service department that cant make repairs, and sell you a warranty making you have to return to them when they cant fix the issues to begin with.

Dropped the car off told them the problems and mentioned, when braking, the car pulled a little to the left. Later they called with a diagnostic fee which seemed a little high but wanted it fixed. Someone called back the next day told me they had changed the oil and recharged the air conditioning and found leaks at both Schrader valves which they replaced (part of the diagnostic fee I imagine) and I needed $2000 worth of brake work, (front pads and rotors, rear shoes and drums, front calipers, BG brake system service). My response was, "that is a third of what the car was worth, put it back together and the car will be picked up. A total of $2875.81 of work and parts were declined by me. " Just to be on the safe side, two weeks later the same vehicle was taken to another auto repair shop to have the brakes checked, their receipt says "Inspect brakes, approximately 50% -OK". The brakes are working fine. There is probably a large gap as to what is needed for vehicle repairs and what the manufacturers suggests and how much money you have.

I have taken my cars to Fred for over 20 years. I drove my 2006 Elantra to 304,000 miles, mainly because Fred maintained it for most of its life. My 2023 Elantra has 50k on it and was recently serviced by Fred. I had a fuel induction/injector cleaning service (I think that is what it is called lol) and the car is running as good as the day it was brand new. I highly recommend Fred and his crew. They are amazing and their prices are fantastic.

I feel like this auto mechanic, M&N Auto Marine, or Klimko, damages parts so the customer has to…read morebring the car back to them and they can make more money. Either that or they prey on women! One month into having the car the engine light goes on. That cost me 137.06, I BOUGHT THIS CAR FROM THIS COMPANY! Then one month ago I took my car in for a battery change, I find out my battery was 9 years old. Oh, have I mentioned that I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THIS COMPANY?! Well, I did, so I feel like this company should have put in a NEW battery since it was old to begin with, and check out the car so it wouldn't have to be taken in immediately. The car was also shaking, but I didn't know what was making it do that. I did open the hood and saw a belt was loose. So, this mechanic shop puts on a new serpentine belt, and this costs me 275.86 on 3/6/14. Then I take it in on, 4/16/14 because there's a new noise, so I take it to them again. I then get a call to come get my car after a day this man tells me "I don't know how much your bill is be. We will call you about it next week." NO ONE CALLS TO TELL ME HOW MUCH THE BILL IS! M-N TAKES THEIR SWEET TIME CALLING ME ABOUT MY BILL THEN MAKE ME FEEL LIKE IT'S MY FAULT! The man tells me my bill is 428.68 for a stripped harmonic balancer which Bill states "I have never seen one stripped before" I wonder why? MAYBE THIS MECHANIC COMPANY STRIPPED IT?! WHY DIDN'T THEY FIND IT LAST MONTH? . I go to M-N and tell them I already paid for the serpentine belt! So, the man I talked to ,Bill, says to me after I say I already paid for the serpentine belt, I shouldn't have to pay for it again. I also ask him why this mechanic shop didn't see this 2 weeks ago? Bill , says to me "I took the serpentine belt off, which I had every right to make you pay for it". So, not only does this company FAIL to check the car fully and only rely on info the customer says they are also RUDE! I don't think I should have to pay 2 times for a belt that should have been fixed THE FIRST TIME I TOOK IT IN!? I'm sorry this company made me write a negative review on yelp, but I bought both my cars from this company, BOTH cars had things wrong with them AS SOON AS I GOT THEM. Then the people who work there are rude! What else can I do when I feel ripped off? Tom, the owner is a nice man, I have nothing but nice things to say about him. It's the people who work for him I take issue with. I also feel like the mechanics damage my car so I have to bring it in again. Don't you think it's suspect having to being the car in with in 2 months? I DO! DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS PLACE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR CAR! I wonder what's lose now so I'll have to take the car in again?!
