It took 25 minutes to get a Thai iced tea. 6 employees in the store but only one working on drinks. Some of the options like the ice cream are very time consuming so it sets everything else back. The tea and boba itself were very good but just an unrealistic time to wait for a drink. read more

The owner was very knowledgeable and nice, and he answered my questions patiently. Being from Taiwan, I'm very particular with my boba tea, and I'm skeptical at best. I was pleasantly surprised. I was told their Thai Tea is home brewed with tea leaves, and their coffee was cold brew with Vietnamese coffee. Didn't get to try either today, but would be back to try them. Only disappointment is the Mi Amor (green tea, rose, passion fruit) has too little passion fruit flavor, and mom was so-so about their taro milk tea. But overall not a bad place. read more

I have been 3 times now and each time I am told that they are making the boba and it will be a 25-30 minute wait. I do like the other drinks I have chosen and the staff is very friendly. Excited about a bubble tea place next to my work. I decided to check it out for a morning drink. After driving there and waiting for them to open, their Thai Milk Tea wasn't ready, ok no big deal. The slushes are watered down and barely give any boba. The place is cramped and not decorated at all besides some polaroids so isn't very welcoming or fun to sit down at. Stopped by around noon to order some boba drinks, but was disappointed to find out their boba's were not yet ready! Instead, ordered a Thai Tea Ice Cream and that itself was good. It does take a little while for them to make the ice cream, but that wasn't an issue. Just wished they had indoor seating instead of outside. The Boba Tea is amazing and the Ice Cream is outstanding! it is a great place to celebrate after a game or spend time with friends and family. They create the ice cream in front of you by rolling the ingredients on a frozen surface. Only fresh ingredients and everyone is hand made. Takes a little time but worth it. read more

Tried the Thai Iced tea here at Koi Tea with original bobas, and it was amazing! The taste, the sweetness, the freshness, and it helps that they have the sweetness levels of low-mild-and sweet. The kids will love their ice cream, the toppings you choose are mixed together on a freezing plate, rolled and then placed into a cup. Great drinks/ice cream, great atmosphere and a wonderful place to take your kids to! read more

This is only my second time trying rolled icecream, I saw a place had opened nearby (I'm in Fredericksburg) and made the drive up with the whole family. Once getting there I was a little put off by the lack of options/customizations for the icecream, but I was still excited to try it out. There were two small families ahead of us so I figured there'd be a small wait, but I would not have expected it to be almost an hour from paying to receiving the icecream. There was only one person working on the rolled icecream and it was taking forever, I thought they'd never get to us. Was it delicious? Definitely. Was it worth the wait? Kind of yes, because my only other option would be an even farther drive out of the area. I'll definitely try this place again, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they were short staffed that night and were doing the best they could. But I wouldn't want to wait that long again. read more
