I was passing through the area and decided to give this place a try. First of all, the service was great! Second, I love the ambiance! The dining area had a lot of space and was very clean. Last, the grill pork banh Mi was awesome but I do wish it was bigger. Overall it was a great experience!!!!

    B2...comes with jalapeños!

Took my husband to lunch! The place is bright and clean! The food was delicious! The service was fast, and friendly...love coming here!!

Had a pleasant first experience at Paris Banh Mi earlier today! My family ordered an assortment of food--we enjoyed the banh mi (B1 and B2), pho (PN1), barbecue pork buns, and bubble tea drinks (D3, S10, V2, M1). The establishment was very clean and the employees were kind and helpful. The banh mi I ordered was delicious and I would definitely order it again, if I lived closer lol. While there were individual packets for the hoisin sauce and sriracha, I think it would be nice if the restaurant offered some full size bottles for the these condiments, more napkins, and a water station for guests. Overall, Paris Banh Mi was a great lunch spot and I'd like to come again!

Ambiance was cute. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Service was friendly. Banh mi was good and large. Fries were meh. Will return

Overall I would come back. The banh mi was great they gave a good amount of meet and veggies. The bread was a bit crunchy than I would personally like it to be.

    B2 love love thus sandwich.

This place is so good I want to gate-keep it, but I won't. Since it's a chain, I initially didn't go in with high expectations, but was very pleasantly surprised! Absolutely phenomenal prices, cute interior, fast and friendly service, and clean space! While living in Fredericksburg, I came here at least once a week! After trying most of their menu, here are my recommendations: 1) get the banh mi! It's so full of flavor, delicious pickled veggies, packed with meats and absolutely huge for the price! One sandwich would easily last me two full meals! (my favs are the grilled pork and the pate jambon) 2) the pho was okay. Compared to family-owned Vietnamese restaurants, it lacked flavor and authenticity, but still a good option if you're craving soup (the portion is massive) 3) the croissant sandwiches are yummy and a cool twist on the og banh mis, so definitely worth a try, but I will say they're smaller than the banh mi, so for the value I'd go with the banh mi! 4) bubble tea is overpriced imo, but still very delicious! They also have cool flavors that you won't find in other bubble tea shops, so definitely worth a try. (The Vietnamese iced coffee is STRONG here) 5) Korean corn dogs: way too expensive for the size, but delicious, and considering no other place around sells these, it's worth a try! Overall I miss living close to this place and would move back to Fredericksburg just to have access to it. If this isn't convincing you to go and try Paris Banh Mi right this second, I don't know what will

You got me at Paris! I ordered B2. Grilled pork banh mi and it is delicious! The baguette is crispy and the pork is perfectly seasoned, with pickled veggies, wahlaa! The peach green tea is yummy! Do ask for peach fruit added and you won't regret it. They also sell pho here, which I'm surprised. The NJ location does not have pho. Overall, good eats and drinks. I will come back again when I'm in the area.

We stumbled upon this location after making a wrong turn and it was lunch time. We actually have a location in South Jersey and found a surprised this one was even here. Its located right next to the Wawa with plenty of parking. We ordered a grilled pork banh mi sandwich which tasted similar to the one in NJ and ordered two drinks. One was the artichoke drink and peach iced tea with actual peach fruit toppings. Both drinks tasted great and was what I expected. The sandwiches were nicely flavored pork with crispy baguette bread. They also sell some bakery items and dried jerky too. They have numerous tables where you can sit down and enjoy your food. We didn't have to wait long for our food to come either. Overall, great food and service at this location. If you are in the mood for some basic Vietnamese food then give them a try.

Always love stopping by here for fresh bánh mì on our way home. The restaurant is conveniently 1-2 minutes off the highway so it's a quick in and out stop for us. Their pate is the best we found among all the banh mi places around.

First time stopping by, and I'm so glad I did! We ordered some milk teas, a pork banh mi, some Vietnamese snacks, and some pastries- omg! Everything was a smash hit. And the counter was super friendly and fast, and even though it's "fast food-ish" the decor is cute and everything is clean. They have assorted fresh baked goodies for sale, including macarons, and it was all drool worthy. I cannot wait to go back!

Stopped in this very clean eatery there's ample parking, a bonus. Ordered bánh mì dǎc biêt and peach slushy. While the slushy was eh, the sandwich was perfectly made, no skimping on fresh and crispy French bread, meats, cilantro, etc. would definitely come back to the other traditional sandwiches.

Honestly I was shock that there's a Banh Mi place in Fredericksburg. What's more shocking is that it's actually pretty good. The baguette was fresh and it has plenty of meats with all the Vietnamese pickle daikon and carrot. It's truly authentic. I got B1 since I liked classic but my friends got B2 and say it's also very good. The service was fast and the place is very clean and casual. I'd definitely comeback again when I'm in the area.

It means Chinese rather than American Chinese, but it also means accessible to people who shop in strip malls in Virginia. While some of the newer Peter Chang restaurants have clearer vegetarian labeling, this one leaves you guessing a bit. It also doesn't list drinks, which is strange when you get asked what you want to drink. I eventually ended up with an interesting combination. I could have gone more basic, but I decided some spicy tofu skins for an appetizer would allow me to order a vegetable entree, which I don't usually do. I assume that a dish of stir-fried cabbage is meant to be ordered by a large group and shared. Both items were tasty, with my cabbage being freshly prepared with a hint of spice and cooked just enough, while my tofu skins had a hint of numbing sensation and a strong flavor hit underlying it. The menu isn't quite as broad as I would like from a veggie perspective, but in an area not overflowing with options, I got a satisfying meal.

From the start, the curb appeal made a great first impression. Inside, the space felt cozy and intimate, perfect for a relaxed dinner. We were seated right away and handed menus. Their drink list offers a nice variety of sake and cocktails, but we opted for water and freshly brewed black sweet tea. As someone who's picky about iced tea, I was impressed -- it was flavorful, lightly sweetened, and perfectly balanced. My boyfriend started with the miso soup, which had an incredible, savory depth of flavor. For our main dishes, we ordered a Hawai roll along with two Pad Thais -- one with chicken and one with tofu. The Hawai roll was easily one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had. The tempura shrimp was cooked to perfection, and the combination of coconut flakes, mango, and coconut cream sauce made it both unique and delicious. The Pad Thai dishes were also great, though they had a bit more spice than I'm used to -- not overwhelming, but definitely noticeable. Overall, we were really impressed with Miso. The food, atmosphere, and service all hit the mark, and we'll absolutely be back!

It was decent, sauce was on the side so that helped a lot from being super soggy. This was probably the only decent thing at a reasonable price. Hunan style combination was salty, the walnut shrimp was soggy as well, I guess i could have reheated this up as well since it was fried in batter. Shrimp was big and plumpy, there was no sauce that came with it on the side, only this yumyum sauce. Not sure if it was for that, if it was, very meh since the sauce is salty and not sweet. My favorite thing to get at other asian places is the Gway Tiow aka Chow Fun, but it was super soggy. The noodles were over cooked, it was also a tad salty, the lo mein was salty too, and the pad thai was meh, noodles were over cooked. I picked it up and the noodles would fall off the chopsticks and tasted mushy. It didn't have much flavor to it anyways. Kinda disappointing since of all the high ratings and the pics look tasty.
