A wonderful cafe located inside of a strip mall right off I-95 that serves some delicious Bahn Mi sandwiches. Their Bulgogi beef and pork Bahn Mi sandwiches were delicious and I would highly recommend them. They do have lots of milk bubble tea options. It was definitely on the sweeter side, so take note of ordering one of their sweeter drinks, one should ask for a sugar reduction. The staff are incredibly kind, the cafe is clean, and there is plenty of parking.

Oreo shake, chicken pesto sub, taro milk tea, banh mi sub.

Just stumbled on this place. Not sure how long it's been open. The food is so fresh I had the chicken pesto sub and the Oreo shake. It was so incredibly good. You can tell the food is fresh because the taste of the vegetables were very juicy. The service is great, I was greeted with a smile. The ambience is clean, there are televisions playing K-pop videos. The bathrooms are clean. Definitely going to be my go to spot!

Staff is very nice and friendly! The Banh Mi sandwich was delicious, and Thai tea was also very tasty!

I will definitely be back to try other items on their menu. My beef Banh Mi and Thai tea was delicious. Staff is very friendly!

Cute little cafe in a small strip mall in front of a large chain store. We were on a road trip back home after a holiday with family and needed something that was healthier than fast food but was fast and something we could eat in the car. This little gem fit the bill. We had the beef and the pork bulgogi bahn mi sammies and we'e not disappointed. Very economical for a generous but not huge sandwich that had fresh veggies and good flavor. Staff was super friendly and the meal was ready for take out in short order. Would definitely try this place again on our way through. Bathrooms were clean too!

Oh this place hit the spot! Tried the Banh mi sandwich for the first time - I had chicken and husband had pork, and we both loved it! I loved the flavors so much that I had to look up how to make it online!! Got their infusion bubble tea - FRESH!!!!! Not like the other bubble teas with sugar and not so fresh brews. Impressed! And trust me I don't get impressed easily. And it's cute hangout spot.

Multiple trip on a business trip. Service: 4.5 Food: 4 Stars Cold drinks: 5 Stars Hot Drinks: 3.5 Stars Atmosphere: 4 Stars The sandwiches were a hit and the drinks are a favorite of my friends and their kids. They will drive 20 minutes out of their way to get them. I had the chai and a Banh Mi Sandwich, both were good and I did go back for more. Try them out.

    Strawberry matcha

I've been here a few times to get my usual strawberry matcha and I haven't had a bad experience yet. The service is always good and my drink is consistently made the same way. Would definitely recommend if you like quality drinks and good customer service

I'm girl who loves bubble tea and great banh mi sandwiches. Unfortunately I did not have time to grab a banh mi to go due to classes. So this is first time I have been to the Merge cafe second location located next to the Walmart. I have been to the one on Quantico Marine Corps Base in Q-town. This location is located in a small shopping plaza in a corner. It has limited parking spots in this location. Let's talk about the cafe, it's small but cute inside. The cafe offers various sandwiches and bubble tea. So I was craving a bubble milk tea today, so I decided to make a trip to the merge cafe. I ordered the black milk tea with extra tapioca pearls. I was disappointed today, the black milk tea was abit too sweet to my liking and the tapioca pearls texture were really hard to chew. I might give this place another try, I think the Quantico Merge Cafe is better tho to be honest. Maybe I came in on a off day!

Stopped in to try a bulgogi sub and some boba teas. I ordered the Black Milk tea - which came with boba toppings. My partner ordered an ice chai latte. We split the bulgogi sub. We really like the ambiance of the place. It is very tranquil and a cute cafe to do dates, meetings, interviews, etc. The sub was very light, airy and a good snack. It tasted fresh - but it wasn't filling, mostly the bread. The Milk Black Tea was overly sweet - even with half sweetness. The Chai tea was the same way. I really like that a boba tea and korean cafe has made it's way to Stafford. I think they just need to work on the flavoring more for the teas. I'll probably swing back in when I'm down there for work in a few months to see if the flavors have improved. Overall - it's an OK place if you are looking for a new cafe to try. The food was fresh and light!

    Smoked Ham Classic Sub Sandwich

Decided to stop in here on a whim. It's a great little Vietnamese cafe but the menu has limited options. The atmosphere is cute and trendy. My partner and I ordered the banana boba tea and chai boba tea which were both delicious. We also ordered the bulgogi beef banh mi and the smoked ham classic sub. The bulgogi beef banh mi was very flavorful and moist. The ham sub was good as well but seemed to be lacking flavor. The bread was the highlight of both sandwiches. It was crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. The service was great and we only waited about 5 minutes for our food to be ready. The price for 2 sandwiches and 2 boba tea was $30. A little expensive but you get high quality food. If you're looking for a great cozy spot for some delicious boba tea and banh mi sandwiches I would definitely recommend going here.

Banh Mi Sandwich so good. I order it without the jalapeños and with extra other stuff, like everything else but NO mayo.
    Yaz T.

I order this sandwich without the jalapeños. The bread is so fresh. The ingredients are right on. Oh and absolutely no mayo.

Updated prices. Not what it says online. Inflation is real!
    Blanca C.

Their prices are not correct online. Thought I had plenty of money with $30 to buy two sandwiches ($7.50x2=$15)and two drinks ($4x2=$8) but the price came out a bit higher than expected from their incorrect prices. I expected to pay $23, but it came out to $32. Make sure you don't expect their online pricing. All the receptionist said was sorry. Didn't really care that they didn't have accurate pricing online. The cook said they were still updating pricing online. Nice folks though.

Sunset To Midnight (Large) - Mango, Peach, Green Tea, Butterfly Flower Tea, Strawberry Coconut Jelly

It still surprises me a boba place exists in Stafford now and it's actually pretty good. I would've loved to have this type of place here growing up, so happy Asian food spots are appearing little by little here. I originally came here for some horchata boba. I saw they had butterfly flower tea options which are new here and since I periodically prepare butterfly flower tea myself, I was curious. I got thr Sunset to Midnight this time. My drink was prepared pretty quickly and the employee handed it carefully and kindly with a straw too, so I didn't have to grab one. The syrup comes off a little strong. That said, it still complements the mango and peach which are there in roughly equal portions; I did have to focus on on those flavors more but they're very much there. My immediate thought was that fresh mango would cut through the sweetness of the tea (and would probably mean less syrup) but buying fresh mangos in bulk is not cheap, especially if you have to consider profitability and people's often-limited knowledge of Asian flavors. The flavor-texture combo from the jelly offsets the flavors in the tea in such a way tapioca balls don't and overall add to the refreshing if overly sugary taste. But who gets boba if they don't at least want some sweetness? Perfectly refreshing for summer weather and summer is my favorite time of the year (weather-wise). Honestly, the only bad things are the limited parking and getting out (and sometimes into) the parking lot. If I'm back in the area, I'll get the Mood Cloud next if it's still on the menu.

Had the sand which and it was EXTREMELY TASTY!! It cost $10 and it was a little small. I think $8-$9 would be a better price.

Quality-wise, this is Hmart food court energy -- which is a compliment. The jajangmyun and soondubu are both dependable standbys, though you'll pay a couple bucks more here than you would at Hmart for the privilege. Where things get spicy (not the good kind) is when you start comparing prices to actual sit-down Korean restaurants: $19 for kimchi pajeon and $31 for LA galbi is the kind of pricing that makes you double-check you're still in a food court and not an actual BBQ joint with table service and a grill built into your table. That said -- the owners are genuinely friendly, service is fast, and portions come stacked with the right supporting cast: miso soup, pickled veggies, kimchi, all present and accounted for. No corner-cutting on the banchan front. Is it the cheapest Korean food in Northern Virginia? No. Is it convenient if you're already at Global Foods and craving Korean comfort food? Absolutely. There's not much else competing for this niche in the area, so it fills a real gap -- just go in knowing you're paying food-court-plus-tax-and-then-some prices for some items. Pro tip: they're closed Tuesdays, so don't make the pilgrimage only to stare at a locked gate.
