I would only order from Kokee Tea if I'm desperate for some kind of drink while I'm at the mall. Otherwise, there's better milk tea or fruit tea places in nearby areas. For one, a lot of their drinks are super sweet. Even their regular milk tea tastes more sweeter than other places, so if sweetness is what you like, this is the place for you. Their drinks are a bit on the watery side, personally not my cup of tea. The "tea" isn't strong either, and due to the super sweetness, it's more like drinking sugar than anything else. While it isn't the worst milk tea place I've ever been to, nothing about Kokee Tea stands out. Average service, I'm thankful to have not gotten my orders wrong here. Keep in mind there isn't a seating area so if you're ordering here, you'll have to bring it to the food court or walk around the mall with your drink. read more

I had a good experience here and was happy to see a boba option in the Grand Prairie Outlet Mall. I ordered the honey milk tea, service was quick, and the tea and pearls are good! I did order a "safe" drink though, so I'd be willing to come back and try a different drink. Interior was spacious, but no seating. I had a regular house milk tea and thought it was pretty middling, too watery, too sweet, and not enough tea flavor. The person who made my drink didn't seem to want to be there, or didn't want me to be there. I was so excited for a boba place to open inside the mall. Two of my favorite things: shopping & boba. Ordered the House Milk Tea, Kokee Milk Tea, and Purple Love. House Milk Tea tasted like the milk tea you order at a pho place or from a packet. It left a sour taste. Not good. The Kokee Milk Tea was way too sweet and it lacked the 'tea' taste. I was surprise to see a boba place inside the mall! How convenient! I notice they had mandonadas and teas like he Chinese tea joints vs powdered crappy stuff you usually see. The decor is pretty cute and the size of the joint is like a small Starbucks. The girls that took my order was helpful with our options and flavors. So they have cream tea options and cold brew? I have been to this place twice. The first time was great , service person was very friendly. The macaroons were delicious and most of all very fresh. My husband and I went there today. Okay...the young girl that assisted us made us feel uncomfortable, like she didn't want us there. On top of that the macaroons were old they were HARD. I bought 31.00 dollars worth. Ordered from this place twice. Boba tastes nice and chewy but drinks are overly sweet. I can only taste the syrup! First time I ordered regular 100 sweetness and noticed it was sweeter than most places. I went down to 50% on the second order (no 25% available on ubereats) and it tasted the same as the first time: so sweet I couldn't taste the coffee flavor at all. Brand new bubble tea shop that recently opened in the Parks Mall near the food court. Service 1/5 The lady at the cash register seemed very friendly but her English was super limited and she was struggling to take orders. Additionally, they don't properly know how to ring up customers because she took forever to actually put all the drinks in the system. Ambience 1/5 The place is pretty small, there were no places to really sit so you'll just awkwardly stand in the corner waiting for your drinks. Although the place seems pretty clean and tidy (not sure how long it'll last if the place gets busy). When I think of tea places, I think of hanging out with friends and small talk, this place has no room for that and you'd have to walk to the food court which is usually packed. Taste 2/5 I tried the Mango Passionfruit Tea, Strawberry Virgin Mojito, Kokee Milk Tea, and House Milk Tea. The Mango Passionfruit Tea has NO tea flavor AT ALL. They say their drinks come from pure cane sugar but this drink tasted like pure syrup mixed with water in a cup. The strawberry virgin mojito tastes like strawberry limeade, and I couldn't taste the flavor as the tea as well. Additionally we were told there would be mint leaves in the drink, but I didn't see any. Note: don't try their fruity drinks! The Kokee Milk Tea is earl grey black tea topped with organic cream. This was REALLY good, perfect sweetness level, and the taste of tea was AMAZING. Although, I didn't see and organic cream at the top so that was a miss. The House Milk Tea also has a strong tea flavor so that's a plus, but not as strong as the Kokee milk tea. I wish they had egg/custard pudding or grass jelly! read more

Update: they added boba to our smoothie per our request (we would have paid for it if it were an option lol). My whole families favorite bubble tea place. Extremely yummy, every time. We even got a free Kokee Tea mask! Very good, except their Pina Colada smoothie on DoorDash doesn't have the option to add-on boba. So it comes plain, even though every other drink on the menu has the option. My husband wants the boba, so it's disappointing how delicious the drink is, but it doesn't come with boba. read more

Employees are very nice and makes your drink fast. Also have delicious macaroons. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place for you, but you can always ask for a less sugar. read more

First time trying this tea shop at the mall. It was clean and bright with nice decor. The girl taking our order wasn't very friendly, but whatever.... I order a milk tea with boba but they don't have boba available at the moment so I order coffee jelly. I order the drink at 25 percent sweetness. Holy cow that drink was like sipping straight cane sugar syrup with caffeine. It was like 200 percent sweet level, Diabetes in a cup, lol! I should have checked the drink before I left the store, but honestly I'm pretty sure that girl would have put on a sour face if I complained.....Well, that was a waste of over $6 (cause I tipped).....anyhow, skip this joint and go to tea scoop or share tea down the street. I wish I could give this place zero stars if possible because the customer service was not worth it, plus the drinks were not that great. It's disappointing because my boyfriend and me were excited to try, but the workers were very unwelcoming and rude. First, they got my order wrong and were unfriendly that I didn't ask them to remake it. Second, were very unprofessional and were busy making drinks for themselves while customers were waiting. Third, employees had a really bad attitude and acted fake such as making gestures and remarks. I always go here every time I go shopping at the mall because it's so good and good service. The last time I went with my boyfriend the lady at register was rude. We asked if one of the drinks was sweet and the girl at the register gave a rude reply and another lady also. When I paid she gave an attitude and said to just hit done when I'm finished. Went there this past weekend and the young lady taking orders, the one with the dyed hair, looked super mad or annoyed. She asked "boba" so I said okay strawberry and she pointed to a paper on the counter. Then when we were going to pay, she said something and I didn't quite catch it so I asked "okay you said to press done right?" And she rolled her eyes and did whatever had to be done.
