I've heard great things about OneZo over the years and have always wanted to check it out. I was in the Arlington area and decided it was the perfect time. The parking lot is pretty big. The main appeal of Onezo was the house-made tapioca. I liked the flavor, but texture-wise, it was a bit on the soft side for my taste. Loved that the drinks come in bigger sizes and ordering is super easy with plenty of kiosks. Pricing felt fair too. That said, we ordered several drinks. The drinks with popping boba were too sweet even at 50%, perhaps because of the syrup from the popping boba. I ordered regular sweetness for mine (Tiramisu Oreo Brown Sugar Milk Tea), and I also felt it was too sweet. I'd opt for 50% next time and even lower if I get a drink with popping boba toppings. I also decided to get the Labubu topper trend just for fun, but honestly didn't love it. The texture was very unsettling, although the design itself is pretty accurate. The Labubu completely melted in the car ride home (it comes in a separate plastic box). The Labubu was definitely more of for the novelty factor, so my disappointment doesn't significantly impact my overall review. Lastly, the shop itself is pretty small with limited seating and with no public restroom, this is more of a grab-and-go spot versus a cafe I'd stay a long time in to study/hang out with friends.

Your standard boba place with a cute theme, nice staff, and specialities that they're advertising (Labubus). While I love the concept of a labubu-inspired drink, I feel like there was definitely a better way to do it than a heavy jelly that's individually packaged for consumers to put into their drink only to find out it sinks to the bottom or the head tears off from the body from sheer weight lol. I think the drinks were delicious and the jelly labubus were reminiscent of Asian dofu dessert (which is also good.) There are games you can play, but not a lot of seating. I think there were three tables and a corner seating area so max of 4 parties of no more than 3-4 people essentially. From everyone else's comments, I also think you should be able to buy the jelly labubus individually since they're already individually packed. Overall my friends and I had a good time at Onezo.

Great boba spot with great deals. When we went, they had a buy one get half off deal, which was so worth it! The drinks are decent quality! The milk teas are creamy. The fruit teas are so refreshing (and I love that they warn you when a drink comes especially sweet so you can adjust the sweetness level accordingly. I usually like my drinks at 100% sweetness, and the strawberry lychee tea at 50% was perfect for me. I also love that they have flavored bobas of the day. I tried the watermelon one and it was so good. Usually when places advertise their flavored boba, it's usually the popping boba which I'm not a fan of. But these were actual flavored tapioca balls. And while it's not the biggest inside, they have a good enough amount of tables and a nice selection of board games to play with. They didn't have any tanghulu when I went, but it would be nice to try some next time!

It's a cute boba shop. The services are usually good and fast. I enjoyed the different variety of boba they have. They recently started selling tanghulu (candied fruits on a stick) on the weekend. I enjoyed the strawberry one, but their sugar coating melt a bit fast compared to other tanghulu. They accept student discount on the drinks (not the tanghulu since it's cheap) if you show your ID

We were craving some bubble tea while driving through arlington and did a quick google search of what was nearby. We happened upon Onezo having never heard of it but saw some good reviews. To our surprise, this is our FAVORITE boba we have ever had. I believe its all made in house fresh, and there are unique flavors for the boba! I got a honeydew milk tea WITH honeydew BOBA. OMG IT WAS AMAZING. My husband got some oolong latte with brown sugar boba he also liked. We have since visited the Carrollton location as well, very consistent and its fun to try new flavors! The inside is super cute too.

They have a big selection of drinks and toppings with easy kiosk ordering. Place is clean and modern looking. Their in house bobas are very soft. I'm taking a star down because with the toppings add ons your $6 tea will most likely ended up being $8-9. Also I was told NO public restroom at the place, which was terrible since I just drank a large tea there and we pretty much had to head home to pee before my bladder busted. If you have small children who need to use bathroom frequently this is something to consider.

Taste: 4/5 Service: 3/5 Atmosphere: 3/5 Onezo is a pretty solid choice for boba in the saturation of boba places in Arlington. There is a wide variety of flavors and toppings, and it seems they will add even more items with time to come (Vietnamese coffee for example). I ordered a fruit tea with lychee jelly and it tasted fine, just lacked some sweetness - but you can customize your sweetness level. Introverts rise! They have a kiosk to order and customize your order. It's cool to see that they do photocard events and drinks for anime releases/kpop-concerts. As someone who enjoys those sorts of events, I appreciate that they cater to those kind of things. There isn't any wifi or a bathroom - so not the best place if you're trying to study or hangout for a long period of time. Super cute interior, but only stick around if you want to.

I love that they have different boba flavors that they switch up daily and make in house. I tried the lychee boba which was pretty good. It was very sweet and chewy. I'm excited to try more flavors, though it might be a while till I do since it's more on the pricey side.

This is a super cute boba shop that recently opened up. One thing unique about this business is that they make their boba in house, and they have special boba flavors that rotate. The staff was nice and helped me pick out a great option.

He quoted us 15 minutes but after half an hour, somebody came out and said that something happened and that they are working on the egg waffle for us. They did not say well what's going on. No problem, we were just scrolling on our phones and just chilling but after 45 minutes, we thought that this was very unusual and went up to the counter to see what was going on. Basically, their freezer exploded, and all the ice cream was melting. So, I don't understand why they would not tell us the truth and say that they could not give us the ice cream and refund us or at least tell us the truth. I don't know what their endgame was or if they were just very young and so nervous that they could not tell us when we are pretty chill. But, there's no solution for something like this for a catastrophic machine issue. There's no way to fix this Icecream problem since all the ice cream melted, but they decided not to tell us anything at all in hopes that what? We would forget call? That the machine will spontaneously work again and refreeze the ice cream within a specific amount of time so they could scoop the ice cream again and give us a waffle? I was just baffled because it's been almost an hour for us to get a simple waffle with a scoop of ice cream. In the end, the workers had to get the manager because they were unable to figure out some kind of solution amongst themselves for a simple problem. I figure this is because they were all young or management likes to micromanage everything, and they were afraid to make an executive decision themselves. They offered us the melted ice cream so we could dip our waffle in though lol. At the end, the solution was that we got a plain egg waffle without any of the fruits in it and no ice cream, a strawberry banana smoothie which was actually really freaking good, and a calamari stick that we asked for. Despite the almost hour long wait, the ambience in this place was nice, the kids were nice, even though they were quite nervous, the drinks were good and to be honest, we weren't really caring too much. I hope that next time when there is a catastrophic issue with the machines and things cannot be fixed within a reasonable time that you would tell the customer that they cannot fulfill the order and to offer a refund or some solution within 10 to 15 minutes instead of 45. Still a 4/5 bc that strawberry banana smoothie was bomb, and the machine breaking wasn't anyone's fault.
