I figure this is because they were all young or management likes to micromanage everything, and they were afraid to make an executive decision themselves. At the end, the solution was that we got a plain egg waffle without any of the fruits in it and no ice cream, a strawberry banana smoothie which was actually really freaking good, and a calamari stick that we asked for. Despite the almost hour long wait, the ambience in this place was nice, the kids were nice, even though they were quite nervous, the drinks were good and to be honest, we weren't really caring too much. I hope that next time when there is a catastrophic issue with the machines and things cannot be fixed within a reasonable time that you would tell the customer that they cannot fulfill the order and to offer a refund or some solution within 10 to 15 minutes instead of 45.
