I saw Dr Bernardi for my regular appt and everything went well, within a couple of months I was unable to see my vision was very cloudy called the office and they got me right in. I'm picky when it comes to choosing health providers, and staff is a large part of that decision making. I was lucky. My call to Upper Richmond Optometry revealed a professionalism and friendliness I was looking for. Information received during the phone call plus info on their website convinced me to take a risk and make an appointment. I'm so glad I did! They are great! The exam was thorough and informative. It was obvious the team is interested not only in corrective eye care, but preventative management. Subsequent contact has convinced me I made the right choice for visual care. The staff were all very friendly and seemed very kind to their patients (seemed like mostly seniors). But when my mom's glasses couldn't be ready before I had to leave and fly home (I was planning on picking them up), the man we were dealing with went above and beyond and delivered them to my mom's nearby apartment. The team there really seem to care and their service was really appreciated.

Pick up nightmare ahead....i had paid for 2 pairs (one sunglasses and one daily, which u may add were around the border or north of $1000) when i went to pick up my new Rx surprise to me that what Mike recommended as my sunglasses ACTUALLY had lenses for daily use and my daily use frames were sunglasses!!! So here I sit waiting again for glasses that are a significant increase in Rx (can barely see out of my current Rx). I thought by purchasing my glasses from the opticians office I would get better quality and service, NOT the case! All I got was "oh my mistake"! If you want a good optometrist highly recommend Gregory's optical on Dundas with Dr Youseff! As for actual glasses, go somewhere else! Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Throughout the appointment, Dr. Pushka was rude, curt, impatient, and lacked the compassion and professionalism that I would expect when caring for an elderly patient with cognitive impairment. Patients with dementia often need extra patience, reassurance, and clear communication, and we did not feel that this was provided. When my wife and I entered the room to help interpret and support my mother-in-law, Dr. Pushka appeared upset and commented that having more people in the room would create too much body heat which makes her uncomfotable. We found this remark inappropriate and insensitive, particularly given that we were there solely to help an elderly family member understand the assessment. Every healthcare professional can have a busy day, but kindness, patience, and respect are especially important when caring for vulnerable patients. Unfortunately, this visit fell well short of those expectations.

This is a review for London, Canada: Had constant problems with these junk plastic lens glasses...2…read morepairs now. They have to be cleaned several times a day as everything sticks to them. On my first pair, they claimed i was wearing them too close to my face, so they adjusted them out. No improvement. They next claimed I was using wrong cleaner and must have damaged the coating. Since i wasn't always using their cleaner, I took their word for it. When i scratched the lens, i went in for an auto tinting lens relacement, being careful to only use their cleaner. They were just as bad for cleaning and the tint malfunctions all the time. It stays dark when i enter my house from bright outdoors. i have to be inside for many minutes before they go bright again. When I complain, I get this "our lenses are best in class" nonsense. When I was waiting to get my new lenses i reverted back to an old pair of real glass lenses and had no cleaning issues at all. Never going back to this place again.Their product is junk. Nice people though.

I have found Almost all of the Volunteers are super sweet people, And the store is pretty clean and has a lot of space. The change room is pretty clean aswell, but it is a bit small. Everything is fairly organized and labeled by something. All of the clothes are in order by size and books and movies are mostly in the proper genres. The categories might be split up in different parts of the store though. 5 out of 5 for the most part!
