Moving sucks. But the worst part is finding good health care services. Especially if you don't have a network to give you word-of-mouth referrals. So, you can do like I did and scour the internet. Sometimes the person answering the phone tips you off as to whether you would be a good fit with that service provider. I'm picky when it comes to choosing health providers, and staff is a large part of that decision making. I was lucky. My call to Upper Richmond Optometry revealed a professionalism and friendliness I was looking for. Information received during the phone call plus info on their website convinced me to take a risk and make an appointment. I'm so glad I did! They are great! The exam was thorough and informative. It was obvious the team is interested not only in corrective eye care, but preventative management. Subsequent contact has convinced me I made the right choice for visual care.
