We were told by the other companies it was 5k sqft and one said 5800sqft... In reality it was 3900sqft ! Chris was also the only one who quoted the job including adding and tilling new top soil. All the other companies wanted to charge more for that on top of being dishonest about the size of the job. After we signed with Chris to do the sod job he kept in constant contact regarding weather delays and any issues that arose (not his fault, our yard was very very muddy and it kept raining making it worse) so we never felt like he forgot about us, we weren't a priority or that he took off with our deposit etc.. We were so impressed with his communication that we actually starter adding to our job and he created a nice stone edging for us to separate the pinestraw from the grass, made a 8x8 gravel raised garden bed area for my wife and re did all of the mulch beds at our house as well. He is honest, always on time, very responsive to questions or concerns and his pricing is very very reasonable. Honestly I could go on and on about how great he was but just do yourself a favor and call him yourself and have him do your work... you will not be disappointed.

Ridiculous beyond imagination. Previously, we paid $9,000 for 46 $39 Thujas and two $65 Magnolias. That's about $6,000 in labor. Remember, if the labor cost exceeds the plant cost, it is against every single landscaping model (even RS Means) and you're getting ripped a new one. We needed a very large crane that other tree companies could not supply. Two days later Derwin showed up with a super large crane and a swat team of the best "tree guys" I have ever seen.
