I live in Austin where there are plenty of great Asian restaurants, but I always stop at Paris Bangkok when I'm in Fayetteville because honestly it's the best I've ever had. Truly amazing cuisine. The nice lady that runs the food truck always has a smile on her face any time of day, knows your name and your typical order, and she's done that ever since I started going there. The food always comes hot and fresh, and you never have to wait more than 15 minutes, even when there is a line. I could not recommend this place more, a must for anybody that appreciates good food. This is my second time coming and I will be back every time I come to visit my children here on the campus. The noise pollution is out of control. I should be able to sit on my porch or crack my window without hearing "Ordinary" by Alex Warren. I have left several voicemails begging them to make a change, but have yet to be acknowledged in any way. The food might be amazing, I hope it is! But an inconsiderate neighbor will always leave a bad taste in my mouth. I hate posting this, but I don't know how else to get your attention.

We had our two puppies with us and we got to have them with us in the outdoor seating area. But the food. At least the lunch menu was nothing great. The queso was salty and very stringy, so it was a struggle. The chips weren't that great. My boys enjoyed their Huevos Rancheros plate but I got the Chilliquis (sp) and realized it was just more chips with not much toppings at all. And a sauce. Essentially paid $17 for chips and salsa. I did add steak, as did my son and the steak was very good. But spending $130 thinking we would have enjoyed fast food more was a bummer.
