Unfortunately, weeks passed without any follow-up communication. When I contacted the restaurant again, I was informed that only $20 would be refunded. The lack of follow-through and communication was just as disappointing as the food itself. While mistakes can happen, customers should be able to expect accurate orders, quality food ( especially Southern BBQ) come on now! and timely resolution when issues arise.
