Installed an incompatible A/C solenoid on a D/C timer system (we have video footage). Result: The…read moretimer tries to trigger the system to turn on the water... And it doesn't work. Why would a supposedly expert installer put in a nonfunctioning component that renders the system dysfunctional? A D/C timer needs a D/C solenoid and once we installed it everything worked fine. The lawn they installed was full of nut grass we had to chemically eradicate. They explicitly refuse to provide any kind of warranty on their work of any kind after they leave the installation. When I noticed that irrigation was not happening from their system I tried to contact them and they just told me to try to modify the settings on my own, and refused to come out to inspect their own work and see what was wrong. I had to hire another company to come and look at the irrigation setup before I found out it was due to the wrong solenoid defeating the functionality of the entire system.

Requested electrical outlets be replaced throughout, hardware be installed on cabinets, 3 ceiling…read morefans to be replaced with new fans and one can light be retro fitted for a new ceiling fan. We ended up hiring others to complete the job. He insisted on charging more than his detailed quote. He said he'd done work that he had not completed yet. The quality of workmanship was poor, he damaged our cabinets by drilling holes in wrong places. Electrically, he installed GFCI outlets everywhere (even where not needed) which affected the functionality of 3 working switches. His solution to that was to cover those switches with blanks and claim those outlets didn't work properly. Whereas it was due to him installing GFCI outlets. Materials were marked up 35 percent, were more costly (by using GFCI outlets where not needed) and he mixed outlet cover styles requiring us to purchase further covers to make uniform throughout (and install ourselves). We had to hire an electrician to finish the ceiling fan installations, reset the remote pins so they wouldn't interfere with each other, and correct his outlet installation work. He would not honor his quote and insisted on more deposit money before he'd commit to finishing even though he hadn't even done things he said he'd done! Not trustworthy, poor quality, won't own up to mistakes, not recommended.
