We requested a quote for our old home 2 years ago, now u coming for our new home recently and never responded. Okay, well keep it up because you will lose a lot of business this way. Also on instagram they only seem to promote all the "luxury" materialistic items they have like their LV bags, coffee everyday, their exotic cars, okay. My wife heard of Joesph Kona through instagram and she set up an appointment for him to give us a quote. He came over and gave me fair pricing back in 2020 when we bought our home. He wasn't very pushy towards closing a deal. I made a mistake by hiring someone that I knew and it became a nightmare choosing the correct slabs. There's many slabs out there that will stain and look different once installed. Kona introduced us to a very unique stone called NEOLITH PORCELAIN CALACATTA which we ended up choosing for the kitchen. The material was not cheap. He guaranteed that if the slab broke the manufacturer would replace it at no cost because he does a lot of business with them. It doesn't stain and always shines. Joesph also installed a custom sink for my kids restroom and when my designer posted the sink on social media it hit over 2 million views. Every time people come over they love the kitchen stone work. I Highly recommend KONA STONE. They are a small family business and I could only say good things about them. read more

Although Kona Stone advertise a lot on IG and appears they may do good quality work they lack in communication. They are listed as referrals from slab places but when you call the number, they don't answer and voice mail says their number hasn't been set up. How do I get in contact with them???? I had to go down to their fabricator to finally get a hold of someone. They asked for photos of the kitchen to be remodeled. Sent the photos. Never heard back. What....is it because it's too small of a job?? If so , say so! Not reliable. I told the slab places they shouldn't list them if they're so "busy" that they don't answer customers. read more
