He came out for the estimate and immediately demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise--especially compared to other contractors we had met with. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. When he said he could secure the best deal on materials, he absolutely delivered, and he was transparent throughout the entire process. The timeline was just as impressive as the quality. We met for a consultation on Tuesday, received a detailed quote early Wednesday, and after deciding to move forward, Paul came out Thursday to complete the templating. He told us he would confirm the installation date by Monday or Tuesday--and right on schedule, he reached out Monday. By Tuesday, the installation was already completed. This level of efficiency, communication, and execution is rare. Truly 6/5 stars service. Of all the contractors that I reached out to he was the best at taking my calls or getting back to me. He answered all my questions, which were many. My wife and I also had great communication with his father, Mario, whom we felt very comfortable with. We found him to be very personable. This is a family business. They're great people, trustworthy! They strive to meet their customer's expectations. The countertop installation turned out great and the work was completed on time. The experience was very positive from the beginning to the end. My wife and I welcomed this positive outcome since other aspects of our kitchen remodeling project (different contractor) did not go as smoothly. In summary, my wife and I were very pleased with the work done by Legend Stone. We felt we made the right choice. We would hire them again without any hesitation! I am a fair Christian woman whom was only asking Costa and Lina to do the right thing. They've had a successful life and should not hesitate to stand behind their customers. An appointment was quickly made and within two days Costa showed up at my house and gave me an estimate and had all his measurement he needed. We scheduled the install after I paid them a visit at their shop to see how they worked. The two were so amazing to work with and gave me more choices than I thought ever existed. Once the slabs arrived, they met me at the shop and took the time (a lot of time) to figure out the best possible layout for my kitchen to look amazing. I was happy at the fact that they did not rush me despite my many changes. The end result was more beautiful than I imagined. If you want great service, professional fabrication, and an affordable price, then this is the place for you. I am definitely returning here to have two of my bathroom vanities done. I was told Ashley would be calling to schedule my countertop appointment. Instead, I received missed calls from "Joan" someone I was never told to expect so I reasonably assumed the calls were unrelated or spam. For weeks, Home Depot continued telling me Ashley would be calling, so I had no way of knowing that Joan's voicemail was actually important. Then the last Home Depot rep I spoke to said "no it is Joan. that would be calling not Ashley. Joan's the coordinator". I was so upset and finally reached out to Joan and explained the mix-up, she said she would handle it, but I never heard back from her or Ashley. I then called Pacific Stone directly and was met with rudeness and zero understanding of the situation. Again, Ashley was "unavailable." I called Joan back. She said she would have Ashlay call me so I waited again. This was a ton of back-and-forth. at this point, I was just very frustrated and waited and hope that someone would call. A few days later, Ashley finally called, and we scheduled a date. I was very clear: I am not available in the mornings. I can only do afternoons. This was not a preference -- it was a firm boundary. She said she would call the day before as a reminder for my appointment and that was that. She left a voicemail the day before, but I missed it - I already knew about the appointment for the afternoon so I didn't feel need to call her back. Then I find out they showed up in the morning anyway. When I called to ask what happened, instead of owning the mistake, Ashley tried to blame me for missing her reminder call. Missing a voicemail does not give them permission to ignore clear instructions. Now Ashley is telling me that she has to get permission for the afternoon appointment. Are you kidding me? If you needed permission for something like this, you should've gotten permission the first time. Now I'm waiting for a callback. Who knows when that will be... I've now call Joan back and requested to speak with the manager, Alex, and I'm waiting for his call because supposedly he was on the other line with someone else. This experience has been confusing, unorganized, and completely unprofessional. It should not take this long or this much back-and-forth just to schedule final measurements for a small corner countertop piece, especially when we have already paid in full. If this is how the scheduling process goes, I'm honestly worried about the installation quality and timeline. Pacific Stone needs to seriously improve communication, internal coordination, and respect for customers' time.

Pacific Stone Construction installed our countertop we purchased thought Home Depot. We were having…read morecabinets resurfaced and they worked very hard to have the counter purchased, ordered and installed in one week. They were wonderful to work with, and the kitchen looks amazing. My only issue is that I wished I had put the backsplash to the bottom of the cabinet instead of 7 inches in a small 4 sq foot section (definitely my mistake). I called the company to see if they could fix it and they quoted a price at 3 times what it cost per sq foot for the counter. The salesperson said he would see if there was a remenet and talk to the office. I followed up and still never heard back. Not sure if they are as good if you don't work through Home Depot so something to consider.r.
