Pacific Stone just finished installing the quartz countertop for our kitchen on January 11. We love their products, and their professional team work. We highly recommend Pacific Stone. They exceeded our expectation.. We chose Britannica, a natural stone from Cambria. Their talented design team put the stone together (with vein design), making our kitchen looks amazing. Love it! We bought our cabinets from Kraft Maid from Lowe's. Lowe's sent us to Consentino showroom in Anaheim to get our countertop stone. We spent months visiting many other showrooms in Anaheim, Fountain Valley, City of Industry. Finally we decided to go with Cambria. We went to Pacific Stone Design Center in Anaheim for Cambria showroom. As soon as we entered in their showroom, we love everything that we saw. We met with Fred Zia. He was very professional, showing us around, giving us ideas. We went there 4 times, and each time Fred had lots of patient to explain things to us which we are very grateful. Finally we decided to go with Britannica. Fred worked out an estimate. Dec 9, their measurement guy Rolando came to our house to measure. Their talented design team sent us the layout for approval, later they sent us the pattern for approval. They were fast. Just like magic, the countertop was installed at our house in just one day by Raul and Jose.. It was beautiful, awesome, amazing! We love the finished product so much. On top of that, Irlanda, their coordinator had the plumber out to install the faucet, piping, garbage disposal the next day, so we could use our kitchen. We paid Lowe's in full in May 2021. Cabinets delivered on 9/24. Then four replacement doors arrived 11/10. Installer worked on 12/3, 4, &5. Then 2 hours 12/10, 1/17, still not finished yet. It is like day and night work comparing with Pacific Stone. We are so impressed, and happy with Pacific Stone. We had great experience with them all the way through. Those guys are awesome! I'm seriously considering requesting a refund and hiring a different company, because this process has been extremely unprofessional from the start. I was told Ashley would be calling to schedule my countertop appointment. Instead, I received missed calls from "Joan" someone I was never told to expect so I reasonably assumed the calls were unrelated or spam. For weeks, Home Depot continued telling me Ashley would be calling, so I had no way of knowing that Joan's voicemail was actually important. Then the last Home Depot rep I spoke to said "no it is Joan. that would be calling not Ashley. Joan's the coordinator". I was so upset and finally reached out to Joan and explained the mix-up, she said she would handle it, but I never heard back from her or Ashley. I then called Pacific Stone directly and was met with rudeness and zero understanding of the situation. Again, Ashley was "unavailable." I called Joan back. She said she would have Ashlay call me so I waited again. This was a ton of back-and-forth. at this point, I was just very frustrated and waited and hope that someone would call. A few days later, Ashley finally called, and we scheduled a date. I was very clear: I am not available in the mornings. I can only do afternoons. This was not a preference -- it was a firm boundary. She said she would call the day before as a reminder for my appointment and that was that. She left a voicemail the day before, but I missed it - I already knew about the appointment for the afternoon so I didn't feel need to call her back. Then I find out they showed up in the morning anyway. When I called to ask what happened, instead of owning the mistake, Ashley tried to blame me for missing her reminder call. Missing a voicemail does not give them permission to ignore clear instructions. Now Ashley is telling me that she has to get permission for the afternoon appointment. Are you kidding me? If you needed permission for something like this, you should've gotten permission the first time. Now I'm waiting for a callback. Who knows when that will be... I've now call Joan back and requested to speak with the manager, Alex, and I'm waiting for his call because supposedly he was on the other line with someone else. This experience has been confusing, unorganized, and completely unprofessional. It should not take this long or this much back-and-forth just to schedule final measurements for a small corner countertop piece, especially when we have already paid in full. If this is how the scheduling process goes, I'm honestly worried about the installation quality and timeline. Pacific Stone needs to seriously improve communication, internal coordination, and respect for customers' time. read more

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company. We contracted the installation through Costco's services, but the countertop was not installed level. This issue was not brought to our attention until our tile installer, while preparing to install the backsplash, used a large level and discovered the uneven surface. As a result, we incurred an additional $500 in labor and material costs for the extra cuts and corrective work needed to compensate for the improper installation. Despite contacting the company multiple times to address the issue, we never received a resolution or meaningful response. Due to the lack of customer service and the unprofessional installation, we cannot recommend this company based on our experience. read more

Pacific Stone Construction installed our countertop we purchased thought Home Depot. We were having cabinets resurfaced and they worked very hard to have the counter purchased, ordered and installed in one week. They were wonderful to work with, and the kitchen looks amazing. My only issue is that I wished I had put the backsplash to the bottom of the cabinet instead of 7 inches in a small 4 sq foot section (definitely my mistake). I called the company to see if they could fix it and they quoted a price at 3 times what it cost per sq foot for the counter. The salesperson said he would see if there was a remenet and talk to the office. I followed up and still never heard back. Not sure if they are as good if you don't work through Home Depot so something to consider.r. read more

They did our kitchen counter and a basic subway tile backsplash, the backsplash was done so poorly, it was completely removed and re done. It was a nightmare with PSC as well as home depot to get this done, Ashely is terrible to deal with no customer experience skill set, I would stay far away from both these companies if you want a great experience. Neither company apologized for my time or the poorly done job. read more

Home Depot is doing my kitchen renovation and PSC is their countertop vendor. Today was install day for me and everything went incredibly well. The level of professionalism, the quality of work i experienced today is truly exceptional. The entire process from start to finish has been seamless. I had a very challenging design layout using Dekton material. Pacific Stone Construction executed the task beautifully. Phase two is next and they will return to finish up the backsplash. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a stone company. They are contracted through Home Depot and I thought they would be decent. Hired them to do a very small laundry room job that they were totally inept about and refused to do unless I signed a damage waiver. Called myself and my husband liars. When the lady from Home Depot called she even said a lot of people complain about this company and she doesn't know why corporate keeps a contract with them. We went through Home Depot for a quote. We started looking at other companies just to find out that their prices were much higher and their leadtimes were outrageous. From start to finish, this is been the most pleasant experience. Once we signed off on everything, it was ready for install in one week. Unbelievable! The crew showed up on time set up and got busy. The countertops are gorgeous. It took four guys to lift this 30 square-foot island into place very heavy. Everything turned out beautiful and I would recommend Pacific Stone to do your countertops. read more

We had an excellent 5 Star experience using Pacific Stone Construction for the replacement of our old countertops to new quartz countertops through Home Depot. The project was finished yesterday and I am writing to happily report that the whole process went superbly. The new quartz countertops are beautiful. There were a lot of crew members at Pacific Stone Construction that worked together seamlessly. After the contract was signed, someone came out to re-measure the countertops for accuracy. Quickly thereafter, Eric came out to demo the old countertops and old sink and did a careful job removing everything. I believe they came out again for a quick re-measure to again check for accuracy. I was then contacted to schedule the installation of the new countertops and new sink which were put in by Josh who worked diligently to do a professional install of the quartz and sink. The following day Robert the plumber came into re-install the faucet, garbage disposal and air gap to our dishwasher. Brenda, the scheduler, was always calling me with updates throughout the whole process and did her very best to accomodate us for morning appointments and gave us 2 hour windows (calling us approximately 30 min. before they arrived) for all these foregoing appointments. Oh, and though they originally said the entire process could take up to 30 days, they successfully accomplished everything in just over 2 weeks (measure, fabrication and installation) because everyone seemed to work so well from scheduling to each of their professional team members showing up and doing their respective duties. Pacific Stone Design Center, Anaheim, CA, was contracted to fabricate and install a bathroom countertop using a Cambria Berkeley quartz remnant. After services were paid for in full, Jesus informed us that there was sun damage to this remnant. They will not return our payment in full, We have tried to resolve this issue with them and they are unwilling to refund the money paid claiming the contract is still open. The check was cashed on 12 September 2022 before notifying us of the sun damage to the quartz. We desire a complete refund of since their remnant being damaged was not our fault. they are extremely hard to work with. they are not forthcoming and unreasonable. no integrity. read more

I'd say they did a mediocre job. I bought countertops via home depot and Pacific stone was assigned to me. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to get them to measure then about a month to install - much longer than the Home Depot 2 week estimation. The measure went seamless, clean, friendly guy with a laser came in and measured my kitchen. The install was semi disappointing. For a laser measure, there were gaps along the wall 1/2' in some places and the seam along the bottom where they trimmed the cabinets was very sloppy. The install guys were very nice and worked very clean and frankly explained that the backsplash would cover the gaps..... I'm not putting 1/2" thick tiles though... All in all my countertop experience I'd say was crappy. The counters were expensive, took almost 2 months for the process to complete, the stone wasn't what home depot showed me but instead it was the backsplash that was in the picture, not the countertops, the cuts from the shop were sloppy and the person on the phone was an idiot. When i called after six weeks, Irlanda kept saying "no problem - it's no problem". I received an email saying that my product was delivered to the factory and then three weeks later she lied to me to shut me up and said "we are having shipping issues - no problem". I highly recommend Pacific Stone Construction. We have used them for years for kitchen countertops, bathroom vanity countertops, and just recently a kitchen island waterfall. We worked with them directly, not through Home Depot, and they are very easy to work with. The waterfall looks beautiful. Fred and the team have always been helpful and responsive. I'll give you an example. Recently, when the team came to install our waterfall island, we had some issue with the cut of the waterfall sides. They were not to measurement. Without hesitation, the quartz was taken back to the shop and when it was brought back for installation, it was perfect, and we did not have to wait a long time to get it back. We couldn't be happier. Sometimes things happen, but Pacific Stone did not hesitate to make sure they got it right and we were satisfied. We also had a seemless experience when our kitchen countertop which were installed years ago, and just last year our vanity countertops. I would not hesitate to work with Fred and the team at Pacific Stone Construction again. They are our go to company for granite and quartz. read more

zero understanding between what sales is selling and you are getting. the tradesman are kind and skilled but there is NO PLAN and NO PROCESS and the people scheduling the teams are CLUELESS about what actually needs to be done. we had a VERY simple countertop replacement from Home Depot and have had 12 weeks of mistakes, 3 days without running water in our kitchen. they said we needed to have full demo to make countertop template, turns out after 8 weeks of back and forth ZERO demo was required. Team shows up to install countertop and they hadn't scheduled plumber to disconnect sink and faucet because "that should have been done during initial demo" 3 weeks earlier. Can you imagine waiting 3 weeks without a working kitchen sink??? After demo I notified them the walls were damaged during demo and would need patching and smoothing out for the tile backsplash. they refused to patch saying it wasn't part of initial scope. when i said i would pay for it they "ordered a change order" to get someone to patch and smooth but that person was never scheduled. So tile guy showed up and just started laying tile over a bumpy wall. the company was immediately notified by tile guy and us that the wall has not been properly prepped for tiling. THEY STILL ARGUED WITH ME saying it wasn't in the initial scope! They are an awful experience and Home Depot is a fool for recommending them. read more
