10/10 drinks. came here from california on honeymoon with my husband and still dream about their treats daily

The staff here was super friendly! I enjoyed my ice cream quite a lot as well. As I recall, they have Umpqua and Tillamook ice cream mostly. The flavor selection was vast and the temperature was perfect. Perhaps a little overpriced, but it is a tourist city so it's not like anyone really cares lol.

Kids behind the counter were efficient and polite. Ice cream was delicious. Cute decorations.

Got the Oreo cookies and cream cone. A little too sweet for my liking but I normally don't like sweets too much.

Was here during May actually! And the line was huge! Very friendly and fast service. I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews? Cones were made fresh in house. And ice cream scoops were huge! They serve Tillamook ice cream here! Will stop by here for sure if I'm ever back in Skagway. What a Gem!

I enjoy eating home made one of a kind ice cream from different parlors. They offer corporate Dreyer's ice cream here which is fine but I would've preferred home made especially in this cool old town. Hopefully they step up the game and someone starts making 'Made in Skagway' ice cream with odd flavors not found in a store.

Happy with our ice cream in Skagway!

Cute little ice cream shop for your ice cream cravings. The line moved pretty fast even though it was busy. Now for the ice cream it is mostly Dreyers and some tillamook brands. I was kind of disappointed when I looked at the selection because I thought the icecream was going to be homemade. Nevertheless, the ice cream was still good and not expensive and the staff were efficient and friendly. They have homemade fudge also available for purchase and warm candied nuts. I was more tempted to eat the yummy looking fudge but I already had ice cream so I decided not to.

A nice place to stop in for a shake after wandering around town. I would've tried some other items but was interrupted by a state weights and measures inspector who couldn't seem to wait a few minutes.

This place has the best fudge I've ever tasted. I bought a bunch of flavors and all of them were delicious. It's too bad they don't ship

Supposedly a local lady comes in each morning and makes a new loaf of fudge of whatever is needed.

Doing a bit of research as to what foods to try in Skagway, Klondike Doughboy was highly…read morerecommended. After completing the White Pass Yukon train excursion, we headed back into town. Shopped a bit as we made our way to Klondike Doughboy. It was around lunch time so I was surprised but super excited to see there was no line!! I was able to walk right up to the counter, order a doughboy, stepped to the right and was handed my order. Seemed like less than a minute. So although there was no line, i had noticed the staff continued to make the doughboys. I didn't understand it until a few minutes later, sitting across the street, enjoying the fried bread that people were making their way towards the shop and like that, there was a line out the door. We were super lucky. And yet, the line was moving pretty quickly because of the staff's expectations. Because there was no line, I didn't get a chance to shop the store. But it was super cute and they do have souvenirs for sale. They also sold drinks and shave ice, which I found strange for Alaska. But I get it now because Skagway, at 70 degrees is actually very warm if there are no clouds and no wind. I thought it was interesting to see people still drinking a can of Coca Cola with a surgary fried item. And yet, in Hawaii, there's a malasada stand next door to the shave ice truck. I should know better. Staff was super friendly along with the unexpected quick service. Almost forgot, the fried bread is big, like a 12" size pizza. It was just me and my sister and so we split it. I liked it and liken it to a flat malasada from Leonord's bakery in HI. Would be interesting if they made filled fried bread. But if they did, I didn't get a chance to browse the menu because I wanted to get in and out of there. Also, I thought it was fairly priced at $8 because of the size of the fried bread which I equated to four malasadas that sell for $2.25 each. So do I recommend Klondike Doughboy? Absolutely and plan to revisit on a future cruise.
