I'm currently going through the healing process, which Crystal was so great about explaining what to expect in detail. Had she not explained so well, I'm sure I would have been a little worried, the healing process is lame, but knowing what was to come made me fully prepared. The actual process was so simple, no pain at all, and Crystal was just a joy. I loved that she took the time to really craft my brows specifically for me, taking my face shape and size. They have a co ed waiting area for when you're ready for your massage or you have to go to the waiting area in your locker room so your technician can find you. I find it easiest to call and book an appointment over the phone. They're open until 7pm and if you have a service you have in and out privileges all day.

My esthetician, Danielle, was great. And create a lot of information on the products use which I appreciated. My only complaint would be that the walk from the casino to the spa is a long way , but that's just me being binge lazy. I do like the bathing suit dryer and plastic bags provided, but they do lack the little things like qtips, cotton, brushes, glad I usually bring my own anyway. Can't wait to return!
