We were greeted by the same friendly employee when I visited the prior week, and she gave us each a stamp punch card - after so many you get a freebie coffee. FYI they also serve smoothies, not posted yet, and they can make them dairy free! My friend and I shared a Rueben sandwich and chicken salad croissant. Great flavors, but for me the Rueben shined! Lots of flavor. $1 more. My decaf latte with oat milk ($2 extra) and sugar free Belgian cookie syrup was nice. The price for the oat milk was steep, I don't think I've ever paid that much extra. I may skip it next time and go for the caffeine free teas. I ordered a hippie bar and honey glazed pecans to go. I really enjoyed the hippie bar- peanut butter, gluten free oats, chia, seeds, and dried cranberries. Lots of seating inside. There's a conference room- free of charge for ministry meetings and a mic area up front. The owner stopped by our table and greeted us, I just love supporting this local fam owned business. Oh and when we visited the women's restroom... I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful sky ceiling and bird sounds. So soothing and relaxing... I felt like I was transported to a gorgeous serene garden. Big smile on my face!

He got the cream cheese strawberry pastry and pineapple upside down mini cake. I chose a simple chocolate chip cookie and a chocolate croissant. I love how these pastries are not too sweet. I asked the employee to choose one for me. She decided on the strawberry filled pop tart which I probably wouldn't have chosen myself. But i'm sure glad she did! The pastry was flaky and soft, the strawberry filling was not overly sweet. The pop tart was so good overall! I will definitely be coming back on my next cheat day.

I feel as though the treats could've used more time into the flavor and texture than the aesthetics. I'd rather have a better tasting croissant than one with gold sprinkled on it, just not necessary. It also doesn't justify charging $46 for 6 little treats that are not fresh. Outrageous especially when your competitors charge more than half that price for a dozen treats and they taste better. It also wouldn't be so upsetting if prices were posted anywhere in the shop so I should know to taste one first to see if it was worth it. Overall I'd say drive down the street to the next bakery. Unless you like spending a lot on something average. Overall this place does have potential and I'd like to see it improve for a possible future visit. The best thing I tried was the cookie and that's the easiest thing to make.

They will offer you a sample when you come in, and you can either do a tasting or just do some shopping there. These chocolates are elite and are priced accordingly. The owner came out and talked to every table while we were there and provided Us with additional samples. Everything was delicious with amazing flavors. They do have wine you can try here too, but this is an amazing non drinking option when in the area.

However, let's get to the reason we came...chocolate tasting: what gorgeous chocolates, almost too pretty to eat. Dan McCoy, the owner made an appearance & kindly brought us chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered marshmallows, & jalapeno peanut brittle. I failed to snap a pic. We also got to taste their jalapeno peanut brittle & the caramel popcorn. I had their Lambrusco & the hubs paired with Pinot Noir. Highly recommend visiting & everyone in town seems to know & like Dan as well & several of the Main Street establishments sale his chocolates as well but visiting their establishment was a treat!

I knew it was a "first come first serve" type situation so I called to get their hours. They do not have a website (only Facebook). I got a very informative recording about how to order pies and their hours, etc. So, I called back at 11:00 to order pies for my group. The old man who answered the phone was hard of hearing and slightly rude. I think maybe he thought he being funny but he never understood what I was asking him. I asked about the process for ordering pies. He said "you tell me what you want and I give it to you". So I got more specific and asked how far in advance I needed to place an order to pick up pies. He laughed and said "well I guess no more than two years". So I gave up, we drove up there. I got an apple pie and a peach cobbler. The prices are about double what is reasonable for a fresh homemade pie, and about three times what you would pay in a regular bakery. My two items were $46.00. The peach cobbler was very good. The apple pie had a solid layer of cinnamon on the bottom and none of my group liked that much cinnamon. The young guy working the counter when we arrived was super friendly, but the crusty old guy answering the phone needs to hand that job over to someone else. You need to be able to nicely explain your process to tourists (without being a smartass) when you choose to operate in a vacation destination.
