There's no way to contact the office, the product got delayed for weeks and it was sometimes hard to find someone in the office to give updates. I was recommended by sportspage to come here. Said it was a great service. I dropped off one uniform to have numbers added. It was a Thursday. The guy said it would be two days or so. I called the following day. No answer. I waited a week and gave more calls. No one would pick up. I showed up to the place and had me waiting for 20 minutes until I went to the back and called their help. It took 45 minutes in total to get the uniform back. Go elsewhere read more

Terrible costumer service lack of professionalism and level of responsibility. Shirts were dropped off a week prior and were told they'd be ready sadly they were not. Show up a week later place not even open at 11am had to wait an hour for them to arrive and still wait over 30 minutes for the shirts to be done. No compliance in their own business hours and it appears they don't need the business. Complete lack of care for customer service. I would take my business elsewhere as another person said. This rating is based on customer service mainly, I wouldn't recommend them to friends or family. If you're not in a rush they're good but they don't give you a time frame of when your shirts/sweaters will be ready, you basically have to be bugging them and asking them when you can expect your products, (like many reviews here say here they don't make you feel like a valued customer here) customer service really needs HUGE improvements, quality of printing is fair. read more

Very happy with my experience at Kool Embroidery! I got a Christmas stocking embroidered with my son's name with them. After attempting to go to another place who told me the stocking couldn't fit their machine.....5 days after I dropped it off.....Kool Embroidery did the job in two hours! Abraham was helpful and knowledgeable. He even called me right after I left the shop to ask a clarifying question rather than just making an assumption. I highly recommend checking them out! Just an aside, their store is in the same building as the soccer store but a separate entrance. It took me a couple of drive by passes until I was able to find them. read more

Abraham was on point. I asked him to embroider and print numbers on 36 Adidas Estro jerseys in 3 days. He said no problem come by on Friday to pick them up. Sure enough I came Friday and they looked brilliant! The only teeny tiny issue was when I got home I counted I was missing two extra patches that I had ordered and I had to go back and collect them. Partially my fault cause I should have counted to make sure everything was in the box, but then again I shouldn't have to right? Quality 10/10, Procedure 7/10. read more

Terrible service here. Dropped off two T-shirt's to be printed on Wednesday and the owner said it would be done the next day. I came back after work on Thursday and he said they were not done to come back in the morning. I just left here (4:30 on Friday) and he said he was to busy to get to my shirts. I was referred to this place by an employee at Chefs toys and it was perfect! I was so happy to get the fonts that I wanted. I was able to drop off the hat get gas at costco, shop at dollar tree for fake flowers and return for the hat. Such great service and wonderful prices. read more

I dropped off a small project (2 shirts) to be embroidered and was given a 2-3 business day turn around time for delivery by Kool Embroidery. The logo for the project was emailed to them prior to dropping of the shirts. After 3 business days I assumed the shifts were ready for pick-up but I was working so I emailed them on day 3 just to check to see if everything was ok. I never got a reply/response to me email. One full week later (7 business days) I drove to pick up the shifts and was told they were not embroidered because they could not read/access the file type of the logo. I was told this with little concern that they had totally messed up and the guy was actually smiling and laughing a bit during this interaction. Very disappointed and will look for a more professional and competent firm from now on. read more

Placed an order for 8 yellow shirts (4 men's tanks and 4 women's shirts) on a Friday for pickup on the following Wednesday in Fountain Valley. Gave the link for the graphics for download. Was told to come at 5pm on Wednesday for pickup. We live 25 miles away, had to go during rush hour traffic. Arrive and they don't have the order, they said they missed the USPS delivery and just forgot to call us. They said they could drop it off at their orange county location at 3pm the next day. Called to get the address, no answer, called several times over an hour timespan-nothing. Finally Abraham calls and says his driver will delivery the shirts to my house in 30 minutes. 30 minutes came and went. In fact so did 3 hours. The driver showed up at 6:30pm at night. We had people waiting at our house to pick up their shirts. We paid the driver and then took the shirts inside the house. The sizes were wrong and the tanks were a different color from the shirts. These were team shirts for an event. The screen print was smeared on 2 of the shirts. Abraham response to all the problems were....I can reprint the smeared screen print shirts for you tomorrow (Friday), we couldn't get the same color in tanks and shirts (never did he call us so we could change to all tanks or all shirts or our team would be the same color), he had nothing to say to the sizes being wrong (order placed by e-mail, so sized were in print) and as to not having our order on time or even calling us so we didn't waste our time and money to drive down there....he is just really busy. I've asked for a partial refund but you can imagine how that went......probably to busy to address that too. Be careful before you use this place, he's too busy to do a quality job. read more
